☀️
Firm, gentle sweetness reminiscent of melon🍈😊.
Bitterness is a slight accent.
Also rich in ginjo aroma.
Generally smooth and delicious to savor and drink 😋.
☀️
I thought the label 🏷️ looked like a cold chrysanthemum from afar, so I asked for it and found it was an autumn-only name 🤗.
A bit cloudy there ◻️
Somewhat dark sweet with a grapefruit-like sweetness. There seems to be no acidity 🧐.
It seems to be nigori, with a touch of rice 🌾 on the tongue. Never had this kind of tongue texture before 🤔.
The dark sweetness is tempered by the acidity, which is refreshing like a spud 😁.
I think the great thing about Kangiku Meikozo is that the taste is within expectations for any brand 🤗.
☀️
They read Marhi ㊙️ 🧐.
The clerk told me about it.
She introduced me that it is made with a yeast called multi-acid yeast No. 77 and tastes like apple🍎.
It seems to be nigori, a sports drink color ◻️
It does indeed have an apple-like sourness and sweetness.
The ginjo aroma is clear, sweet and refreshing🤓.
Apple juice with alcohol🧃.
☀️
This is another brand from the Morishima brewery 🧐.
Less sweetness❓No, it's almost a sense of nothing.
You can definitely taste the umami🌾 of the rice.
Accented with a slight carbonation🫧.
It was a stoic sake🍶😎.
☀️
It's Bunraku's new sake 😉.
I'll have it right away 🍶.
A good balance of sweetness and sourness.
The acidity is exquisite and contributes to the refreshing taste.
It's easy to drink 😙, neither the sweetness nor the sourness are too clingy.
Similar to Sairai by the same Northwest Shuzo, but also good 😄.
☀️
If you look closely at the side of the character for "river," there is a small "Masamune" written on it. Is this also from the Masamune series ❗️... 🧐?
And while I was pondering this, the bottle was put down 💦kuh 😭.
I had no choice but to borrow the photo of the bottle from the internet.
The sake has a soft sweetness and a rich umami flavor.
The ginjo aroma is elegant and the taste can be enjoyed just with sake🍶☺️
And if you pair it with soba noodles, it becomes refreshingly sweet 😊.
This goes well together 😚.
I want to take a good picture next time I find it 😤.
In the meantime, nice Masamune👍
☀️
Argo is not the movie that won an Oscar 🎬...but the one that's all the rage around here 😎.
I finally found it after visiting my local supermarket and convenience store to catch the big wave 🌊🙌🙌
I'll open a bottle right away 😄
Thin sweetness and sourness. I wonder if the sourness is assertive. It's like apple juice 🍎.
No ginjo aroma as expected 🤗.
The texture is more watery than usual 💧.
Certainly feels like Calpis or a sports drink 😉.
This could be a new wave 🌊🤗.
Good evening, Hiro-san.
I also remembered Ben Affleck's Argo when I first heard this name: 🎬️
It may be difficult to find the right cost and concept, but personally, I wish the taste was a little stronger 😅.
Good evening, bouken 🌙
Oh you are with ❗️ movie 🎬😄🤝.
It's true that it's light in flavor, so it's not enough for regular sake drinkers 😅I hope they come up with a thicker version next time 😆.
Pon, good evening 🌙
Yes, it can be schwar or thick 🤔.
I wish they made such an algo, but I'm willing to try it myself 🤗.
It will cost you money to buy the algo + carbonation though 😅
☀️
A new attempt at sake from Yamagata Masamune🍶.
Mild thin sweetness on the palate ☺️
Clear sweetness, like watermelon🍉 or pear🍐.
Slightly bitter aftertaste.
New Masamune🤩Modern Masamune🥳.
I saw the back of the bottle...it said it was an experimental piece. Well then it's an experimental Masamune 😁.
Nice Masamune👍
☀️
They say it's Bodhi yeast brewed 🤔.
Looks like green tea 🍵.
It is very sour and has a sour aftertaste.
It is like lemon or blue fruit.
The sweetness is subdued, mixed in with the sourness 🫥.
It's less sour than Mai-Bijin 😄.
☀️
600 check-ins✅ here 🥳.
