☀️ I'm getting very drunk 🫩 I tried it because it was an unusual brand, but when I looked on the back it was alcohol added 🙄. It had a unique alcoholic and sharp taste. I looked it up later and found out it's from the same brewery as Gazanryu. I was surprised at the difference in image 😳

☀️ I asked for it because it had an impact with its all pink label 🩷. It is sweet and sour, but not too sour, so it is clean and sweet like an apricot 😊. Sweet to the aftertaste, with a slight bitterness at the end. The bitterness helps me feel better 😁. It tasted just like pink 🩷.

The waiter's mixed response, "A glass of drunken ↘️ whale ❗️", saved the day. 😮‍💨 Moderation is important 🤣. So here is the sake 🍶. Sake with a clean flavor 😚. A little bitterness in the aftertaste. It also has a nice clean taste. Went great with yellowtail sashimi 😋.

☀️ It's a series called Concept Workers Selection. It's a drink for the senses, not the head🍶. I'll drink it with my senses ❤️ It has a strong umami flavor with a hint of sweetness 😚. The sweet umami mixes in the mouth and ends with a lingering finish☺️ It was an immersive sake🍶.

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. There's a saying: "Oden shops have Masamune." There is such a saying ....... Sorry, I just made it 😔. There was an undrinkable Masamune at an oden shop I went to as a reconnaissance ❗️ I'm a little happy that I've been lucky Masamune ✌️ for a while now 🥳. This is a Masamune from Tsuneyama Shuzo 👀. It's supposed to be a regular sake, so I heated it up 🍶🔥. It is exactly slightly amber 🟡. It has a nice hackberry flavor that comes and goes. A slight sweetness lingers in the aftertaste. It's like the sake of the Showa era. Oden came in the middle of the meal and we enjoyed the sake with the soup stock 🤗. I think oden soup stock and regular sake mixes well together 😚. This restaurant was great because the dashi was delicious as well 😆. Nice Masamune👍

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. Lucky Masamune is a lucky Masamune ✌️ and my main goal was here. I looked up Masamune that had not been tasted in Nagano Prefecture and found that this store had it... so I came here to shoot for it 🎯. It was originally called Omi Neko Masamune, but Maihime Shuzo took over the brand name when the brewing business closed 😸. White cat 🐈. It has an amber hue 🟡. The sweetness is mainly sweet and sour, with a mild yogurt taste and a tangy sourness. There is a hackberry-like sensation that clears the throat, and despite the cat label, it seems to be closer to the classics 😺. Hachimare: 🐈‍⬛ This one is clear. It has a light sweetness with a slight astringency 😙. If you like a fresh, clean, clear throat, this one 💁 is for you 😸. Nice Masamune👍

☀️ I bought this sake at a Mimuro Cedar event 🍶. When you open the bottle, you can smell the scent of Mimuro cedar 😚. On the palate, it has a clear, fresh rice flavor and a slightly sweet banana-like sweetness. Soft sourness is added at the end, and the taste seems paler than usual Mimuro Sugi 🤔. I wonder if this is due to the brewer's yeast. I'm used to drinking the usual one, so I might expect that flavor until it permeates 🤗.

☀️ The taste of rice🌾 and soft slight sweetness. It is fresh sweetness like pear🍐. ☺️ The translucent wateriness gives it a softness that is typical of Hiroshima sake. The meat and sauce make it slightly spicy, but it doesn't clash with the meat or sauce, doesn't take advantage of the flavor, and stands up to the oil to cleanse it after it is quickly passed over 😚. If you take a break to take a sip, it feels like sugar water and rests you 🥰. You may have discovered a new barbecue partner drink 🤗.

☀️ I'm here for my first Yakiniku & Sake in a long time🤗. Slight crackle🫧. Slightly sweet but full-bodied flavor with a sense of gravitas 😚. The moderate ginjo aroma is also a quintessential one 🤩. I think Nabeshima-sama is the best choice for Yakiniku 🤗.

☀️ I went to CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2025🤗 I got in line for the Jyushiyo and thought 🤔 I'll have a good one at the end 🤗. The wait is good for sobering up 😆. It's soft, clear, sweet and slightly gassy 🫧. Finished as usual. I felt the sweetness was a little stronger this year ❓. Maybe it's my imagination since I'm after a lot of drinking 🤣. This is the end of CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2025. See you next year 👋

☀️ I went to CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2025🤗 I thought the image on the label didn't look like Houou Mita, but I couldn't help but drink it 🤨. It is pure white with a nice cloudiness and you can see the rice grains 🌾. After the sizzle, there is a umami (flavor) 🌾 as if the rice is being chewed. After the umami, a world of sweet and sour like apples🍎 arrived🤩. It was a different Houou Mita from the previous Houou Mita 🤗.

☀️ I went to CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2025🤗 I've been talking about Genzai a lot lately. I learned for the first time that they also serve a brand called Kaegakura 🤗. It was crystal clear and went "mmmm...". Soft acidity and modest sweetness, the ginjo aroma is also sweet and mild ☺️ The taste is in the same vein as other Aizu sake. I felt it was made with care and quality😄.

☀️ I went to CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2025🤗 Houou Mita 🐦‍🔥, the Ferrari of the sake world, but what a blue 🟦 there was 🙄. I can feel the sweetness of the koji 🤔. You can't see the bubbles, but they are "sizzling🫧" in your mouth. The bubbles are gentle 🫧 and the taste is "sizzling" but clear 🤗.
