We were so satisfied with Hohogaike Masamune that we decided to drink Obaste Masamune as well🤗.
The Tanada label is beautiful ✨.
We had it with the sashimi set meal 😋.

Firm umami and soft sweetness overlap in the mouth.

It was unknown on my Masamune list, but I found out it exists through Higu's post the other day, so I went hunting for it 😄.
We took the Shinkansen 🚅 early in the morning to Ueda in Nagano prefecture and changed trains to get there.
First, I went to the storehouse of the brewery to make sure it was available 👀.
Once my mind was at ease, I boarded the bus🚌 to visit the store Higu had posted about.
So here we are: ❗️

We immediately entered the restaurant 🍶.
There was the desired Masamune in the fridge 👀.
Before looking at the menu, we ordered 🤗.
It has a subtle aroma of rice that is typical of Junmai 🌾.
You can taste the rich flavor of the rice 🌾.
Mild umami spreads on the tongue with a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
Clear and refreshing on the throat ✨.
From the look of it, I thought it was a normal sake spec, but it had a beautiful sweet and umami flavor with no cloying taste 😋.