The milestone was a limited edition Kamotsuru sake 🍶 that I bought at the Saijo Sake Festival 😀.
This sake 🍶 was available for paid tasting, but I didn't have enough time so I didn't taste it and bought it outright 😄.
It is a sake 🍶.
When you open the bottle, a soft sweetness wafts through the air.
A light, mild sweetness 😌.
The sweetness is fluffy like cotton candy, but also supple, reminiscent of watermelon🍉 ☺️
And a little sourness behind the sweetness.
The mouthfeel is rounded, and the ginjo aroma is rich and fluffy on the nose🥰.
Day 2: ✌️
I felt the acidity got a little stronger, maybe it was more cohesive on day 1 🤔.
And it emptied just like that😅
This is the end of the Saijo section 🙏.
I hope to go back next year for the sake festival 😄.
I would also like to visit Saijo when it's not a sake festival 🤣.
Congratulations on 600 check-ins, Hiro! ㊗️
600 check-ins in less than a year is an amazing pace!
I wish I could go to the Saijo Sake Festival: ☺️
I hope you continue to have a fulfilling sake life 🍶.

Thank you very much, ma-ki🙏.
I will continue to attend events in search of sake that I haven't seen yet, as my light footwork and active nature are the only things that keep me going 😆.
Thank you, HinaHanaMama 🙏.
I am embarrassed to be called polite 😁.
I try to express myself as short and precise as possible, but it's not easy... I'll keep working on it 😆.
Good morning, Hiro 🌅😀😀
Congratulations on your 600 check-ins 🎊🎉🎊Congratulations on being a Kamotsuru good guy and a Kiri number 👀✨I haven't had it yet and would love to drink it when I come across it 🥳.
Hi Hiro ^_^
Congratulations on 600 check-ins 🎉!
I drink a lot of Amego Tsuki (moon after rain) in Hiroshima, but I would like to try Kamotsuru as well 😊.
Congratulations on your 600 check-ins, Hiro! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I like the idea of celebrating with limited edition sake from the Sake Festival ✨I enjoyed reading your Sake Festival series😊I would love to go to Saijo!
Hiro, congratulations on your 600 check-ins 🎊🎉Congratulations on your limited edition sake to commemorate the milestone, that's wonderful 😆I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere of the event from Saijo to Akiba to Nagoya 🙇I was surprised at the fast pace of your postings 😁.
Maechen, good evening 🌙
Thank you 🙏.
I drank Kamotsuru for the first time at the sake festival. I was very surprised because it was a no mark 😳
I recommend it because of its high quality finish 😆.
Good evening, Manta 🌙.
Thank you 🙏.
The moon after the rain is an iron plate 😍. I like Hachiganishiki myself 😍.
Please take this opportunity to also enjoy Kamotsuru (sales) 🙇♂️
Thank you, Pon 🙏.
Glad you enjoyed the Saijo series 😆.
I recommend Saijo during the Sake Festival because you can drink from noon without worrying about your surroundings 🤣.
Thank you, Nemuchi 🙏.
After the event, I'm frantically posting (and processing) as the waiting list for submissions increases 🤣.
I'm glad you said that because I'm posting to hopefully convey the atmosphere of the event 🥹.
Hi Hiro, Good evening 🌛.
Congratulations on 600 check-ins 🎉!
I didn't realize you achieved it with a limited edition sake festival bottle of "Kamotsuru" 😲.
Actually, one of the reasons I got hooked on sake was "Kamotsuru", so I'm very curious about it 😁.
Hi Hiro, good evening 😃.
Congratulations on your 600 check-in ㊗️㊗️㊗️㊗️㊗️㊗️ 🎉Congratulations on the limited edition sake you got after having a good time at the sake festival🤗The label is beautiful and nice 👍
Gyve, good evening 🌙.
Thank you 🙏.
So Kamotsuru is one of the sakes that drew you into the swamp 😳.
Now that I've had it in the brewery I know what I'm talking about 😁.
It's delicious, isn't it Kamotsuru 😆.
Thank you Jay & Nobby 🙏.
The limited edition sake festival label feels luxurious 😆 The other souvenir sake from the brewery tour was a commemorative photo 😊.
