☀️ Elegant taste that is moderately sweet and flavorful ✨. You can tell the acidity is behind the subdued taste, although you can hardly taste the acidity 🧐. I feel that the flavor is constructed in such a way that the umami is enhanced. I have the sensation of being numbed by the acidity when drinking it, or something like that 🤔.

☀️ I have never seen clear bottles by Katano Sakura before. They are so stylish ✨ I looked to see if there was a sake rice called "dewy scent" and it seems there isn't 😅. I have a preconceived notion that "˜the scent of ~" looks like a sake rice 😆. Slightly yellowish color 🟡. Light sweetness like banana 🍌. Of course it has a good flavor and a robust taste 😌.

☀️ If you ask for a Junmai Daiginjo from Hirotogawa, you will want to taste one 😁. Melon-like sweetness with a light taste 😊. The umami is hidden in the background, but it's there. The ginjo aroma is not too harsh, but sometimes it spreads to the back of the nose, which is irresistible. Clean like a clear stream but with the perfect addition of flavor and aroma ✨.

☀️ A distinct sweet aroma. Is it from the unrefined? 🤔 It has a moist sweetness and umami flavor, but I don't feel any kudos. I had an image of yamahai as being rich, but the taste is so refreshing and clean that it changes that image 🤗.

☀️ It's "hazy" so it's light white 🤍. Is it an origami 🤔? It has a banana-like sweetness🍌 and a slight rice flavor🌾. I think there is also a faint scent of rice 🙄. There was a bitterness at the end that made the taste hazy and carried it beyond the haze: 😶‍🌫️

☀️ Let's have it again this year, Bai Sai Lai 🤍. The reason it looks like two bottles is not because the picture is blurry, but because I bought two bottles😇 So, what do you think of this year's Bai Sai Lai🤍😁? It's a stunning sports drink colored ooze with tiny rice grains drifting 🌾. Soft sweetness and fine acidity are irresistible 😚. It's banana-like🍌 on the entry and crisp with a sourness at the end. I can see bubbles 🫧 in the glass, so it seems to be slightly carbonated, but I don't feel too much gas, it passes by leaving a refreshing impression 😁. This year again, it has sweetness and rice flavor, but with the lightness that is typical of Sairai 🤗.

☀️ It has little aroma. It's sparkling🫧 so they served it in a flute glass✨. There are bubbles floating around 🫧. When you sip it, fine bubbles shrivel up🫧🫧🫧🫧🫧. As the bubbles pop, the ginjo aroma spreads into your mouth and reaches the back of your nose. ☺️ It was pricey, but it was a new experience of Jikin 🤗.

☀️ It has a faint pungent smell 🫩 Although it is unsettling ❓, it is a gentle umami and clean acidity 😚. There is a bit of bitterness at the end, and the umami ends up being outstanding. There is no kudos, partly due to the slightly carbonated nature of the wine. 🙂‍↕️ I found the taste reminiscent of mature apples 🍎.

☀️ It smells like Mimuro cedar. This is the one, the one that makes enthusiasts drool 🤤. The sweetness of the taste is so pure and clean that it penetrates the palate. Is there a slight sourness 🤔? I don't know 🤗 It has a refreshing banana🍌 flavor and is very easy to drink. And for being so smooth, it is very satisfying 😊. Even Mimuro maniacs will agree. This is one that should always be sitting in your fridge when you open it 🥰.

☀️ Microcarbonate🫧. The waitress started her magic show 🎉 saying "even if you tighten it, the line comes out 🥳. It really does pull out😲. You have to hold it down with duct tape 🤣. When you taste it, it has a slight sweetness & umami, and a little bitterness at the end. It has a stoic umami and a dry taste with less sweetness. The ginjo aroma on the nose is wonderful and very satisfying. ⤴️

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. Morning comes early for Masamune hunters. We always leave at sunrise 🤗. I arrived at "Big Boss Kamagaya Daibutsu Store" before noon. This is the BIG BOSS🥸...the store looks different. But I can't be intimidated. I'm going to be a [BIG Masamune Hunter] someday. ❗️ Dad, watch me. ‼️" I just entered the store when I was inspired by the story 😁. Well, the Masamune... there it is 👀. It's lined up quietly behind a cardboard box 🥲. I asked the clerk if there were any No. 4 bottles ❓ since I could only find 1 bottle. The clerk said, "We don't carry No. 4 anymore. We don't have space on our shelves, and once we run out of the actual bottle, we don't plan to get any more in stock..." He said this and started to put the brandy on the shelf sadly. He said he had been dealing with Tooi Masamune for a long time, but he had no choice because it was not selling well. How sad😔. So I opened the bottle 🍶. It has a well-balanced sweetness, not too sweet & not too much... 😚. The ginjo aroma is also present. The sake is made with a sense of pride in not adding anything extra 🌟. It is a Junmai Daiginjo in the lineage of good old Sake 🍶. Nice Masamune👍

Good morning, Hiro 😃 I knew Meiri Shuzui as the producer of Ogawa yeast, but I never knew they brewed Masamune 😳. I guess they are not a shigou bottle but a ichoushou bottle 🤔 because of the type of sake and where they sell it. Nice Masamune👍

☀️ I thought "takachiyo" was more on the fruity side, even with the kanji. However, there is no sweetness at all ❗️ First, the umami that comes in quickly, followed by the acidity to control it, and then the growth can simply be called sake 😌. It was a dry, crisp, and clear sake 🍶. It matched best with food with salt 🤗.

☀️ There was a sake I saw at Sake no Wa and was curious about the label 😁. White like a sports drink🤍. No rice grains visible 🌾. It is sweet and sour with a strong acidity, tastes like grapefruit or green apple. Is there a slight carbonation? 🤔 I couldn't tell for sure as it seems to have been open for some time 😅. The ginjo aroma is refreshing 🌺 This sake is light and refreshing yet satisfying with a sweet and sour and ricey taste that made me smile like the dog on the label 😋.

☀️ Gorgeous label with glitter 🌈 stands out 👀. I couldn't resist and ordered some 😆. The color is white like a sports drink 🤍. You can't see any grains of rice in the glass. Sweet and slightly sour like summer oranges or sweet grapefruit 😚. The aftertaste is of rice and occasional bitterness. The ginjo aroma after drinking is also mellow and rich 🍶.

☀️ I had never had Korosan before, so I reached out to try it 😄. Upon opening the seal, you will notice a moderate sweetness and a slightly assertive acidity 🤔. What? Fruity? What about the mellowness? I thought so. I had a strong impression of No. 9 yeast and expected sweet and fruity 😇. It has a sour taste and a refreshing taste. It is smooth and easy to drink 😅. The aroma was mellow and expansive, and I could finally feel the No. 9 yeast character. It's not stated clearly, but it's #9 yeast 😅. And it's Koroh 😅. It's planet 9 😅😅 I'd like to tsk tsk if I'm wrong 🤣.
