But recently, Suidama is becoming more and more famous and popular, and even if you want to drink it, it is often sold out😭.
The aroma is fruity, but less so than Hanayuup.

あふぃおOctober 1 was Sake Day, so our favorite restaurant, Matsuzaki, held an all-you-can-drink event where over 20 brands of sake were offered for free 🥰.
The first sake chosen for this wonderful event was Chiebijin's Hachitan-Nishiki 😋.
I forgot to take a picture of the back label 🙄.
The aroma was fruity and gave the impression of a modern sake, with a hint of pineapple.
The balance between the beautiful sweetness and acidity is wonderful, yet the rice flavor is also present and finishes with a light bitterness 😌.

This is a very limited series of Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu.
This year, too, I couldn't buy it because my freezer was full (for the nth time), and I was thinking I'd have to wait until next year to buy it, but Matsuzaki saved me again 🥰.
The aroma is fresh and refreshing with a fruity aroma of pineapple and melon that softly wafts through the nose 😋.
The taste is juicy and full of flavor and sweetness, not to mention the mouthfeel, and it lingers in the back of your throat with a slightly carbonated, tangy acidity 😆✨.
The sake is sweet with a sake level of -6 to 7, but I didn't care about that and forced myself to pair it with gibier sausage!

It is still fruity and delicious!

As I expected, Omine's sake has a wonderful minerality and is very easy to drink.
The powerful flavor of the Omachi rice combined with the muscat and kyoho flavors is a near perfect balance for me personally 😆.

If you see something like that, you have no choice but to drink it.
I'll start with the Gen-no-tori.
The aroma is similar (or almost the same?) to the Yonotori. It has a sweet aroma like caramel and honey 🍯.
The label on the back says that it is brewed entirely with brown rice except for the koji, which made me go "wow" 🥹.
The taste is not particularly strong or peculiar, but has a sweet, melty texture like Yonotori, with a delicious caramel honey that spreads on the palate 😋.
