☀️ Ananas means pineapple 🍍 and the waitress 😄 She also told me what language it's in but I forgot😅. Sweetness on the palate. It's a clean, clear sweetness that goes down your throat 😆. Finally, a very slight astringency 😏. It was nice and easy to drink even with food 😉.

☀️ Sake rice is Omachi🌾. Slightly yellowish, like lemon juice🍋 in color🟡. Slightly dark sweetness and a bit astringent. This is the first time I've had it, but it's well-balanced and full-bodied. ☺️

☀️ Purchased at a department store product show. They say it's a new sake this year 🌾. I opened it vigorously before taking a picture, so I took this picture with it halfway drunk 😓. Clean, thin and sweet ☺️ Watery throat 💧. Just a hint of mintiness in the aftertaste. After the second day, the sweetness increased and the taste became fuller 😉. The bottle is beautiful and I thought about what I could use it for while drinking it, but I think I could use it in a vase 💐🙄. Let me know if you have any other uses that sound good: 🙇‍♂️

☀️ 80% Omachi from Akaban area in Okayama Prefecture Definitely a packaged sake 😀. Sweet smell when you open the bottle. It's a classic now 😁. Smooth sweetness. I think it has a deeper sweetness than the others in the 🫧 series. It is supposed to be slightly carbonated 🫧 but it goes down your throat mildly. The cargo tag sake doesn't disappoint 🤩.

☀️ Sometimes I feel like drinking Koshi😄. Moderately sweet and peanutty 🥜. The mellowness stands out, probably due to the lack of carbonation ☺️ Also rich in ginjo aroma. Rich and mellow taste😊. I had an image of Kouko as light like lime 🍋‍🟩, but this was also different from my impression with its thick and deep flavor 🤩.

☀️ Glorious Fuji 🗻 that I like to drink every now and then. The name is always cool 😎. Moist and sweet with ripe fruit sweetness of peach🍑 and melon🍈 ☺️ It's also very tasty and satisfying 😚.

☀️ I went to Nagoya for an event and also took a break at a store I learned about through Sake-no-wa 😆. It seems to be made by Yamazaki Goushi company, which is a store only. I looked it up and it seems to be the place that makes "Oku" 🤔. The sake rice is Yumesansui🌾 from Aichi prefecture. It's "orikarami" so it has the color of a sports drink. Rice flavor as expected 🌾. The acidity is exquisite, like an apple 🍎. The balance is refreshing and refreshing through the throat without killing the rice feeling. ⚖️ Accented with a slight carbonation🫧. I'm glad I bought this sake🍶🤩. It ranked high in the Omigarami category in my category😋. However, it seems to be a store exclusive, so you may not be able to comfortably drink it all the time😅.

☀️ Sake rice is Yamadanishiki produced in Itoshima🌾. I first learned about it from the endorsement, but it is a sake born in the rice paddies 🍶 and it is Tanaka 😄. And the rice polishing ratio is 65%. I guess it wasn't about Mr. Tanaka 😅. It's sweet and sour and clean 😄. And of course, it goes down your throat👍. The palate is clear and refreshing 😁.

☀️ Sake rice is Omachi🌾. Reading the endorsement, it looks like Kumamoto yeast 🧐. Sweetness and umami. The sweetness is reminiscent of melon🍈. The way the sweetness is rounded out is excellent👍. You can also enjoy the ginjo aroma 🤗. The sake was better than expected 😊.

☀️ Sake purchased at an event in Akihabara🍶. Fresh sweetness and sourness. Both feel transparent 😄. Kiwi🥝 like image. Slightly bitter aftertaste 😏. It was different from the event 🙄 but I was satisfied with the clean mouthfeel 🤗.

☀️ I had some business in Ebina, so I stopped by Izumibashi. I was looking at the store and saw the words "limited quantity"... I was attracted by the limited quantity and bought it 😆. It is completely amber 🟡. It has a strong sour taste. But not alcoholic. As the label says kiwi🥝, it is indeed kiwi🥝🤔. Feels like a strong mouthfeel, similar to the cold sake of "Rumiko" I had in Nagoya. I'll try heating it up🍶🔥😏. Point the thermometer 🌡️... and.... From 60°C 😉. Too much acidity, harsh mouthfeel, and a strong hackles 😣. I feel like I've been hit with a bang... 😱 Cooled down to about 40°C. The sourness is gone and there is a grapefruit sweetness 🙄. The sourness is there but diffuse and honest. This is good 🥰. It's hard to believe that heated sake 🍶 can change so much with temperature 😓.

☀️ A cup of coffee at a soba noodle shop I wandered into 😄. The color is slightly amber. It has a sweet taste reminiscent of nutty 🥜 and is not too thick. It's a little bit sweet, but not too thick. Classical style, but not heavy and easy to drink. I couldn't take a picture of the bottle so I borrowed it from the internet: 🙇‍♂️

☀️ I was satisfied with the meat🥩, so the rest is sake🍶, so here's Urasato. Clean, clear and sweet😊. A core flavor that is as good as the meat😍. It enhances the flavor of the meat while leaving the sake present 😌. I figured a good sake won't be outdone by even the most flavorful food 🤗.

☀️ Sake rice is Aiyama🌾. The sweetness of the rice is firm and sweet 😊. Like ripe fruit. The casual ginjo aroma is also wonderful👍 It's a hit after a long time 🎯. It was a delicious sake, more spiral & tornado combined with the meat 🍖 flavor 🤗.

☀️ Repeat. I buy alcohol whenever I find it 🍶. Smell of sweetness when you open the bottle. Smells the same as always😄. Slightly restrained stoic sweetness is well 😌. And mellow rice flavor🌾. Slightly carbonated on the palate🫧. The sweetness is reduced and the palate is light but still has a core. It seemed paler than before, but also more refined 😄. Sake is interesting because you can feel the difference when you drink the same sake 🍶 over and over again 😆.
