☀️ I bought this at Niigata Sake no Jin 😁. It's actually a repeat, I drank this sake exactly around a year ago 🍶. I picked it up hoping it had matured over the year 😁. Slight sweetness and slight sourness 😚. That, I remember it tasting clearer 🙄. The acidity seems to be getting stronger 🤔. The sweetness started to appear about 3 days after opening the bottle and the taste became balanced between sweet and sour 🤗. I have the impression that the sweetness and acidity are clearly more assertive than when I first drank it, and I wonder if this is the aging process? I wondered if this was the result of aging. I was drinking it thinking 🙄 that it might be getting fuzzy because it was a year old memory and it was gone 🤣.

☀️ It has a crisp rice flavor🌾 and a sharp throat. It is tight until the last drop. It is a simple lightness that would lose out to rich food 😙. As Jay & Nobby said, Nice dry 👍" It was 😆.

Good evening, Hiro 😃. Oh! You've made it to the King of Sake 👑‼️ I'm...clumsy 😌...so I'm a dry drinker. Nice dry 👍, isn't it?

☀️ There is almost no sweetness. You can taste the umami🌾 and astringency of the rice. The taste comes in the latter half of the bottle and the mouthfeel is interesting 🍶.

☀️ It's been a long time since I've had a hana yang. This has a pineapple feel to it 🍍. This is the most pineapple-y of all the Huayouyas I've had 😚. The trio of sweet, sour, and astringent flavors is a great collaboration✨. It's also refreshing and easy to drink, so it goes down smoothly. I paired it with yakitori and it went well with both tare and shio (salt) 😊. I think it would also work well as a food sake.

Hi Hiro 😃 I also had my first Hana-yosu the other day 💐I drank Miyamanishiki, but this Bizen Oumachi is also pineapple 🍍Is all Hana-yosu 🍍⁉️ Miyamanishiki was rather spicy too so I would like to drink Bizen Oumachi 🥰.

Hello, Hiro-san! Thanks for the Niigata Sake-no-jin 🍀. And I'd love to experience the wonderful collaboration of HanayoYaki and Yakitori - trio someday 😋.

Good evening, HinaHanaMama 😄. Congratulations on your first hana-ho, ㊗️ I've had a lot of different sake rice, but Bizen Omachi has a thicker flavor, and personally I felt the most pineapple 🍍. If you have a chance, please give it a try 🤗

☀️ I bought it at Niigata Sake-no-jin because it is a limited version of Sake-no-jin 😁. The aroma and taste are typical of Kamo Nishiki. It is a fresh, crisp, clear cargo sake. It is full of pleasant gassiness🫧 and is like a cider. I could feel Kamo Nishiki's character in its transparency, and I was drinking it while soaking it in, saying, "Ah, it's Kamo Nishiki 🍶.

Good morning, Hiro 😃. Very cool Kamo Nishiki without 🏷️ 🤩The label on the bottom is also very innovative 😳. Still, you're showing your individuality by saying "I'm Kamo Nishiki"! I'd love to dip into it!

Good morning, Jay & Nobby😄. It's a cool bottle 😎 I didn't notice the label on the bottom of the bottle at first😅. If it's a limited edition sake camp, then there must be a regular edition.... I recommend it for a dip 🤗.

☀️ It has a clean and light taste. I personally feel that it is not a typical Hiroshima sake 🤔. The sweetness is moderate, with just a hint of rice sweetness. It goes down the throat well and has a nice clean taste 😙. It has a good balance of refreshing and pleasant to drink 🤗.

Hi Hiro! Thank you for drinking our local sake 🍶😊. It's a refreshing sake and seems to go well with fish 😀. There is a port in front of this brewery ⚓️ where I used to fish for conger eel at night when I was a kid! It is also famous for its Kijo sake!

Hi 10ZG-STQ😄 Thanks for your comment 😊 I see that you are a sake brewery near the port. I would like to visit there. I'd love to drink some kijoshu while watching the sea at the harbor 🤗.

☀️ Niigata Sake no Jin 2025🍶. Masamune hunters go today🍶. Masamune hunters also go to Niigata Sake no Jin ❗️ I had a chance to drink many things at Midorikawa's booth, but this is the one I really wanted to try 🎯. It is available only as heated sake🔥. The rice flavor🌾 is plump ☺️ Mellow & mild, easy to drink, without the hackneyed skittishness often associated with heated sake. We were able to hunt for Masamune at the Niigata Sake Festival without incident 😆. On a side note, I was able to ask the respective brewers directly for information on the Hatsujitsu Masamune and Fuji Masamune that I was not able to sample. I'm going to go hunting there sometime soon 🤗. Nice Masamune👍

Hi Hiro 😃 I didn't know that Midorikawa has a Masamune 😳I was uninformed. So the brand exclusively for heated sake is Midorikawa Masamune 🍶. You are a Masamune hunter! You have a good eye for Masamune 😁. Again, nice Masamune👍!

