Although it is unsettling ❓, it is a gentle umami and clean acidity 😚.
There is a bit of bitterness at the end, and the umami ends up being outstanding.

I've been curious about this since I saw a post on X raving about it, and I was grateful that Starbucks happened to be serving it 😋🍶.
The glass it was poured into smelled mellow, like bananas and ripe melon 🍌🍈.
The overall impression is gorgeous, with honey and white peach-like nuances that are typical of kijoshu!
When you put it in your mouth, it has a smooth texture on the tongue with a nice, tangy, slightly carbonated feeling.
Unlike the sweetness of kijoshu, the taste is refreshingly sweet and fruity, like white grapes, with a gentle acidity.
This is certainly a flavor that deserves rave reviews✨.

I've had this Karoura before. I was curious about it because I saw it at Starbucks.

The aroma is a little subdued, but the sweet aroma of rice combined with a melon-like fruit aroma is very satisfying 😋.
The rich sweetness of the rice combined with the sourness of the moromi is a devilish combination 😳.
The easy to understand sweetness, the sourness that you don't get tired of drinking, and the clean and refreshing aftertaste of 6-7% alcohol made me swoon 😆✨.
It's a home-run level of deliciousness!

Sake of the Naohiko Noguchi Research Institute, which is often seen these days.
Matsuzaki started to carry it, so I was curious about it and decided to try it.
This is called "Kanagaso" 🤔.

Nagatoro-kura is one of my favorite sake breweries.
I bought it because it was a blend of "Arabashiri" and "Sesto".
Since I am a novice who can't tell the difference in taste, I only thought it had a strong aroma of sake yeast at the time. I was only surprised by the strong aroma of the sake's yeast and thought it was a bit too strong.
When I drank it again at Starbucks, it was so much easier to drink without such a peculiar smell of the yeast and I wondered why 🤔.
