☀️ Apparently it's a self aged sake from a liquor store 😅. It's amber when poured 🟡. Amber color, sweet and tasty, with a hint of maturity added . The overall flavor is dark, with an unbearable aftertaste of maturity 😚. The acidity has been well developed due to the aging process, which may be to the taste of the experts 😎. Interesting sake 🍶 thanks to an interesting liquor store 🤗.

☀️ I wondered what "Kame-no-o Kuramai" was, but it was Yaetsuru's Kame-no-o guess 🤗. Tastes like white wine🤍. I heard it was slightly sparkling but no crackling at all🫥. They said the bottle was opened the day before but it seems to have been drained 🤔. It's sweet and tasty and has a strong sweetness 😚. It is mellow because of that. I'm satisfied with the firm sweetness, even without the bubbles 🤗. ○○Kura Mai (Kurabu), I think I'll make my own in the Sake no Wa group😇.

☀️ I got this sake as a souvenir from Kanazawa 🍶. I see words like "local only" and "fantastic sake" that attract me 👀. Of course, I hadn't tasted it yet😄 I opened the bottle 🍶. Ginjo aroma with a hint of unrefined sake: ☺️ Rounded mouthfeel and refreshing 😙. The main flavor is the rice flavor 🌾, with little sweetness. Full flavor mixed with bitterness 😊. This sake was satisfying on its own ✨.

☀️ This is a nice breeze ❗️ and recommended drink 🍶. I heard it's expensive 🤑. It has a sweetness and umami that is very assertive 🙄. And there's a bitterness with a hint of roundness 😔. I thought it would have the gravity of Yamahai, but it was composed of dark sweetness and bitterness that colored its outline 😊. The mellowness of Junmai Daiginjo, the mildness of Namaishu and the taste boost of Yamahai pull up each other's effect to a higher level 🤗.

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. The second purchase at the brewery is Masamune. This is the second Masamune I'm looking for 😁. I could drink it at the tasting corner, but it was also sold at the store. I am a proud Masamune hunter after all. I can't stop with the tasting 😤. So I bought some 😆. Now, open the bottle 🍶. The sweetness reminds me of peach🍑 or melon🍈. It has a rich sweetness, but the finish is light and not cloying 😚. Occasionally, there is a super micro carbonation 🫧 that is stimulating. Like it wasn't there at the time of tasting🤔. Well, it may have been a while since I opened it, and I am sure the super micro carbonation is what it really is: 🙂‍↕️ The flavor is rich and sweet all the way through, and the ginjo aroma tickles the nose😊. As expected from a gold medal winning brewery, this Masamune was a top-notch creation 😊. The third and fourth photos are of the exhibits in the museum attached to the brewery: ⚱️ To Kai Masamune is a brand that existed in the early Showa period 🤔. Nice Masamune👍

☀️ I bought this on a visit to a brewery😁. It has a light pink 🍑 color as it seems to have a peach colored yeast. It is an apricot type sweet and sour with a viscous sweetness and heavy acidity. The water throat feels sharp, and the balance between the viscous sweet and acid and the spicy throat is the best 🥰. Refreshing yet satisfying. ⤴️ I killed it in the blink of an eye, partly because it's low al 😅. I'm a bit of a grain-sucker. Grain Sukesuke, which became an extra frame due to the lack of photo frames. This one also had a refreshing apple taste and was easy to drink 😘. The last picture is of the museum attached to the brewery 🏠.

☀️ I like the picture of sunflowers 🌻. The banana🍌 type of light sweetness and bitterness at the end is impressive. I didn't take a picture, but they also had liqueurs, plum wine and yuzu sake, it was a tasting paradise 🥳. After we were satisfied with all the drinks, we went to the food and beverage corner in the building and had the specialty ❓Daiginjo ice cream 🍦😋. It is said to contain Daiginjo ingredients. I couldn't tell the difference between it and regular ice cream. Maybe my taste buds were ruined because I had tasted quite a bit 😅. The 4th picture is of the inside of the building taken while eating the ice cream 🍦🤳. After finishing the ice cream, it was getting close to time for our return bus 🚌, so we bought the drinks we wanted and headed to the bus stop. It was such a nice place that if it were nearby, I would have gone there for the free booze 😊.

☀️ Tasting from the end, I found an unusual label 🏷️. I'll definitely have to post this one 🤩. Is it set in Edo man and woman 🤔? I wonder who the model is ❓ etc. but there is not much information 😔 Yosaburo. It has a sharp taste with a hint of bitterness. It is dry and suits gentlemen well 😎. OTOMI It has a sweet and sour taste with a clean and dignified aftertaste. It is the type that can be recommended for ladies 💖. I would recommend this combination to those who like dry wine. I especially recommend it to those who consider themselves gentlemen and ladies 😁. I didn't know Koizumi Shuzo was producing such a variety of sake types 😌. It's fun to visit a brewery and learn about all the different types of sake 🤗.