Naturally, I became a Kamotsuru fan 🤗.
Hiro, congratulations on your 600 check-ins㊗️🎊You've been immersed in the sake swamp over the past year. It looks like you might even end up in the sake pot 😆Kiri number at the Saijo Festival is a sake drinker's kagami 🍶✨.
Thank you very much, Hirupeko 🙏🙏.
I'm totally into the maniacal direction 😆 I was interested in the Misuzu hot pot 🍲 but didn't have a chance at the sake festival, I'm thinking of going to Saijo again to try it 😁.
☀️
Nagoya Junmai SAKE WEEK
The brewer at this booth seemed to like to talk a lot and we got to hear a lot of stories 😆.
He told me about the price of sake rice 😄.
Sake 🍶.
It won the gold award🥇 at the heated sake awards 👏.
The color is amber 🟠.
On the palate, it's a purely dry strain with a sense of maturity.
It has a thick, robust rice 🌾 flavor and is a royalty.
It was a sake that you could feel the life of its creator 🍶.
It was getting dark and we ran out of tickets, so we decided to leave the venue and head home 😆.
☀️
Nagoya Junmai SAKE WEEK
I went to the second venue. It was already dark when we arrived due to a little detour 🌚.
I'll drink with the rest of my ticket😄.
I found a couple of wolves I was interested in 👀.
The taste of rice 🌾 although it has a strong acidity. The rice flavor is amazing ☺️
The aroma is strong and refreshing, yet the sweetness of the rice gives it structure 😊.
☀️
Nagoya Junmai SAKE WEEK
Is it an alias brand of Raifuku's brewery 🤔?
It is a name with a lot of heart.
When you sip it, you will feel the sense of rice 🌾.
Sweetness and umami of rice.
The sweetness and umami is gradually ☺️
There is a slight sense of gas.
Ginjo aroma is also wonderful 😊.
☀️
Nagoya Junmai SAKE WEEK
A booth where I got a cup of sake while passing by 😆.
The aroma is a little weak.
Rice flavor 🌾 and clean acidity.
The rice flavor was slow and firm on the bottom 🌾☺️
☀️
Nagoya Junmai SAKE WEEK
Miyoshikiku-san produces a variety of unique sakes. Each label of Miyoshikiku's 🏷️ is elaborate and fun 😄.
I tried this sake 🤔 to see how it would taste.
Sweet and sour. More sour 😄.
I was talking about how Miyoshigiku is not to be outdone by Kansai's rich food. That's all I remember 😅 because I was starting to get drunk.
☀️
Nagoya Junmai SAKE WEEK
I have heard of this sake. ❗️ and he told me a lot about it.
It is said that Mr. Yamada is the one who succeeded in growing Yamada-Nishiki in Hokkaido😎.
Yamada Nishiki from Hokkaido🌾.
The flavor of rice 🌾 and sweetness is very sweet 🤤.
It has a clear finish and seems to blend well with strong flavors, and would go well with Hokkaido's food 😊.
☀️
Nagoya Junmai SAKE WEEK
The illustration of kowappa is in good taste 👶.
Sake rice is Kame-no-o🌾.
It's written in big letters 😄.
Rice flavor 🌾, bitterness and astringency.
The cut is good.
It was a dry and robust tasting sake 🍶😆.
☀️
Nagoya Junmai SAKE WEEK
Kurumizaka-san is often seen at events 😆.
They are very particular about the use of the raw yeast yeast.
The color is about a light brown🟤😳.
It has a nutty 🥜 feel, a creamy mouthfeel, and a bit of alcohol.
However, the acidity does a good job of keeping it from feeling too heavy 🤔.
☀️
Nagoya Junmai SAKE WEEK
I wasn't sure what to do with the Saku since you can drink quite a bit of it if you go to the store, but I saw a highly ranked Saku 👀.
Ugh, 5 tickets...high rank indeed.
Oh well 😁.
Mildly sweeter than the previous ones.
Elegant fragrance 😚.
Transparent, yet soft and smooth on the palate and throat.
It's as good as it should be 😊.
By the way, there was a curtain dividing the venue and it was one point of reference 😄.