Hi Aladdin😄. Nice Masamune👍Thank you 😁 I like that you "have a good eye for Masamune" 😆. I guess Midorikawa used to have Masamune and removed it while changing to a modern image 🤔.

Good evening, Hiro-san. I see that the Masamune hunters are doing a lot of research in the Niigata sake camp 😳 I didn't know that Midorikawa had a Masamune as well! The day is near when you will no longer appear on Matsuko's show as a sake Masamune researcher: ⁉️

☀️ Niigata Sake no Jin 2025🍶. I was caught by the pop label and drank it 😆. [Myoko Pink🩷] It was a peach oolong tea. It was like a juice. I think if this kind of sake becomes popular, it will be more accessible to those who don't drink sake 🤗. Mt. Myoko It has a mineral taste like mineral barley tea. I heard that it is common in sake brewed by Echigo Touji. It has a light sweetness and a pleasant taste that goes down your throat 😚.

Hi Hiro 🐦. I am quite interested in Midorikawa Masamune, but Myoko Pink🩷! I can't help stopping for a pink label (sealed as much as possible this year) lover 😆 Is it Sake✕ Peach Oolong?
Japanese>English
ヒロ
Hi Pon😄 Yes, it's Sake✕ Peach Oolong ❗️ The peach component is made with white peach syrup, about 10% alcohol, and it's a liqueur. It was right in the middle for pink label lovers 🩷😆.

☀️ Niigata Sake no Jin 2025🍶. The stage was decorated with barrels. Were they having an event? I was too engrossed in drinking to notice 😆. Even though it is a honjozo, it has a junmai feel to it. It is not only refreshing but also mellow. It has a wonderful balance of sweetness and flavor. Recently, there are some sake 🍶 that are easy to drink even if they are alsobe 🤗.

It tastes like water and has a subtle sake flavor. It is so refreshing that it is hard to believe that it is 14% alcohol 😚. Muramatsu Sweet and tasty, yet refreshing. It is like a quiet Muramatsu. Recommended for those who prefer it not too sweet 🤗.

☀️ Niigata Sake no Jin 2025🍶. Originally it was written "Hime no I" in kanji, but the version adapted to modern times is written in katakana 🤔. It has an apple🍎-like taste with sweetness and sourness. When I contain it, it feels sweet and sour like an apricot. I was wondering about the description. Ho ho ho that's right, it's definitely modern 😆. I thought the hand drawn pictures popped out interesting 🤗

☀️ Niigata Sake no Jin 2025🍶. When I come to an event, people and sake fill the large venue, so I think it's important to have a label that catches people's attention. This beautiful label caught my attention as it came into view🤗. It's a sake jointly developed by a sake brewery and local university students 🤔. Not too sweet, not too sour🙄. It has a mellow and mild taste. It is a sake that would go well with various dishes 🍶.

☀️ Niigata Sake no Jin 2025🍶. A rare sake that was stored in bourbon barrels🍶. I was intrigued and tried it. It tastes like bourbon mixed with water. Almost no sake flavor 🤣. Maybe it's for those who like Western 🤔. In addition to bourbon, this brewery also had other liquors stored in whiskey and brandy barrels. They are trying a lot of things and it's exciting 🤗.

☀️ Niigata Sake no Jin 2025🍶. As I was walking around the venue, a beautiful bottle caught my eye. I stopped and asked "How do you like it?" so I decided to drink it 😁. It is said to be a spring sake. For a spring sake, it has a strong full-bodied flavor. The rice flavor is very effective 🌾. I thought it might be suitable for warming sake with its thick taste 🤔. There was a cedar ball decorated at the entrance of the venue. It has a nice atmosphere 🤗.

☀️ Niigata Sake no Jin 2025🍶. Another Echigo connection: ☝️ The cherry blossoms at the booth were beautiful and caught my eye🌸 It is elegant with a clean sweet taste and a relaxed ginjo aroma. I think it fits the image of cherry blossoms very well 🌸 It was so crowded that I could not take the label calmly. I barely managed to get a shot 📸. The popular booths were crowded 😅.
