It was a Fukkai nigori that I had enjoyed so much before, last time with Yamadanishiki and this time with a sake rice called Reihou. It was so good that I didn't want to miss it, so I bought it right after its release and let it sit for a while. Hmmm? The aroma is sweeter than I expected. When you drink it, the harshness of the alcohol stands out... I drank it in a wine glass with the kink in it, but it's not easy to drink. So, I transferred it to a katakuchi and then drank it at a leisurely pace with a boar's mouth, and it was quite tasty! It seems to go especially well with miso, and even miso ramen brings out the potential of the sake. It is not sweeter than the aroma, and the model-like flow of the sake, with its sizzling mouthfeel, the umami and lactic acidity from the cloudiness, and the guttural bitterness that comes out at the end, gives us a sense of security. The same may be true of other sakes, but the expression of sake can easily change depending on how it is drunk (sake cup, temperature, and food). Perhaps that is why we are so attracted to sake.

Too good, Jikin😋. The concentrated sweetness passes through, and then it's crisp and refreshing without much aftertaste ( ˇωˇ ). I wanted to try it to see what it was like before drinking the Hakutsuru-Nishiki I have at home, but now I'm really looking forward to it ( ˇωˇ ) I'll give a detailed review when I drink it again at home 😌.

☀️ Here comes an American sake🍶 made with American Yamadanishiki🌾 🇺🇸 Its name is Brooklyn Kura: ❗️ Imported by Hakkaisan, so it seems to be related. They are indeed very generous👐. There was a set of 3 different kinds of sake to compare, so that's what I would drink 😤. 🇺🇸 Brooklyn on the left This is the only liqueur. Red grape juice 🍇 is added. It is red in color and is grape juice 🍇 It has a strong sweet but subdued flavor. This guy is a definite liqueur🍇. 🇺🇸 Brooklyn in the middle Rice🌾 flavor and a bitter aftertaste. A dry type that makes you mmmmmm. This is a genuine unmixed sake dry 👍❗️ nice dry 👍 🇺🇸 right brooklyn Sweet deliciousness and the sweet aroma of unrefined sake. Smooth sweetness with a hint of creaminess and a mellow throat. I wonder if it's close to Romain 🤔. Japan is supposed to have soft water worldwide, but I can't say I'm surprised ⁉️ that they can make a soft water-like mouthfeel sake in the US 😳. In terms of sake, it's right in the middle of modern 🎯. Wow, even in America 🇺🇸 can make great sake! Sainara 👋 Sainara 👋

☀️ It has a cool, mineral, watery 💧 like throat. I think the taste is by far the lightest of the packaged sake 🤔. A little bitterness at the end. If you are looking for a sweet sake, it tastes a little different. I think it is a rare type of sake 😄.

☀️ I've been seeing a lot of Toyoaki lately 🧐. I'm out drinking and trying a little 😁. It's a thin nigori🤍 with a hint of rice🌾. Sweetness is pale and soft on the tongue😚. Feels super slightly carbonated, a bit like cider🫧. The flavor lingers in the mouth and has a great aftertaste 😚. The crackling and lingering taste certainly has a "fireworks 🎇" feel to it 🤗.

☀️ I had a bottle of Katsuma, which I don't often drink 😋. Light but milky sweetness. It has a clean taste. It has a bitter taste at the end, so it is not boring to drink. The message on the label shows the pride of the brewery 😌.

We had Katsuma Daiginjo at an event a while ago! The ginjo aroma was discreet, but refined, It smells great with fresh fruit nuances like green apple and lafrance. Smells great with fresh fruity nuances like green apple and lafrance✨. The smooth mouthfeel is impressive, and the crisp, light, dry, and clear sake quality without any cloying taste stands out, and the umami of the rice and subtle sweetness are in harmony, making me marvel at "this is Katsuma? I was lucky enough to find it on sale in a four-pack, so I was grateful to be able to buy it 🍶´-. I can't drink it because I still have a lot of sake stock at home, but I'm going to let it sit until that day.

☀️ There was some awesome Shinsei, so I got excited and drank it 😆. I wonder when we will see you next. I'm not sure when I'll see you again... NEXT FIVE THE FINAL 2024 It's sweet and sour every time, but it's clean, light sweetness and clear sourness 😚. The fine carbonation bubbles🫧 are elegant and nic 😆. It ends with a bitter aftertaste. It's 12 degrees alcohol so you can gobble it up. Not worth it though 😅😂. Tastes like white wine🍾 or apple champagne🍎🥂, hard to believe it's made from rice🌾🤗. Akane Peacock And the series that I sometimes want to drink. Yonotori 🐔. There was an even more phoenix-like guy: 🐦‍🔥 It is thin and cloudy. It comes in from a sweet taste like grapefruit juice. When you taste it, the sweetness continues and a little bitterness 🤔. I think the clean mellowness is different from usual Yonotori. The long lasting sweetness and bitterness will make you addicted 🤗.

Senkou's rhinoceros beetle A little while ago, but successfully captured again this year The smell of ripe citrus fruits is enough to lower your body temperature by about 5 degrees Celsius. My wife said she could drink it because it's cool and not like sake in a good way. I can recommend this sake to those who don't like sake. It's worth walking in this hot weather! ((((ง Takachiyo brought some to the izakaya (Japanese-style pub) where she works. and we all had a drink together!

☀️ There was a "Select Drink Comparison Set" of Abesan 🤗. You can choose 3 types from more than 10 types of Abesan. I chose 3 different types of sake rice to "compare like for like ❗️" 😏. Each is cloudy in the glass lined up 🤍. Raku-fu-mai is the most cloudy. Each has a similar aroma, but Takananishiki seems to have the least aroma. How about the taste? ◾️ Raku-fu-mai The impression is mellow and calm. The sweetness is the strongest 😚. It doesn't seem to be a raw sake and there is no gassy feeling. ◾️Takananishiki It has a refreshing sweetness 😙. The way it leaves a bitter aftertaste is excellent. There is a slight carbonation, as is typical of nama-shu. ◾️Ipponjiki The least sweet of the three 😗. The tight acidity permeates the mouth at the end. This had the most awesome carbonation and freshness 😆. This was a very different sake drinking experience. It shows the skill of Mr. Abe to be able to make sakes that take advantage of the characteristics of various types of sake rice 🤗.

☀️ Just finished the bottle and the reserve bottle came out. They asked, "Would you like the bottom of the bottle and the sealed opening in separate glasses?" I said YES👍 of course 😎. The opening 🍶. Clear acidity. Standard sweet and sour, sweetness seems weak. Clearly crackling carbonation🫧. Wooden vat aroma comes late. Very fresh😋. Bottom of the bottle🍶. Carbonation was gone🫥. The acidity is rounded and cloudy. It was still oxidized, but the aged sweetness and flavor was stronger. It has a milder flavor 🤗. I didn't know the number of days after opening the bottle, but anyway, I feel that good sake changes rapidly after opening the bottle 🤗.
