☀️ It's a drinking party at my friend's house with sake brought in 🤗 The second bottle 🍾🍾. We selected sparkling sake because we were in the mood to try sparkling sake and also because we trust that Takachiyo-san will not fail us 👉. Surprisingly, it was nigori (cloudy) 🤍. The taste of rice and sweetness is clear 🌾. It has a light mouthfeel with a slight carbonation🫧😙. And for some reason, it looks like a grape... 🍇. I think I was pulled in by the color of the label 🙄. My friend was getting drunk, My friend got drunk and said "grape, grape, fanta grape 🍇" I was so happy 🤗. Alcohol is in it though 🤣.

☀️ We are having a sake drinking party at my friend's house 🤗. First up is Yamanoi 🍾. It has a sweetness like grape🍇. The sweetness is pale and soft like Yamanoi 🍇 ☺️ It is smooth like flowing water and easy to drink. It was a hit with my friends 🤗.

☀️ I don't know if you can call it a brand name of Amabuki, it seems to be the name of the brewery from the description 🤔. Well, I opened the bottle thinking that the details are not important 🤗. First of all, it has a citrusy feeling. This is orange 🍊🤔. But it's not too sweet, maybe not orange 🍊 like 🙄. It's hard to describe😅. The bitterness appears at the end, but the lasting impression is a refreshing finish 😙. I thought it might be dry, but the citrusy atmosphere diminishes the dryness and I'm not sure if I can call it "dry" 🙄.

☀️ First of all, it has a smell and sweetness reminiscent of young grass🌱🙄. The mouthfeel is clear and light as it passes through cleanly 😙. At the end, the sweet aroma passes through to the nose and you can enjoy the lingering taste 😊. In addition to the gentle flavor, the alcohol content is only 13 degrees, making it very easy to drink 🤗. It was indeed a 'silky smooth sake' as the back label says 🍶.

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. This is Masamune by Koshi-san, who has made a name for himself all over Japan 🤗. The major label is "Kouko" but there are still labels that say "Masamune" in small letters 😌. Take the train to the nearest station and when you arrive at the brewery, you will see a magnificent building that also seems to have a ❗️ campsite 🏕️ and a full range of facilities 🤩. After looking around the brewery grounds, we went to the tasting corner and there it was: ❗️ Koshi with "Masamune" written in small letters on the label ‼️ Of course, I had to try it 😋. Aged sake-like honey-like sticky sweetness 😚. It has a slight green apple 🍏 taste at the end, which I felt was typical of Kouji. I am glad to see that even though the sake has been aged, it still retains its "character" and spirit 🤗. The fourth picture is an enameled sign🪧 found on the brewery grounds. It is a proof that the brewery used to be "Koshi Masamune" ✨. Nice Masamune👍

☀️ As a Mimuro maniac (self-proclaimed), I bought Natsujun because I knew I couldn't miss it 🤗. Somehow I think I missed Hana-kun, but it must be my imagination🤗 Now, open the bottle 🍶. It's not too sweet and it goes down your throat nicely 😙. It feels refreshing like lemon water. It feels thinner than usual Mimuro Sugi 🤔❓❓.... I was thinking, "It's a summer sake, so it's not too sweet" in HinaHanaMama's review: ❗️ Oh, I was right 😆. I guess I can still call myself a mania and not slip up 🙄. Mimuro mania (self-proclaimed 👍) I'll do my best 💪.

☀️ This is a very nice Jusui. It has a clean sweetness that is typical of Jusui 😙. The slight bitterness at the end is similar to Oyama. As the temperature rises, the sweetness increases and you feel a softer throat ☺️ I thought it was a great technique to be able to finish so well with 88% polished rice: ⭐️

☀️ It was the bottom of the bottle. Hence, it's The Ultra Nigori 🌾🤍. I thought that with the bottom of the bottle there would be rice grains sinking in, but surprisingly there are very few 🤔. Nevertheless, it had a robust flavor with thick rice flavor. It was a nigori sake that I want to certify as nigori king👑🤗.

☀️ *Photographs were taken after the bottle was opened in a hooey. I went to a liquor store event held at a department store. You can sample about 4 different kinds for free 😳 This is fat 😁. I was allowed to drink at the Oyama booth and listen to the explanation of the sake. This limited edition sake is said to have been aged 😅. What do you mean by "aged" 🤣. In the end, I bought it because I was attracted by the [limited edition] 😆. Now, let's open the bottle 🍶. It has a sense of maturity, but not too sweet with a good balance of sweetness and umami 😙. The rich mellowness clings to your tongue ☺️ It's like an exaggeration of the characteristics of Oyama, like "it's a genuine Oyama" 🤔. I added ice 🧊 to test it out to see if it would be good even if it was diluted a little. It became lighter and easier to drink 😌. I shared it with an Oyama lover at a restaurant I frequent, and he said, "Oh, this is just like Oyama. It was a bottle that made Oyama lovers groan 🤗.

☀️ It says 2016 🧐. That's 9 years ago 😳 This could be a great aged 😅. And I'll take it with trepidation 😆. Well, of course it's a brilliant amber color 🟡. It has a slightly aged aroma, but I have the impression that the aroma is less than it looks. A bit of relief 😮‍💨 The flavor 😙 feels thick with a mild, sticky sweetness. Definitely getting closer to syrup. It's the kind you can pour over ice cream 🍨 for dessert 🤗.

☀️ It's been a while since I've had a cold chrysanthemum 😁. It has a light white color 🤍. It has a moderate sweetness, a delicious taste of rice, and an astringent aftertaste. A bit different from the sweet image of Mr. Kangiku 🤔. I felt like I felt the sweetness and texture of the unrefined sake. It is a sake that I "felt" 🍶🤣.

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. A while ago, I was on my way back from Daishinshu's brewery opening. I stopped by "Sake no Dears" in Minami-Kofu. I had heard that Koyosasa Masamune was available here 😁. I entered the store and looked for it 😳. A bottle 😅 Well, I knew that they only had 1 Sho bottle, but I thought for sure they would have Yongo too 🤗.......nope! Reality is ruthless 😅 Finally, I stepped into the professional world of Ippon Bottles 😆. So we opened the bottle 🍶. When you pour it into the glass, you are greeted with the smell of alcohol 😅. The mild mouthfeel and sharpness that is typical of alcohol-added sake is still there. And the sweet smell of grain lingering in the nose 👃. Mmmm, this is the good old sake itself. Sadly, this is the sake that is served as "sake" in all-you-can-drink izakaya (Japanese-style pubs) 🍶. Still, there is a history of these kinds of sake that supported the Showa era, which is why we have the delicious sake of today. And I sincerely think that Koyo Sasamasa Masamune may be gone in 10 years 😌. Nice Masamune👍

☀️ The Big Wave🌊 is here and I hope you made it to the end 🌈🏄. It's a headfish 🌈. Anyway, it's acid ❗️ sour ‼️ clear acidity. The slight sweetness felt in the clean freshness is like a hidden taste. As the temperature range rises, the acidity settles down and becomes a collaboration with the extended sweetness 🤗. I can't stop sipping this one, just like everyone commented 😙. This is an adult lemon squash 🍋 and I could really feel it 😌. I felt the acidity was a bit strong, so I added one ice 🧊 to soften the acidity. If you feel the acidity is too strong, try it on the rocks😁.

☀️ It's been a long time since I've had a Yamori 🦎. The sweetness of the rice 🌾 is the core of the rice, and the sweetness lasts until the end. The sweetness lasts until the end.
