☀️ It has a moderate ginjo aroma and a hint of sweetness that is typical of Mimuro cedar 😙. I guess it is not too sweet for Mimuro cedar 🤔. It has a cool, refreshing feeling like ramune 🌬️. I wonder if it is adjusted for summer 🤔. I think it is more refreshing than usual and easy to drink 🤗

☀️ When I said, "I'll have a Jikin no Nabari please", the master of the restaurant responded with a smile, "Icchan de iru ka? 😏" and he responded with a smile 😆. When I drank it last year, I was moved like a bolt of lightning ⚡️ ran through my whole body. First, the sweet aroma of the unrefined sake 😊. It is fresh on the palate 💧. But the key sweetness is so little 🤨 that you think "mmmm ⁉️ what's wrong❓". There is a subtle bitterness that makes it stand out badly. What is a clear mouthfeel, however, gives the impression of being too hard 🗿. I asked the master about it and he said, "I heard that the expensive ones are better when they are aged...I served it right away this year 😆". Hey, hey, hey, if you know what you're talking about, put it back in the bottle😅. Then he says "you can buy two bottles and compare them to see if it's true or not". If that's the case, you buy it 🤣. Let's just be happy that we could drink Nabari again this year 👌

☀️ Sweet and sour with the scent of wooden vats🌲. Slight carbonation🫧. Mmmmmm, the usual. Anytime I drink it, I think the clear throat and wood vat smell is excellent 🤗.

☀️ It's light and cloudy 🤍. I can feel the sweetness and umami taste 😚. I can feel the strong texture on my tongue at the end and I can still bust out even if it's cloudy 😎. There is a pungent spiciness in the aftertaste...there should be no spiciness in the sake...but it's strange🤔. When I paired it with Tsukune sansho, the piquancy of the sansho remained and the nigori rice flavor 🌾 made me feel relaxed 🤗.

☀️ It's still hot and already "hiyaoroshi" was out 🍂. In today's climate, it's "Atsu Oroshi" 😅. The aroma wafting from the glass is that of unrefined sake 😊. The dark sweetness is typical of Hououmida 🍂🐦‍🔥 The soft throat and heavy astringency in the aftertaste give it a thick flavor 😚. It was a great finish with a sense of maturity that is typical of hiyaoroshi 🤗.

Hi Hiro 😃 The seasonality of the Sake world is really about two steps early 😅. The world is "Atsu Oroshi" which you can feel on your skin, but this is "Hiya Oroshi" which you can feel on your licorice 😌.

☀️ The waitress said, "This label is rare among the Hanyo Otokoyama. When I heard "rare", I couldn't help but drink it. The flavor of the rice is very strong 🌾. Mild on the palate, with a hint of alcohol 🤔. The ginjo aroma coming through the nose is irresistible 😊. Surprisingly, it became sweeter when paired with tuna 🤗.

☀️ Masamune Hunter Goes to Aizuwakamatsu: ❗️ I bought this at "Watanabe Sota Shoten" during my recent trip to Aizuwakamatsu 😁. It seems to be a local brand of Nagurayama Shuzo and I was going to buy it online if they didn't have it... but this is the holy land of Aizu✨. It was perfectly lined up in the fridge 🥳. Now, open the bottle 🍶. Sweet and sour aroma is in the air 😋. Is it a sweet and sour type? I expected it to be the sweet and sour type 🙄. The first sip has a mild sweetness and a soft acidity, just as I expected 😚. The aftertaste was impressive, with a mellow aroma of unrefined sake that lingers in the mouth at the end of drinking. ☺️ Nice Masamune👍

Good morning, Matsuchiyo 😃. Both are Fukushima, and bamboo and bamboo grass are related, so I can imagine the relationship 😆. Take Masamune was the founding brand, but it was changed to Nagurayama in 1937. And it was recently reissued 😄.

☀️ It's a gift 🙏. It's a boxed, high-end looking drink 🍶✨. When you open the bottle, it smells sweet ☺️ The mouthfeel is refreshing, like water💧 slipping in. I expected sweetness from the smell but contrary to what I expected, there is almost no sweetness 🤔. I felt a subtle rice flavor 🌾, and when I thought it was becoming more pronounced, it brought a bitter taste to the finish, adding complexity to the flavor. It was a pure rice daiginjo-style sake 🤗. I'm going to say "sake lover" 😁. Thanks for giving me a good sake 🙏.

☀️ I didn't know Kame Sake Brewery in Hiroshima had such a brand 😳 Even though I've been to the brewery 😅 The sweetness and umami are interwoven with a clear and transparent sweetness that is impressive 🤩. The softness on the palate made me think it was a Saijo style sake 🤗.

☀️ This is the loot from Nagaoka - Naeba where I went a while ago✨ I bought it at the brewery🤗 The first sip feels like a white wine 🍾. It has sweetness, umami, and a bitter aftertaste 😚. I thought it was alcohol like with the occasional sharp sensation, but it was surprisingly alcohol added 🤗. I guess all breweries are getting better at adding alcohol these days ✨.

☀️ They use a yeast that turns red 🤔. In a word, it looks like red wine 🍷. At first it has acidity and astringency, wine-like flavor is in full bloom 🍷. Towards the end, you can feel the delicious taste of rice and think, ah, sake 🙄. And surprisingly, it has an easy drinking alcohol content of 10.4 degrees 😙.
