☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. I decided to visit a brewery in the Shizuoka area for GW, so I went to ❗️ to buy some Masamune that I haven't tasted yet 😁. I took a bus 🚌 from the nearest station to get there. When I entered the store, my father came out from the back. I picked up a bottle of Rajio Masamune and he said, "Oh? Rajio Masamune ka? He said, "Oh? He was an old man who liked to talk 🤗. Now, the sake 🍶. Fruity aroma when you open the bottle: ☺️ The soft sweetness is like matured banana🍌😚. And it has a nice aftertaste 😙. I thought it would be more classic since the label reminds me of the Showa era (1926-1989), but it's quite modern 😄. Nice Masamune👍

☀️ I bought it as soon as I saw in a liquor store's newsletter that they had an old bottle of packaged sake in stock 😁. It is firm and sweet like syrup 😚. The aftertaste has a bit of the skittishness that is common in aged sake. The ginjo aroma also seems a bit high 🥳. It has an old sake character but it is not strong and seems to be easy to drink even for those who are not used to it 😉. I was satisfied with the thick sweetness which could be a good substitute for dessert 😊.

☀️ Bottled in May 2021 👀. I wondered if it looked like an aged sake ❓, but it was still a light amber color 🟡. It has a thick sweetness and umami flavor that gives it a matured sake feel 🥸. The ginjo aroma on the nose is also clearly perceptible, and the aroma is thick ❗️ It is clearly different from the ordinary Laughing Four Seasons. When I think of "Angelina", I think of Jolie, but I didn't feel the image of Jolie at all 🙄. Where is this Angel🤔?

☀️ It has a dark sweet taste with a lingering aftertaste that slowly spreads to the palate 😚. Nice thick finish 🤩. I think I smelled the slightest hint of cedar🌲 in the aftertaste... or not .........🤔 It was a glass, so it wasn't the smell of the vessel, but maybe I'm imagining it 🙄.

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. I've been using the GW holiday to do some research on my Masamune list, and I've finished the first round 🤗. I searched the net and found out the Masamune that I can drink at this moment 👇. Masamune that I can drink at this moment : 115 Masamune that I have drunk : 53 I haven't reached the halfway point yet😅. But ❗️ I opened a bottle of expensive Masamune today 🎉, which means I've settled down. It has less ginjo aroma but calm sweetness 😚. The sweetness is more refreshing and not unpleasant 😚 ☺️ I think the sweetness increased on the second day 🤔. The cleanness is still the same and the ginjo aroma is a little stronger. I found it to be more elegant than the first day 😌. I was energized for further Masamune exploration 😊. Nice Masamune👍

☀️ Your hair is in the shape of Lake Biwa. The pop label is impressive 🤗. At first quick glance it looked like it had "fried shrimp🍤" on it, but upon closer inspection it's Lake Biwa😅. It has a thin sweetness and rounded flavor. It was an easy to drink sake🍶 with a quiet and elegant taste ☺️

☀️ I feel a slight alcohol 🤔. I feel the umami at first, but as I hold it in my mouth, the sweetness comes out 😚. The second half ends with the flavor tightening up. I didn't feel much dryness, so I thought I might be dry tone deaf😅. Seeking: dry master review 😆.

☀️ After returning to Numazu station, I went to Matsuura Sake Shop, which is not far from the station. While I was looking at the shelves, a clerk approached me and said, "Would you like to try this sake? How do you like this sake 😄It's a new brewery established in January this year and not many of them are on the market yet 😄". If he said that, I had no choice but to buy it 😏. I bought two bottles of Sandesi with different rice to compare 🤗. Gohyakumangoku. It has a creamy sweetness. It has a sweetness that is often found in western sweets, and the sweetness is light 😚. The aftertaste is sour and bitter at the same time. This is a unique and complex flavor 🙄. It has an interesting flavor 🍶. It is more fruity than the 2021 Honorary Fuji. This one is less sweet. This sake is less sweet. The bitterness is just before swallowing 😙. The bitterness comes just before swallowing. It is more refreshing than Gohyakumangoku. This is a sake brewery that we can look forward to more of in the future 🤩. The fourth picture is the "Kinnikuman Museum" in Numazu for some reason🤗.

☀️ I went out to Shizuoka area in GW. On the way back, we stopped in Numazu😄. We decided to go to the port ⚓️ and eat some good food 😋. As I was strolling around, thinking that I would like to drink Shizuoka sake 🍶 while having sushi 🍣, I found a restaurant with a big sign that said "Sushi". The menu is also posted at the entrance, which is both friendly and reassuring 😄. So we entered the restaurant. I ordered omakase nigiri with local fish and garyubai. First, the sake 🍶. It has a melon-like sweetness 🍈 with a delayed bitter taste. The mix of sweetness and bitterness gives it a deep flavor. With sushi🍣. The sweetness does not disappear completely, and a slight sweetness remains. And it enhances the flavor of the fish🐟 and rice🌾. ⤴️ It was like the best match for the sake 🍶 with the gari. I can't believe it matched so well with sushi 🍣, Shizuoka sake 🍶 indeed 🤗.

☀️ This is the last bottle of alcohol I bought at the event. It had been sitting there for a while and the oli had clumped up. ⬜️ Maniacs start with the top clear liquid first ❗️ and opened the bottle with great enthusiasm 😆. The bubbles 🫧🫧 started to rise and almost blew 😳 I quickly closed the lid and waited for it to subside 😑. Now that it's calmed down, a little 🤏 of the top clear 🤏. I feel intense carbonation and a thin bitter taste. Mmmm, not much Mimuro feeling 🤔. Mix in the cage 😁. I turned it over, mixed the cage and opened the bottle. Again, jello 🫧🫧 and bubbles. ‼️ I quickly closed the lid. It was a surprise, but I didn't spill it in time 😌. Safe‼️ The carbonation is so strong, it's like cider 😬. Now sweet. It is the sweetness of rice🌾. The bitterness is still the same, but the sweetness wins out and pops nicely in the mouth😙. The aftertaste is delicious and lingers on. ☺️ It was a fierce opening battle with the bubbles, but I was able to drink it without spilling it 🤗.
