☀️ When you open the bottle, an aroma reminiscent of white flowers passes smoothly to the back of your nose: ☺️ The mellow mouthfeel is typical for a draft sake, with a sticky sweetness that spreads out in a jiffy 😚. It is followed by a soft acidity, which feels clean. I remember the hi-ire having a harder texture, but this is mild 😌. Sake nouveau indeed✨. My sake lover instincts whispered to me that I should drink it sooner rather than later before the flavor changes 😏.

☀️ Banana-based, refreshing sweetness and moist flavor 🍌. Slightly acidic, but the sweetness and umami remain in the aftertaste. The aroma is mellow, but the ginjo aroma is smooth. Everything is concentrated in a calm ginjo production 🍶.

☀️ This style has a moist, umami center with a sweetness that also accompanies it. The sweetness is also thick and rich with umami lasting to the end 😚. The design of the sweetness without miscellaneous flavors despite the junmai specs is very satisfying ⤴️

☀️ For a super dry wine...the umami of the rice comes through clearly 🌾. It is not dry and does not give you the feeling of being turned away thanks to the umami. It finishes with a tangy acidity that gives it a nice sharpness. The umami flavor remains on the tongue and I drank it while drinking 😁ummm🙂‍↕️

☀️ The sweetness and umami of the rice are well balanced. The mouthfeel is clean, but with a hint of ginjo aroma and a mellow aroma. ☺️ The Junmai specs were as satisfying as Junmai Ginjo level 🤗.

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. Masamune hunters never neglect their daily patrol of the internet 💻. One day I found some Masamune for sale online 💡. The old man I met at a bar was talking nonsense🙄. 👴🏻 "When you meet him, that's the time to attack..." Click here 👇. I don't need my grandfather to tell me that. I don't have a single regret for my Masamune way: ☝️ A few days later, it arrived by courier: 🐈‍⬛ Let's open the bottle🍶. The color is pale yellow 🟡. The aroma is a bit of a pungent smell that hits the nose. On the palate, it has a walnut-like sweetness and a slightly crisp flavor. ☺️ The aftertaste is bitter and slightly sour, leaving a slight bitter lemon taste in the mouth 🍋. You can tell they are trying to make a good classic type of sake 😌. I'm going to try a heated sake as well to rehabilitate Nonbei Yokocho: ♨️ The pungent smell is gone and the sweetness has increased to a honwari sweetness 😚. The bitter aftertaste remains, but you can still enjoy the lingering taste: ☺️ Enjoyable at a wide range of temperatures, that's what sake is all about 🏆. Good evening, Mr. Jaive 😃. The Myo Masamune I drank is in Nara, but I believe it was originally made by Hyosuke. I registered it in Fukui out of respect for the reissue sake 🫡. Masamune sensor is always antenna max 🤣.

☀️ I haven't seen a lot of minutefuku for a while now 👀. I'll take it for the first time in a while 😋. It has a slight yellow tinge 🟡. Sticky sweetness like plum wine 😚. The ginjo aroma is also clearly detectable. Despite its yellow appearance, it has a modern finish😎😎. It was a well-balanced sweetness that could add sweetness and umami to dishes 🤗.

☀️ I've been seeing Amami at Sake no Wa a lot lately. I saw him at the store and caught him drinking 😆. It's a beautiful sports drink colored nigori 🤍. The acidity and sweetness are centered around a mild rice flavor. The acidity is pleasantly crisp, followed by sweetness and bitterness. It was a nigori🤍 that would go well with food.

☀️ Elegant taste that is moderately sweet and flavorful ✨. You can tell the acidity is behind the subdued taste, although you can hardly taste the acidity 🧐. I feel that the flavor is constructed in such a way that the umami is enhanced. I have the sensation of being numbed by the acidity when drinking it, or something like that 🤔.

☀️ I have never seen clear bottles by Katano Sakura before. They are so stylish ✨ I looked to see if there was a sake rice called "dewy scent" and it seems there isn't 😅. I have a preconceived notion that "˜the scent of ~" looks like a sake rice 😆. Slightly yellowish color 🟡. Light sweetness like banana 🍌. Of course it has a good flavor and a robust taste 😌.

☀️ If you ask for a Junmai Daiginjo from Hirotogawa, you will want to taste one 😁. Melon-like sweetness with a light taste 😊. The umami is hidden in the background, but it's there. The ginjo aroma is not too harsh, but sometimes it spreads to the back of the nose, which is irresistible. Clean like a clear stream but with the perfect addition of flavor and aroma ✨.

☀️ It's "hazy" so it's light white 🤍. Is it an origami 🤔? It has a banana-like sweetness🍌 and a slight rice flavor🌾. I think there is also a faint scent of rice 🙄. There was a bitterness at the end that made the taste hazy and carried it beyond the haze: 😶‍🌫️

☀️ Let's have it again this year, Bai Sai Lai 🤍. The reason it looks like two bottles is not because the picture is blurry, but because I bought two bottles😇 So, what do you think of this year's Bai Sai Lai🤍😁? It's a stunning sports drink colored ooze with tiny rice grains drifting 🌾. Soft sweetness and fine acidity are irresistible 😚. It's banana-like🍌 on the entry and crisp with a sourness at the end. I can see bubbles 🫧 in the glass, so it seems to be slightly carbonated, but I don't feel too much gas, it passes by leaving a refreshing impression 😁. This year again, it has sweetness and rice flavor, but with the lightness that is typical of Sairai 🤗.

☀️ It has little aroma. It's sparkling🫧 so they served it in a flute glass✨. There are bubbles floating around 🫧. When you sip it, fine bubbles shrivel up🫧🫧🫧🫧🫧. As the bubbles pop, the ginjo aroma spreads into your mouth and reaches the back of your nose. ☺️ It was pricey, but it was a new experience of Jikin 🤗.

☀️ It has a faint pungent smell 🫩 Although it is unsettling ❓, it is a gentle umami and clean acidity 😚. There is a bit of bitterness at the end, and the umami ends up being outstanding. There is no kudos, partly due to the slightly carbonated nature of the wine. 🙂‍↕️ I found the taste reminiscent of mature apples 🍎.

☀️ It smells like Mimuro cedar. This is the one, the one that makes enthusiasts drool 🤤. The sweetness of the taste is so pure and clean that it penetrates the palate. Is there a slight sourness 🤔? I don't know 🤗 It has a refreshing banana🍌 flavor and is very easy to drink. And for being so smooth, it is very satisfying 😊. Even Mimuro maniacs will agree. This is one that should always be sitting in your fridge when you open it 🥰.
