The rich sweetness spreads in the mouth with the sensation of alcohol 😚. The aftertaste is filled with a pleasant sweetness that is extremely satisfying ☺️ I thought it was perfect for sipping. It is too good to drink quickly with a time limit of 30 minutes 🍶.

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. All-you-can-drink sake at Nara Antenna Shop for 30 minutes ⭐️The sake I was aiming for #1🍶. This is what I came here for🤗 So here goes 😋. It is slightly amber in color. It has a sweet and sour apple taste on the palate 🍎. There is a slight vinegariness in the throat 😲. It's accented, but what is it 🤔? Yoshino Masamune is a sake from a project started by a farmer and three breweries in the town of Yoshino to help eliminate idle farmland. There is also a Yatagarasu version and a Shojo version. Today there was only Hanaboe version, but I would like to drink the other versions 🤗. Nice Masamune👍

☀️ I stopped by Nara prefecture's antenna store in Ginza 🚶. This place has a self-service all-you-can-drink sake corner for 1500 yen for 30 minutes😄. You won't find Mimuro Sugi or Kaze no Mori, but they have most of the other sake 🍶. We started with Harushika, which the waitress said was her favorite. It is sweet yet refreshing and has a nice sharpness. This is... nice dry👍. ...I don't know if I can say that ⁉️ I'm a dry amateur so I'm not sure 🤪.

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. I was looking for a place to host a farewell party and found a place that has a regular lineup of Masamune, which I've never had 💡😳. We'll have to go there ❗️ This Masamune is made by the famous brewer of Snow Kayasha. As for the sake, it is not very sweet 😗. I feel the ginjo aroma that is common in alcohol added sake. I don't feel any alcohol 😁. As expected from the brewer of Snow Kayasha 👏. It's a very light and refreshing 😙. It tasted like it would go well with seafood 🦞🧐. Nice Masamune👍

☀️ We were very lucky to be able to compare Aiyama and Miyamanishiki from Kawanakajima Genmai 😊. Aizan. The sweetness and umami are moist and quietly sinking in 😚 It has a calm taste, and although you can feel a lot of sweetness, it is not clingy and clean. ☺️ It was a typical finish of Aiyama, bringing the aroma of unrefined sake and sweet atmosphere 🤗. Miyamanishiki It has a more subdued sweetness than Aizan. It has a very carbonated taste. The timing of opening the bottle is said to be later than Aizan. Is there gas left in the bottle 🤔? It has a subtle bitterness in the aftertaste, but the ginjo aroma is also softly felt in the nose, creating a lingering finish 🤗. It's hard to say which is better 🥰.

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. I had a nice day off, so I went to a brewery that had been on hold for a long time. Maruyama Sake Brewery in Saitama Prefecture. It's a 50 minute walk from the nearest train station🤣so far away that I called to ask "Is the store open today?" I called to check if the shop was open today 😆. Of course, I was aiming for this one 🎯. The color is a little amberish 🟡. First, cold 🧊. It smells sweet 😙. The taste is sweet like bananas 🍌. There is a little bit of alcohol characteristic of Honjozo, but it is a refreshing drink. Next, warm up 🔥. The aroma is more broad. The sweetness is subdued and it has a clean, hackneyed throat as it is swallowed. It is best served at room temperature to lukewarm. I always thought it was "Daikinsei" until I saw the sign at the store 😅. I noticed it on the sign at the store 👀. Glad I didn't make a mistake 😆. Nice Masamune👍

☀️ We were able to compare Miyazumi drinks 🤩. We started with Miyamanishiki. It is a wonderland of sweetness and umami 💫. It has a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. It has a mellow mouthfeel, just as expected 🤗. Next is nigori. This one is also a sweet-umami wonderland💫. The rice feeling is well felt and very satisfying 🥰. The slight gassiness is an accent that eliminates the nastiness 🫧.

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. Speaking of Masamune in Nagano, Katsura Masamune ❗️ It is a minor Masamune, not so minor, but it is made by "Sake Sen Kurano". ☀️ While waiting for the bullet train at Nagano station, we went to a standing bar that Ane-san frequents 😁. The master recommended this kind of place 😳 Black blue red drink comparison. Bravo ❗️ I didn't see a place that had them all together. All three colors are good, but I still like the black one for its calmness ☺️ I hear they are preparing another series besides the silver series. I'm still looking forward to seeing this warehouse 🤗.

☀️ We had to wait for the Shinkansen at Nagano station, and since it was a good opportunity, we went to a standing bar that Ane-san often goes to. After a light drink, the master recommended this drink. Here is a comparison of Hokushin-style drinks 🍶. The junmai daiginjo on the far left was sweet and tasty, with a well-rounded aroma. The special junmai in the middle was crisp and tight 😅. I think Hokushinryu is a good enough sake, but I heard that they are a perverted sake brewery that usually serves more matured sake... this is not enough for them. I'd like to try the perverted version. I'd like to try the perverted version. I'm afraid to try it 😆. The soba noodles we had for lunch were delicious 😊.

☀️ Sake rice is Dewa Tsanzan 🌾. I don't feel the scent. Maybe I just don't feel it due to hay fever 😅. Slight sweetness and a little bitterness. It has a rich ginjo aroma when you swallow it. Taste is a bit mild for Eikoufuji 😄.
