☀️ Extra. While waiting for the Shinkansen, we stopped by "Fish Shop Stand Fuji" 🤗. I heard that this is the place to go if you are in Shin-Osaka station ❗️, so my expectations were high 😏. After a short wait, we entered the restaurant 🚶. We started with "Kankoubai" 🍶. The Masu on the saucer is pine, bamboo, and plum, but it doesn't matter. It is a combination of sweetness and umami, with a little bit of umami prevailing. A slight gaseous sensation is a little tangy on the tongue 🫧. I ordered crab fluffy tempura with it. But it was like crab🦀 hanpen... 🙄. I don't feel like crab 🤣. More sake 🍶. I had a glass of "Toyo Bijin". It has a good balance of sweetness and umami, and is refreshing and easy to drink 😙. I twisted my neck and wondered if it was a little carbonated 🤔. I twisted my neck and couldn't tell 🤔. The food is fried shrimp 🦐. This one is shrimp 🦐🦐🦐 and delicious. In the end, I decided to forget about the crab 🦀 because the shrimp 🦐 was so good 🤪. Here it was time for the bullet train 🚅 so we left the restaurant. There were a lot of people lined up outside. It sure was a nice and inexpensive place to eat 🤗.

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. I'm here for one more drink 😁. I'll have some nigori sake too 🤍. You can clearly see the rice grains 🌾👀 It has a light and refreshing taste with the delicious flavor of rice with a sparkling carbonation 🫧. This year they are making it more carbonated😅. It had the sweetness of rice🌾 with a crisp mouthfeel 🤗. On the way home, we drew lots and won the 2nd prize, a 500 yen golden ticket 🎯. I gave it to the brewer and was about to leave when he told me that sake kasu (sake lees) was 500 yen 😄. I took the sakekasu and left. The toji-san is a very nice and friendly person 😁. I would like to continue to support this brewery ✨. Iso Masamune is a one-man brewery, so they only sell their sake at the brewery 🤔. If you like nigori, please go to the brewery to buy it or visit the event to support the brewery 🙏. They are open all day in December 😆. I'm glad I came to Osaka to have a good Masamune 😊. I only spent 3 hours there and it was only a day trip 🤣. Nice Masamune👍

The price of rice🌾 is also skyrocketing. I may not be able to drink it next year. If you miss this year, you may regret it. Why not give it your best 🫵. Masamune hunter, soul outing 👊. Here we are, Osaka's "Yoimonoichi" in front of Sumimichi station. I immediately went to see the booth and there it was: ❗️ It's a new sake from Tsuyamasa Sake 🤗. First of all, I had a glass of the new sake with sakekasu oden (rice topped with sakekasu) 😋. It is light nigori 🤍. It has a good balance between a moderate sweetness and an underlying acidity 😙. It is fresh because it is a new sake, but thanks to the light nigori, it is mellow on the palate. The balance between the green apple-like sweetness and acidity and the light nigori rice flavor 🌾 is well balanced, creating a harmony of sweet and sour 🎶. It is easy to drink without any unpleasant elements. It went well with oden with sakekasu 🤗. Nice Masamune👍

☀️ Kirinzan🌲 at 🏔️ is "My Fantastic Food Sake". And this restaurant is so thorough that the barrel sake is served in Masu. Let's match it with your meal right away 🤗. First of all, Kirinzan 🏔️ Simple dry taste 😙. It has a simple dry taste, with little sweetness and a light, refreshing taste. The aroma of the barrels fuses with it and adds a touch of color ✨. Taro with Soboro (minced taro) Kirinzan 🏔️ brings out the sweetness of the taro. The ginger on top adds a nice accent 🫚. The delicious taste of Kirinzan 🏔️ stands out 😋. The richness of the sauce is brought out by mixing in the Soboro, and the satisfaction is explosive 😊. ☀️ For a super dry wine...the umami of the rice comes through clearly 🌾. It is not dry and does not give you the feeling of being turned away thanks to the umami. It finishes with a tangy acidity that gives it a nice sharpness. The umami flavor remains on the tongue and I drank it while drinking 😁ummm🙂‍↕️

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. Masamune hunters never neglect their daily patrol of the internet 💻. One day I found some Masamune for sale online 💡. The old man I met at a bar was talking nonsense🙄. 👴🏻 "When you meet him, that's the time to attack..." Click here 👇. I don't need my grandfather to tell me that. I don't have a single regret for my Masamune way: ☝️ A few days later, it arrived by courier: 🐈‍⬛ Let's open the bottle🍶. The color is pale yellow 🟡. The aroma is a bit of a pungent smell that hits the nose. On the palate, it has a walnut-like sweetness and a slightly crisp flavor. ☺️ The aftertaste is bitter and slightly sour, leaving a slight bitter lemon taste in the mouth 🍋. You can tell they are trying to make a good classic type of sake 😌. I'm going to try a heated sake as well to rehabilitate Nonbei Yokocho: ♨️ The pungent smell is gone and the sweetness has increased to a honwari sweetness 😚. The bitter aftertaste remains, but you can still enjoy the lingering taste: ☺️ Enjoyable at a wide range of temperatures, that's what sake is all about 🏆. ☀️ I've been seeing Amami at Sake no Wa a lot lately. I saw him at the store and caught him drinking 😆. It's a beautiful sports drink colored nigori 🤍. The acidity and sweetness are centered around a mild rice flavor. The acidity is pleasantly crisp, followed by sweetness and bitterness. It was a nigori🤍 that would go well with food.

☀️ I have never seen clear bottles by Katano Sakura before. They are so stylish ✨ I looked to see if there was a sake rice called "dewy scent" and it seems there isn't 😅.
