But I came across it when I was in Osaka for the Masamune Hunt ✨.
Opened the bottle after a short viewing period 🍶.
Light minerality 🤔.
Very slight acidity and even more slight sweetness.
It is sweet like cherries 🍒.
At the end, there is a hackberry-like ginjo aroma that comes through to the nose with a crisp, clear and refined impression 🤗.