☀️ After taking a train 🚃 and a bus 🚌 from Kururi Station, we came to our next destination, Koizumi Sake Brewery 😄. It's a magnificent building 😳. The parking lot 🅿️ is large, as the traffic is not so convenient. But there seems to be a lot of people who come here by car and can't drink 😅. I'll take the bus 🚌 so I'll have a drink 😁. There is a tasting corner on the left when you enter. You can drink almost 20 different brands "for free" and "on your own" 😍. What an amazing 🤩! I'll start with the president's top recommendation 🥰. Daiginjo This sake has won a gold medal and a certificate of excellence ✨. The sweetness and umami are perfect, with a great aroma and a subtle bitterness at the end, a model sake for awards 🍶. Shikon Sweet and umami as well, with a distinct bitterness at the end ☺️ Like Kangiku, the bitterness at the end is a characteristic of Chiba sake 🤔. Yume Kanae Beautiful label ✨. Clear sweetness and smooth throat, clean and unctuous, very easy to drink 😚. There are still more sake lined up for tasting 🍶. This place is a tasting heaven😇

☀️ Living Water Kururi Sake Museum near Kururi station. Here are three more drinks 😆. Mine no Sei Sweet and umami, a little bitterness. Easy to drink with a refreshing watery mouthfeel 😋. FUKUSHU Complex taste with sweetness and a touch of bitterness 😙. Kichisyu Clear sweetness and a slight astringency. A little bit of alcohol. This is also a unique taste 😎. I kept drinking and it was almost time for my train: ❗️ If I missed the train, my plans for the day would fall apart😱. I hurried to the station and got on the train 🚃. ☀️ We left Fukushuku and headed towards Kururi station where we found a building with sake flags fluttering in the wind 👀. I checked it out and it seems to be an establishment where you can drink local sake 😳. Don't hesitate to go in 🚶. The tasting machine offers 3 drinks plus water for 600 yen, you can start with 1 drink, but if you have 3 drinks, a 500ml bottle of water is included 🉐. Water is appreciated on a hot day 🚰. Kanozan Kano is a mountain in the southwestern part of Japan, and is called "Kano Zan. It is mildly sweet but has a taste more like a classic with a touch of alcohol 🤔. Tobitsuru Tobitsuru. It has no sweetness, but a hard taste composed of umami and bitterness 😎. Amanohara Amanohara A unique flavor with umami and bitterness, with a slightly stronger bitterness 🥸. Mmmm, I wondered if umami and bitterness is the mainstream sake around here ⁉️ and decided to have 3 additional glasses plus more water 🤗.

☀️ After purchasing the Masamune, on the way to the station, there was another brewery nearby 😳 Yeah, all I could see was the Masamune brewery 🤣. Since it was a good opportunity, let's stop by 😏. It must be a very historic storehouse with a magnificent appearance. There was a spring in front of the brewery. There is also a spring in front of the station, so it seems that water is abundant in this area 🐳. The brand name is "Fukusuku"...I may or may not have heard of it before. We entered the store after admiring the exterior 🚶. They let us try a tasting for 100 yen, so I'll have a rare one 🤩. They say it's apple acid yeast 🍎. So of course it has an apple taste🍎. The sweetness and acidity are moderate and clean. You can feel the fruity taste, but it is easy to drink like a light apple juice 🧃. It is a dangerous one to drink too much of it, as it has 13% alcohol content while you don't feel any alcohol at all 😎. Today is still long, and I held off on buying it after a conflict because it would be luggage 😣.

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. One fine Saturday ☀️ I visited a sake brewery in search of Masamune. This brewery is easily accessible by highway bus 🚌 from Tokyo Station to the nearest bus stop 😁. It takes 2 hours, but we got there in no time as we chatted with the ototsuan sitting next to us 🙄. He said he would go to the end of the bus stop and enjoy the sea 🌊☀️ Well, he's very energetic 😆. There is a brewery near where we got off the bus 🚌. Apparently it has been featured on the "Drinking Iron Main Line" in the past 👀. Take a picture of the brewery and go to the store 😤. Point to the fridge and check 🫵. There it is: ❗️ Masamune hunters can't miss "Kichiju Masamune" written in katakana under Kichisu 👀✨. I quickly bought it 😁. It's sake 🍶. It's a crown type so you open it with a bottle opener. It's sparkling so of course it's shwashy 🫧. The fact that it says "carbon dioxide" in the ingredients is not a date 😤. At first, you can hardly taste any sweetness; the main flavors are umami and bitterness. Slight sweetness is the type that comes out in the aftertaste 🤔. With an alcohol content of 10%, it is unexpectedly easy to drink 🤨. It was an interesting concept 🍶😌. Nice Masamune👍

☀️ This is the last bottle I bought at Sota Watanabe Shoten on my trip to Aizu 🍶. If you have a favorite brand of sake that is made to order, you can't miss it 🤭. Now, open the bottle 🍶. It's Yamadanishiki from Aizu, all Aizu 🤭. It's all Aizu 🤭. The taste is a sweetness reminiscent of syrup that spreads in the mouth 😊. It is a mild and clear sweetness that is typical of Yama-no-i. It goes down the throat smoothly and is easy to drink, and you can also enjoy its rich and elegant ginjo aroma 🥰. The occasional hint of bitterness keeps you from getting bored 😘. It was a well-balanced sake with a clean and fine sweetness 🤗.
