☀️ It is made with flower yeast isolated from the rose "Princess Michiko"🌸. I've had Princess Michiko from Yokoyama, but this is my first time to try Ishizuchi's 🤗. It is a sweet and umami ama-ish type 😚. But it feels surprisingly refreshing 🤔. It's not like Yokoyama, which is full of gorgeousness. It has a bitter taste at the end and is folded well with sweetness and umami 😁.

☀️ I heard that it was an unusual sake, so I decided to drink it. ❗️ It's a sweet and tasty sake ❗️ It's so good! ❗️ It breaks away from Sawanoi's typical lightness...and freshness: ❗️ Finally Sawanoi has come up with a modern style of sake ❗️ and the Tokyo sake drinkers were full of surprises 🤗. The watery feeling in the mouth at the end was still Sawanoi-like 🩵.

☀️ It's labeled "summer gale." I'll say it first 🙄. I don't feel like a gale😇 It is the usual Kido taste with a sweet and savory base. It is laced with a subtle bitterness. The acidity tightens the whole thing up and gives the impression that it's very smooth for a kido 🤔. There is a touch of orange 🍊 at the end, which gives it an instantaneous juicy feel 🤗. Oh, you mean it's juicy 🤪?

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. They have revived a sake that was once brewed in Inzai, Chiba ⭐️ Modern Tone Masamune is made by Nabe-ten, famous for "Fudo". This store also seems to be affiliated with Nabeten and is considered to be their PB 🤔. So I went to the store to buy some 🤗. Now, open the bottle 🍶. Very slight sweetness and clear 😙. A little bitterness at the end. It has a light finish that makes it easy to drink 😙. Some people may find it too light and not enough sweetness 🤔. On the second day, the sweetness increased and it became easier to drink. I drank too much on the first day and there was not much left, but it would have been better to leave it for a while 🤣. Nice Masamune👍

☀️ This is Banshu Aizan ❤️ which has been well received by everyone in Sakewa. Every time I see it posted, I have been thinking "I must drink this...I must drink this...". So when I saw it, I immediately bought it 🤩. Now it's time to open the bottle🍶. Moist, deep sweetness and umami 😚. It's a Sharaku taste but less sweet and unrefined and lighter than Yamadanishiki 🤔. There is a tingling in the mouth at the end of drinking ⚡️ but there is no gassy feeling. It was a bottle that left me with a strange sensation of zawazawashi 🍾🤗. As expected of Sharaku, as expected of Aizan❤️

☀️ I thought it was a crackpot from the name, but I see it is properly trademarked 🙄. I was uninformed 🙇‍♂️ It's the next generation of Jyushiyo ✨ And it says "the only one of its kind in the whole world" so you can't not drink it 😁. The main focus is on the umami of the rice 🌾. Overall, the umami is up front and very drinkable. There is an astringent taste that squeezes in at the end and finishes nicely 😙. I couldn't figure out for myself what makes it one of a kind in the world 🤗. Can someone please tell me 🙏.
