☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. It's a gold medal winning sake by weight that I bought with Usakame 🥇. I carried it home in my backpack and the bottle got water droplets on it and the paper was falling apart😅. Well, I opened the bottle 🍶 and thought it couldn't be helped. It has a refreshing sweetness like watermelon 🍉, and a fresh taste 😚. A little bitterness in the aftertaste 🤏. The mellow ginjo aroma is irresistible: ☺️ I thought it was just a "freebie" from Usakame, but ......... it is indeed a gold medal 🥇👏! I'm sorry for your inconvenience: 🙇‍♂️ Nice Masamune👍

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. On the day of the Dai-Shinshu brewery opening, we stopped by Kametaya Sake Brewery, famous for its Alps Masamune. If anything, this might be the real deal 😂. I already had Alps Masamune, so this time I was aiming for Usakame Masamune 🎯. When we entered the store, there it was 👀! Got the Usakame Masamune 👀‼️ The clerk recommended that they were selling gold medal winning sake by weight, so I bought some while I was there 😁. Now to open the bottle of Usakame 🍶. First of all, the pink rabbit is adorable😍. I don't think it's an imitation of the famous pink rabbit in English conversation class😅. First, you will taste sweetness, followed by umami. The sweetness is probably walnut 🤔. I think this walnutiness gave me a glimpse of the good old Masamune lineage. Having said that, the mouthwatering sweetness is indeed from the gold medal winning Alps Masamune brewery ✨. Nice Masamune👍

☀️ Daishinshu's brewery opening. A little expensive sake 🍶 was extra 😱. You can't drink it with a boar cup😇 I'll have a saké because it's a good opportunity 🙏. ◾️Kougetsu It is a sweet and delicious type, rich in both sweetness and umami 😊. It is rich in ginjo aroma and wonderfully done. It leaves a caramel-like sweetness in the aftertaste. This sake is gorgeous and has a strong flavor 🍶. ◾️ expected This is another slightly expensive sake corner 🍶. The calm sweetness is like a peach 🍑. The ginjo aroma is also subdued, and while it is less gorgeous than Kougetsu, the lightness of the flavor and the smoothness down the throat make it easy to drink 🤗. The sweetness of the unrefined sake and the way the flavors are arranged were better balanced here 😌.

☀️ I went to the Dai-Shinshu Kurakai 🤗. You exchange 2 tickets (worth 600 yen) for a sake cup, and then you can drink 4 kinds of sake as much as you want 🤩. That's a generous offer 🤤. I remember 2 types of sake.... ◾️ Summer Sarasara It has a clean taste and you can feel the umami of rice 🌾. It has a bitter taste afterwards, and the ginjo aroma leaves your nose as you leave 😤. It is a refreshing and easy to drink sake 🍶. ◾️Tankusubeshibori This one is more rounded than the summer sarara: ⭕️ The rice flavor is the same but the sweetness is a little stronger😙. I thought the Daishinshu was a little more sweet and sour, similar to Koshi and Taisetsukei, but both seem to have less acidity 🤔.

☀️ It was tagged "one per person" 👀. I decided this must be a good sairai 🙄 and bought it 😆. Well, open the bottle 🍶. Clear sweetness and clear acidity 😚. The acidity suppresses the fullness that the sweetness diffuses. The cleanliness disappears as quickly and quietly as water sinking into sand. 😶‍🌫️ The stylish cut taste produced by the sourness felt in the back of the throat is the quintessence of Sairai 🤗. As the temperature range rises, the sweetness seems to mellow and the sourness becomes moderate. It's like a light nectar and peach juice 🤗. If you have a sweet tooth, you may want to adjust the temperature to room temperature 😄.

☀️ This is a label 🏷️ with a "don't look at me" kind of swallow. Comes from a clean pear🍐 like sweetness at first, with bitterness at the end. Deep in flavor but easy to drink😊.

☀️ I got the Black Phoenix I've always wanted ❗️ So I bought the Black Phoenix 🐦‍⬛ that I had been missing out on for so long🤗 I'm going to open the bottle with a bish 🫡. It's thin and refreshingly sweet, with a mouthfeel reminiscent of clear, clear water 😙. A slight bitterness peeks out near the end. It was chilled to a crisp, but after a while the temperature rises and the sweetness and aroma come through: ☺️ There is no reason not to finish it with Aizan✖️ the Ferrari of the brewing industry🐦‍🔥 🤗.

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. I bought the rumored Donki Masamune🐧. It's Masamune sold at Donki 😁. And the manufacturer is Kitaseki Shuzo 😳 I'll have it cold first 🍶. The smell is still alcoholic 🤔. It doesn't catch on the palate, but you can feel the alcoholiness as it goes down your throat. The taste is dry with little fullness 😎. Then we will have it heated up: ♨️ It's Dr. Nombey Yokocho's turn 👍 Alcoholic taste is a little less 🤔. The flavor and mellowness of the rice🌾 has come out, but the aroma has not 😌, which is graceful 😌. I felt like it would change a lot if I paired it with something as a food wine 🤗. Nice Masamune👍

☀️ It was served at room temperature🤗. The sake in the glass seems to sparkle ✨ with an amber color. The taste is pure rice but with a thick, mature taste. I completely forgot to take a picture, but it went well with the tartar sauce that came with the sea robin rare fry 😳. I advocate the theory that aged sake can go with tartar 🤗.

☀️ Sweetness is minimal 😐. Almost no fruity 😑. The umami of the rice 🌾 glides down the throat. Although there is little ginjo aroma and it is plain, it is a hard and fine dry type typical of Hyogo. ☀️ I thought I would drink Shinshu Kamerei once in a while.... Not too strong, not too light, just the right amount of sweetness. ☺️ It feels clean and light to drink. The sweetness tightens up at the end and finishes as if a wave recedes 😚.
