☀️ I went to Obuse in Nagano Prefecture🚃. The purpose was the usual "hunting", but since there are several sake breweries ❗️, we went to the ones we could go to 😄. While many breweries don't offer tasting, we came across one brewery that had a tasting counter, and we tasted it ☺️ This sake is called "Hekiiken". It is said to be the name of the atelier built for Katsushika Hokusai who came to Obuse 🤔. I chose the name because it is an unusual name 😁. The taste is smooth, moist and sweet like cotton candy 😚. It is similar to sugar. It's neat that it has a clean ginjo aroma, but it passes right through 🤣. It somehow seemed like a sake that could be drunk locally 🍶, and I sincerely felt that it was worth the visit to the brewery. The fourth picture is a garden in Obuse where I felt the atmosphere 🤗.

☀️ Simple, dry, rustic taste 😌. It does not interfere with the taste of the food (sushi🍣). The sweetness comes out in response to the sushi rice and adds color 😚. After all, the Hokuriku type was the sake that went well with the food at the opening of the bottle 🤗.

☀️ This one has less sweetness and more flavor. There is sometimes a strange feeling of tanginess in the throat 🧐. I continued drinking it with crab 🦀😆. Hokuriku sake goes well with seafood 🥰.

☀️ It is hokuhoku with sweetness, umami and ginjo aroma. ☺️ The sake is mellow, but each piece is well-made and carefully crafted 🤗. Even though it is mellow, it went perfectly with sushi 👌. This is indeed Ishikawa sake 🍶😊.

☀️ I have the impression that Ki Mine Tsuru's orange label is a definite 😏. It has a solid flavor and a slight sweetness 😚. I can feel the juice like orange 🍊 in the aftertaste. Sometimes I feel an astringent taste, but it's a combination of things and eventually settles down to a clean place in the end 🤗.

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. I found out that there is a Masamune that I haven't tasted yet at a store relatively close to me 💡. Then, I decided to hurry up and buy it 🚃. Arrived at the address of the store 😤. I heard it's in the basement, but I couldn't find the entrance without a sign 😅. I was lost and went left and right, but I opened the door thinking that I could find out if I asked at the cafe-like place on the first floor 🤔. The clerk said, "Welcome! Hiro "I'm looking for Masamu ...... liquor store..." I almost became suspicious😅. You wouldn't use "Masamune" in everyday conversation in a coffee shop 🤣. The waitress said "If you are looking for a liquor store, here it is 💁🏻‍♀️" A downstairs in front of my eyes.... Hiro "Thank you 😊" Hiro (voice in his mind) "How can you know there is a staircase in the building 🤣" So, I successfully purchased Masamune. It was only a bottle of Masamune though 🤣. Now, open the bottle 🍶. It has a strong sweetness and a weak acidity. Of course, it has a classic flavor with a slight huckleberry taste. It has a strong sweetness and a low alcohol content among the classics 🤔. When heated up, the sweetness and aroma increases and it becomes more drinkable 🤗. Nice Masamune👍

☀️ It's called Aisan ❤️, but it doesn't have the sweetness that is typical of Aisan ❤️ 🙄. The main flavors are umami and bitterness, with a hint of sweetness in the aftertaste 😙. The sharp profile does not mellow the mouthfeel 🤔. It is something that overturns the image of Aizan ❤️ 🤔. I guess it is the antithesis of "Aisan = sweet" 🤔.

☀️ It seems to be a hanpukai sake. I got it because it was supposed to be a drink comparison 😁. Both are challenging sakes made with brown rice 🍶. ⚫︎Gen no tori It has sweetness, sourness and slight bitterness? I can feel the sweetness, sourness and slight bitterness 🤔. It is full-bodied, punchy and full-bodied. Seems to have less of the unique taste of brown rice🤔. ⚫︎ scarlet bird This one is also sweet and sour, but the acidity is a bit lighter. It is also full-bodied, but does not have the unique taste of brown rice. The waiter said "it has a strong peculiar taste," but both are easy to drink 🤗.

☀️ It is a dry wine that feels so complete that you can't help but let out a "nice dry taste..." at the first sip. The sweetness is almost but not completely absent, and the acidity is fresh and not stagnant 😎. The sensation of tanginess on the tongue, which can be taken as an illusion, is unbearable 😝. This is the kind of performance that will make dry meisters all over the country roar: 🙂‍↕️ This is a sake of the level of "don't talk about dry sake without drinking this", isn't it?
