What a surprise! This time Starbucks has informed me that the Heresy Guru will be opening a bottle! No choice but to go 🏃♂️
So we went for a drink on Eve 🥰.
It's based on a flax cat, so the aroma is inherited from the flax cat, but it has a gentle, mellow, vanilla-like sweet aroma 🥰.
The taste is a combination of the complex sourness and richness of flax cat and the mellow mouthfeel, and the unique sourness of the white malted rice gives it a new political feeling.
The satisfaction of the richness that seems to stay in your mouth forever is explosive 😋✨.
The astringency flows nicely without leaving any astringency, but the umami flavor remains and makes you happy forever!
It was a one-of-a-kind taste that I can't even think of a similar sake 🥳.
I didn't get the heretic guru, but I did get the peasant, so I'm going to let it sit for a few years before drinking it: ☺️🙏

A bit of a sake yeast yeast aroma, but the bitter flavor is the same as ever 😳.
The bitterness has mellowed compared to the ginjo, making it lighter and easier to drink 😌.
The astringent bitterness lingers in the back of the throat.

A customer who was paying the bill was talking to the waiter, "This year's Tedorigawa Nigori was delicious". I was surprised and ordered it.
It has a mildly fruity flavor with a combination of sourness, sweetness, and crispness that makes it refreshing and cool to drink 😋.
When you add the oli, the richness and creaminess increases and the sweetness becomes stronger.

Compared to the normal Snowball we had before, the UA has a mellower acidity and is easier to drink 🤔.
Less sweetness, more umami and sourness, and a chili sensation 😆.

I went to drink it the next day after I saw the notice of the opening of the bottle!
It was my first time to drink Jigin, so I was excited to order it 🥳.
The aroma is a modest ginjo aroma.
The aroma was not flashy and drifted softly, and I was worried about my sense of smell because I couldn't feel the gorgeous and fruity aroma typical of Jikin.
After taking a sip, I thought it would be sweet and delicious, so I took a sip.
What is it? It has a light taste.
It has a slight sweetness on the palate, and the sweetness is quickly replaced by a sourness 😳.
I ended up with a bitter finish 🫥.
For some reason, I was in the mouth of sweetness on this day, so I drank it down feeling sorry for the mismatch between the flavor and the sweetness!
I'd like to try it again on a day with a paler mouthfeel: ☺️✨
When I drank it as a food sake, my opinion of it changed completely!

I don't usually stop by Starbucks on weekends, but this time my wife and I went because they opened a bottle of 🐸🙄.
The glass poured out was sparkling and carbonated, like a sparkling wine 🍷✨.
The aroma is sharp citrus 🍊 with a soft yogurt-like acidity derived from lactic acidity and a freshness of fruit.
Sip and the sweetness of the rice is increased 😳.
The sweetness and acidity make the drink not too heavy, and the carbonation is in harmony with the sweetness and acidity, like a Calpis juice for adults 😆.
Even my wife, who normally doesn't drink sake, gave me her assurance that she could drink this 😋.

It's sparkling🫧 so they served it in a flute glass✨.
There are bubbles floating around 🫧.
When you sip it, fine bubbles shrivel up🫧🫧🫧🫧🫧.
As the bubbles pop, the ginjo aroma spreads into your mouth and reaches the back of your nose. ☺️

It has a faint pungent smell
Although it is unsettling ❓, it is a gentle umami and clean acidity 😚.
There is a bit of bitterness at the end, and the umami ends up being outstanding.
There is no kudos, partly due to the slightly carbonated nature of the wine. 🙂↕️

I've been curious about this since I saw a post on X raving about it, and I was grateful that Starbucks happened to be serving it 😋🍶.
The glass it was poured into smelled mellow, like bananas and ripe melon 🍌🍈.
The overall impression is gorgeous, with honey and white peach-like nuances that are typical of kijoshu!
When you put it in your mouth, it has a smooth texture on the tongue with a nice, tangy, slightly carbonated feeling.
Unlike the sweetness of kijoshu, the taste is refreshingly sweet and fruity, like white grapes, with a gentle acidity.
This is certainly a flavor that deserves rave reviews✨.
