☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. Morning comes early for Masamune hunters. We always leave at sunrise 🤗. I arrived at "Big Boss Kamagaya Daibutsu Store" before noon. This is the BIG BOSS🥸...the store looks different. But I can't be intimidated. I'm going to be a [BIG Masamune Hunter] someday. ❗️ Dad, watch me. ‼️" I just entered the store when I was inspired by the story 😁. Well, the Masamune... there it is 👀. It's lined up quietly behind a cardboard box 🥲. I asked the clerk if there were any No. 4 bottles ❓ since I could only find 1 bottle. The clerk said, "We don't carry No. 4 anymore. We don't have space on our shelves, and once we run out of the actual bottle, we don't plan to get any more in stock..." He said this and started to put the brandy on the shelf sadly. He said he had been dealing with Tooi Masamune for a long time, but he had no choice because it was not selling well. How sad😔. So I opened the bottle 🍶. It has a well-balanced sweetness, not too sweet & not too much... 😚. The ginjo aroma is also present. The sake is made with a sense of pride in not adding anything extra 🌟. It is a Junmai Daiginjo in the lineage of good old Sake 🍶. Nice Masamune👍

Good evening, Hiro 😃. It's a pity that Hourai is overshadowed 😅I'm sure there are still some good sake that never see the light of day in these days of established popular brands, but it's a tough place to be in the information society 😅Nice Masamune👍

Good evening, ichiro18 😃. I hate Hourai 🤣Meiri Sake Brewery is also a venerable brewery, but perhaps they are being pushed by the current trends. I consider it part of my hunter activities to look at the harshness of the brewing industry head on 😌.

☀️ I thought "takachiyo" was more on the fruity side, even with the kanji. However, there is no sweetness at all ❗️ First, the umami that comes in quickly, followed by the acidity to control it, and then the growth can simply be called sake 😌. It was a dry, crisp, and clear sake 🍶. It matched best with food with salt 🤗.

Good evening, Hiro-san! I was wondering if it's the dry version of "Takachiyo" 🎵. I had an image of "Takachiyo" as sweet, but it is not only sweet but also tasty, so I am curious about its dry taste too 🤤!

Good evening, ma-ki-😃. It is a very direct dry taste. It was the kind of dryness that would go perfectly with salted yakitori 😌. Of course it is also delicious 🐔.

☀️ There was a sake I saw at Sake no Wa and was curious about the label 😁. White like a sports drink🤍. No rice grains visible 🌾. It is sweet and sour with a strong acidity, tastes like grapefruit or green apple. Is there a slight carbonation? 🤔 I couldn't tell for sure as it seems to have been open for some time 😅. The ginjo aroma is refreshing 🌺 This sake is light and refreshing yet satisfying with a sweet and sour and ricey taste that made me smile like the dog on the label 😋.

☀️ Gorgeous label with glitter 🌈 stands out 👀. I couldn't resist and ordered some 😆. The color is white like a sports drink 🤍. You can't see any grains of rice in the glass. Sweet and slightly sour like summer oranges or sweet grapefruit 😚. The aftertaste is of rice and occasional bitterness. The ginjo aroma after drinking is also mellow and rich 🍶.

☀️ I had never had Korosan before, so I reached out to try it 😄. Upon opening the seal, you will notice a moderate sweetness and a slightly assertive acidity 🤔. What? Fruity? What about the mellowness? I thought so. I had a strong impression of No. 9 yeast and expected sweet and fruity 😇. It has a sour taste and a refreshing taste. It is smooth and easy to drink 😅. The aroma was mellow and expansive, and I could finally feel the No. 9 yeast character. It's not stated clearly, but it's #9 yeast 😅. And it's Koroh 😅. It's planet 9 😅😅 I'd like to tsk tsk if I'm wrong 🤣.
Japanese>English

Hi Hiro 😃. The ninth planet🪐 was Uranus or Neptune when we were students🧐 but now it's vacant🥸. Well, it may not have anything to do with the taste of sake 🍶😅I'm sure it's the ninth yeast.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😃. I learned that the 9th is Pluto 🪐 now it has been downgraded to a quasi-planet 🥲. You must be thinking of Pluto as such a brand ...... or not 🤣I guess it's the 9th yeast 😆.

☀️ I thought it was a crane, but it was a stork 🙄. First of all, cold sake 🧊. It is almost amber in color. It has a strong acidity and a slight umami. It has an aroma of maturity and alcohol, "the sake" 🍶. Next is heated sake: ♨️ I got it at 60 degrees. The acidity and alcohol are noticeable 🧐. When it dropped down to about 50-45 degrees, the acidity settled down and the texture mellowed out. I can also detect a light nutty sweetness 😊. About 45 degrees was the best time to drink it. Heated sake is interesting to search for the right drinking temperature 😉.

☀️ It's a noble sake. I wondered if it would be sweet 🤔 but it's not as sweet as I imagined. It's thin and soft sweet, like banana🍌. The slight carbonation also helps, and it's a refreshing sweetness that doesn't feel kudos. ☺️ The alcohol content is 13 degrees, and it was a drink that can be drunk easily and smoothly 🍶. ☀️ Tsuruno Sake Brewery was affected by the Noto Peninsula earthquake. They are brewing sake together with Fukumitsuya for reconstruction. I think it is a wonderful relationship 😌. It has a rich flavor with a hint of umami and acidity. It is a good sake for warming up ❓. The acidity gives it a nice sharpness. ☀️ Gomenzake was a title given by the Edo Shogunate to sake that was treated as an official sake 🧐. That's very prestigious ✨. Moist and deep-rooted flavor. Hiro-san, good evening. It is said that "Sake is made from Kenryo and Otokoyama" was said in the mid to late Edo period. I heard that the Edo period brewery of Kenrishi is now gone and it is now called Kenrishi. The brand power must have been great 😊.

Good evening, Hiro-san. Otokoyama and Kenryo were both originally founded in Itami, and the old pine tree that still exists in Itami today also calls itself Gomenzake, so maybe Itami sake itself is a prestigious sake 🤔.

The alcohol content is slightly high at 17 degrees. At first you can smell the aroma of unrefined sake. Sweetness is peach🍑, melon🍈, banana🍌 or so 🤔. It is complex.
