Mild rice aroma. Soft mouthfeel. The texture is thick on the tongue. A crisp, alcoholic taste.
Even when served with strong flavored food, the taste of sake is not overpowered and can be enjoyed. The alcohol taste helps to reset the palate, making it a very good food wine.

It seems like a good idea to go with just sake. I thought it had a nice texture on the tongue and a flavor that reminded me of local Yamagata sake.
