☀️ We had this because we had a selection of drinks from the south and we decided to drink them 😆. It's brewed with Yamada Nishiki grown in Miyazaki 🌾. They make Yamada Nishiki in Miyazaki 😳. The taste is very smooth and smooth. A hint of sweetness 😚 and a touch of bitterness at the end. Bitterness at the end and a touch of alcohol 👊. Sentoku has to be like this... ❗️

☀️ Here comes an American sake🍶 made with American Yamadanishiki🌾 🇺🇸 Its name is Brooklyn Kura: ❗️ Imported by Hakkaisan, so it seems to be related. They are indeed very generous👐. There was a set of 3 different kinds of sake to compare, so that's what I would drink 😤. 🇺🇸 Brooklyn on the left This is the only liqueur. Red grape juice 🍇 is added. It is red in color and is grape juice 🍇 It has a strong sweet but subdued flavor. This guy is a definite liqueur🍇. 🇺🇸 Brooklyn in the middle Rice🌾 flavor and a bitter aftertaste. A dry type that makes you mmmmmm. This is a genuine unmixed sake dry 👍❗️ nice dry 👍 🇺🇸 right brooklyn Sweet deliciousness and the sweet aroma of unrefined sake. Smooth sweetness with a hint of creaminess and a mellow throat. I wonder if it's close to Romain 🤔. Japan is supposed to have soft water worldwide, but I can't say I'm surprised ⁉️ that they can make a soft water-like mouthfeel sake in the US 😳. In terms of sake, it's right in the middle of modern 🎯. Wow, even in America 🇺🇸 can make great sake! Sainara 👋 Sainara 👋

☀️ It has a cool, mineral, watery 💧 like throat. I think the taste is by far the lightest of the packaged sake 🤔. A little bitterness at the end. If you are looking for a sweet sake, it tastes a little different. I think it is a rare type of sake 😄.

☀️ I've been seeing a lot of Toyoaki lately 🧐. I'm out drinking and trying a little 😁. It's a thin nigori🤍 with a hint of rice🌾. Sweetness is pale and soft on the tongue😚. Feels super slightly carbonated, a bit like cider🫧. The flavor lingers in the mouth and has a great aftertaste 😚. The crackling and lingering taste certainly has a "fireworks 🎇" feel to it 🤗.

☀️ I had a bottle of Katsuma, which I don't often drink 😋. Light but milky sweetness. It has a clean taste. It has a bitter taste at the end, so it is not boring to drink. The message on the label shows the pride of the brewery 😌.

☀️ There was some awesome Shinsei, so I got excited and drank it 😆. I wonder when we will see you next. I'm not sure when I'll see you again... NEXT FIVE THE FINAL 2024 It's sweet and sour every time, but it's clean, light sweetness and clear sourness 😚. The fine carbonation bubbles🫧 are elegant and nic 😆. It ends with a bitter aftertaste. It's 12 degrees alcohol so you can gobble it up. Not worth it though 😅😂. Tastes like white wine🍾 or apple champagne🍎🥂, hard to believe it's made from rice🌾🤗. Akane Peacock And the series that I sometimes want to drink. Yonotori 🐔. There was an even more phoenix-like guy: 🐦‍🔥 It is thin and cloudy. It comes in from a sweet taste like grapefruit juice. When you taste it, the sweetness continues and a little bitterness 🤔. I think the clean mellowness is different from usual Yonotori. The long lasting sweetness and bitterness will make you addicted 🤗.

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. The day after the Tochigi citizens' meeting, we visited Morito Shuzo 😁. I walked into the store and saw a lineup of Juichi-Masamune. There were several types of sake limited to the brewery, but since it was a good opportunity, I chose the sake called "Tochigi Yumesasara all-purpose sake". If you are going to buy sake in Tochigi, you should buy sake made with Tochigi rice 😉. Sake made exclusively at the brewery. It may be just a little amber 🟡. It has a strong sweet aroma for a junmai ginjo 😚. It has a strong sweet aroma for a junmai ginjo 😚 It has a hint of huckleberry on the palate and finishes with a refreshing 😙. It is an easy to drink sake straight 🍶. Shoninzawa I'll post this one along with it 😆. It goes back in time, but we drank it at the event site where we gathered before the Kenmin Kai. See Tsubu's post for more details😇. I heard from Kosuke's comment that Shoninzawa is also delicious, so I had to drink this one ❗️ and it was my first choice 😁. I didn't think it would be a double nice Masamune👍👍 with Tsubu-chan 😅 It's sake 🍶. It's a pale amber color 🟡. The sweetness is also pale, yet there is a slight sensation of sweetness lingering in the mouth. I brought the hackberry sensation at the end to reset the sweetness and refresh me 🤗. Both, Nice Masamune👍

☀️ Masamune Hunter Goes to the Tochigi Prefectural Association: ❗️ As posted by the Tochigi Kenmin Kai, I was able to attend the Tochigi Kenmin Kai that I have been longing for 🤩. Thank you all for your warm welcome 🙇‍♂️ If I had to give you one bottle out of the many I drank, it would of course be this one: ❗️ Dora-san & Tsubu-chan brought in a surprise bottle of Masamune for the Masamune hunters 🎁✨. Thank you again, Dora-san & Tsubu-chan ❣️ We are very proud to be Masamune hunters 😭. Let's open the bottle 🍶! Slight sweetness and Junmai-like rice flavor 🌾. It has an alcohol sensation and after swallowing it, you will feel a burning sensation in your throat. I thought 🤔 that it would go well with hot sake, and everyone commented that it looks good for hot sake 😄 ♨️ I was so glad to see people who enjoy drinking sake on a regular basis. I was happy to feel the sympathy of the same kind 🤣. We had about half of a bottle left, so we were allowed to take it home 😆. So, at home, I heated up the sake: ♨️ The sweetness is almost gone and the alcohol feeling has faded 🤔. The hackles are stronger and the skittish sensation through the nose is up⤴️ Sweetness is visible in the aftertaste. This is definitely a good choice for heated sake ♨️ 🤗 Nice Masamune👍 Thanks Masamune🙏!

☀️ I tend to buy things when it says "limited edition" or "carefully selected" 😅. I opened the bottle thinking it must be great 🍶. Smooth mouthfeel😙. Slight sourness 😛. Slight carbonation 🫧. I thought it would be harder because of the blaming, but it was simply a nice cohesive sake with the deep flavor of the sake yeast 😊.

Mmmmmm, this crackling is good ❣️ The sweetness and acidity is like apple juice 🍎, giving it a refreshing taste appropriate for summer 😌. The subtle hint of ginjo aroma is also a nice touch. It was a bottle of summer sake that was also very typical of Kangiku 🩵.

☀️ This is the bottom of the bottle. Looks like it's been a long time since the bottle was opened🤔. It has a light sweet taste 😚. The overall taste is clean and refreshing. It has a clear, watery feeling as it goes down your throat 💧🏞️ It was a real refreshing type that did not feel oxidized even though it had been open for a long time 🤗.
