I love the floral, flowery aroma that I also felt in the orikara-mi sake I drank before. ☺️
The taste is mildly sweet on the tongue with a slight bitterness lingering in the back of the throat after the sweetness is gone.
It's not too sweet and has a nice sharpness, so it's the kind of sake that you can't stop drinking 🍶.

The pink label of Kido was recommended by the waitress!
I was curious about this sake because it is famous for being the best sake in terms of cost performance, so I was grateful to have it 😋.
The juicy, muscat-like flavor with the fullness of a junmai daiginjo is irresistible 🥰.
The aftertaste is sharp and clean without being sticky, so I end up drinking it at a very fast pace 😳.
The waitress told me that it was cheap, yet delicious, and when I asked about the price, I was surprised to find that it was extremely inexpensive at 1,650 yen!

Nagatoro-kura is one of my favorite sake breweries.
I bought it because it was a blend of "Arabashiri" and "Sesto".
Since I am a novice who can't tell the difference in taste, I only thought it had a strong aroma of sake yeast at the time. I was only surprised by the strong aroma of the sake's yeast and thought it was a bit too strong.
When I drank it again at Starbucks, it was so much easier to drink without such a peculiar smell of the yeast and I wondered why 🤔.

The taste is modest in comparison to the aroma, with a sweetness that quickly fades and leaves a bitter taste at the back of the throat. ☺️
As the name suggests, the sake is light and smooth and very easy to drink.
