Have a good week! ☘️ Today is the Concept Workers Selection 🥰. I'm drinking a little bit of this series: ☺️ This is my first time at Shirakiku Shuzo! The label is cute💠♥️ It tastes fruity and a little bit mildly sweet 🥰. It's been a few days since I opened the bottle and no problem! It's rather delicious every time I sip it 🤣 🤣♥️ I'm glad I bought it 🤣👍️

Pay-what-you-can tasting at the Okayama Sake Shop (2) This is also my first time to taste sake! I didn't even know the brand name and it was the first time I drank it😅. Glutamic acid from sweetness? Very umami 😊. I can't describe it well 👏.

I enjoyed the Southern concert 🤩‼️ It was the usual Southern from a lot of new songs. In Takamatsu, when I tried to eat udon, only 2 restaurants were open in front of the station, and these 2 restaurants were taking care of 10,000 Southern fans... 😓. It was so crowded that we could not eat. In the evening, I went out to Okayama to drink with a friend who is a Shinto priest 🍺. I drank a bottle of Daisenji Shirakiku for the first time... 🍺. Fruity. Slightly refreshing. Easy to drink 😋. The picture is Shimotsui Horumon Yaki Udon, a B gourmet dish.

Izakaya Kintetsu Express Vista Car 1️⃣ We are on the early morning double-decker express train from Osaka Namba to Ise 😀. I'm having sake with my breakfast while looking at the sky that hasn't dawned yet in the car 🤣. First up, here's Daisenji Shirakiku in Okayama 😀. Kaorin bought this sake for me on a business trip to Okayama and I don't really smell the ginjo aroma 🤣. The taste was also not so clear of junodai, it was more like a food sake with the richness of rice 😀. Breakfast for the entrée was Kakinoha Sushi that I bought at Yamato Saidaiji, where I had a layover yesterday on my way back from Joyo City 😇. It was delicious with the sushi rice 😀.

Brewed by Shirakiku Shuzo in Takahashi, Okayama Daisenji Shirakiku Sunrise White "Nama" Junmai Ginjo When I tried it, I found this sake to be It's delicious, delicious 😆. Fresh and juicy 🥤 of the raw sake! Maybe the pinnacle of the category 🗻. Wearing a bichibichi 🌧️ gasiness Super full, overwhelming rich fruitiness🔴🟢. This drink is badass 😆😆. I want to repeat it though, I want to repeat but I'm very worried if it will still be available next weekend I'm very worried 😣❢.
