☀️ There was a "Select Drink Comparison Set" of Abesan 🤗. You can choose 3 types from more than 10 types of Abesan. I chose 3 different types of sake rice to "compare like for like ❗️" 😏. Each is cloudy in the glass lined up 🤍. Raku-fu-mai is the most cloudy. Each has a similar aroma, but Takananishiki seems to have the least aroma. How about the taste? ◾️ Raku-fu-mai The impression is mellow and calm. The sweetness is the strongest 😚. It doesn't seem to be a raw sake and there is no gassy feeling. ◾️Takananishiki It has a refreshing sweetness 😙. The way it leaves a bitter aftertaste is excellent. There is a slight carbonation, as is typical of nama-shu. ◾️Ipponjiki The least sweet of the three 😗. The tight acidity permeates the mouth at the end. This had the most awesome carbonation and freshness 😆. This was a very different sake drinking experience. It shows the skill of Mr. Abe to be able to make sakes that take advantage of the characteristics of various types of sake rice 🤗.

☀️ It is a firm, Aishan-like sweetness 🩷. A complex flavor with a hint of bitterness mixed in 😚. The end of the sip is a momentary appearance of a tight astringent taste, which then fades away. After the second sip, the hidden sweetness seemed to appear and I groaned "mmmm 🥹" 🤗.

☀️ They say you can't go wrong with hiragana "takachiyo," and this one was a jackpot🎯. Takachiyo "Would you like to become a fan? Mania: "No, I'm a Mimuro mania..." Takachan "Won't you become a fan 🩷?" Masamune "No, I'm a Masamune hunter..." ...I almost became a Takachiyo fan 😆. I can't chase my guess any more 🤣. So here's the sake 🍶. First of all, the sweetness is modest and reserved 😊. The acidity hiding behind it tightens the taste ☺️ Thanks to the acidity that tightens up the taste, you can smell the rich sweet aroma. The freshness as it flows down your throat gives the impression of freshness at the end. It is the one that makes you want to go for the next sip right away 😚. From the second day, the taste became sweeter and more rounded, but the basic concept remained the same. For Takachiyo fans, Even for those who are not fans of Takachiyo, I recommend it 💪 to both Takachiyo fans and non-Takachiyo fans. ☀️ Here's another sake from Ehime 🍶. This is my first time. I chose it by the label 😆. The sweetness comes through at first 😚. Then a smooth sake taste 😙. Finally, a smooth astringent taste 😣. It ends with a sweet astringent taste 😋. The ginjo aroma is also strong and dusty 😋☺️

☀️ This is the first brand of sake from Ehime. There are glimpses of rice floating around 🌾. The ori is sturdy and doesn't seem to dissolve fully🤔. There is no sweetness and the rice flavor is more pronounced 🌾🌾🌾🌾🌾🌾. In addition to the nigori, the rice is dissolved to the point of being sludgy, but thanks to the microcarbonation, it passes down the throat better🫧🫧🫧🫧🫧. I took the opportunity to order a gibier that I don't usually eat called "ginger roasted wild boar🐗" and got the most delicious meat🥩 with a mix of the sweetness of the ginger, the flavor of the rice and the bitter after taste😋.

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. I heard that "Houmon Masamune" is only available in a limited number of restaurants 🤔. There is a sticker on the bottle that says "For Special Food & Beverage outlets" and apparently it is true that it is "only for limited outlets" 😳. And most surprisingly, the manufacturer is "Shirataka" ❗️ I was surprised to see that Shirataka was making Masamune 🙄 and then asked for Masamune 🍶 and Oden 🍢. The father recommended heated sake: ♨️ It has a thin, well-rounded sweetness. It's clean with little hackles and no alcohol 😙. There is a slight astringency in the aftertaste, as if it were squeezed out. It is supposed to be a special honjozo, but I don't sense any alcohol addition at all. Amazing 🤩. The rice used for the sake is very luxurious and is said to be special A Yamada-Nishiki. It's also very luxurious. By the way, the oden soup stock has a good amount of bonito. With sake, the salt content goes away and the broth becomes more delicious. Oden is also amazing 🤩. I later found out that they have been featured in Michelin for their oden 😊. No wonder it's so tasty. It was right after GW and I was the only customer. I was able to enjoy a relaxing and luxurious time 🤗. Nice Masamune👍

☀️ I had some squid🦑 left, so I asked for another sake🍶 to go with the squid🦑 and he recommended it. This is my first time to try this brand 👀. It has a rich rice flavor that passes so smoothly and casually through your nose. It has a heavy rice feel 🌾. It has a mineral throat and ends with a slight astringent bitterness in the finish. The squid🦑s slipperiness makes the bitterness disappear and only the umami remains 😚.

☀️ I asked for squid marinated in salted malted rice and asked for a sake that goes well with the squid. It was a refreshing Honjozo sake 😙. The saltiness of the shio koji and the refreshing taste of the altenes were a good match 😊. The combination of ika🦑✖️ and honjozo is quite good 🤗.

☀️ I regularly want to drink sake, packaged sake 🍶. Banshu Yamadanishiki is my own standard 😆. Sweet smelling and hoity-toity 🍶 ☺️ Fresh sweetness and freshness are the usual ones 🤗. The sweetness spreads mildly in the mouth with slight carbonation and quickly disappears 🫥. This is it, this is what I wanted to drink 🤗❗️

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. Continuing my scrutiny of the Masamune list, I found a new list 💡. It says March 20, 2025 and is a recent list. It appears to have been created by someone at Konan University. I was surprised to find that someone else made the list besides myself: ❗️ And there are 288 Masamune on the list: ‼️ Mmmm, awesome😳 So, this is Hoshi Masamune 😉. This Masamune is already drunk. It's moist and sweet like caramel 😚. The more you taste it the sweeter it gets and the smell is moist and sweet too 😊. It was a sweet and savory Masamune 🤗. Nice Masamune👍

☀️ The shoulder label on the bottle says "zan spicy" 👀. I could get the vibe that it's awfully dry 😅. So I tried it. It's so refreshing and clear 😙. The moment it hits the bottom, you can feel the sharpness 🔪. It's truly zanpatsu 😎. The yakitori sauce gives it a slight sweetness that makes it easy to drink. I think it is a good food sake 🤗.

☀️ 1,200 check-in✅✨. I looked at the menu and saw a No6 drinking set 👀. I don't get a chance to drink them side by side so I'll just have to order it ❗️... 😆 All were bottle bottom 🫙. The condition of the bottles after opening is the same, so in a way it's an equal drinking comparison 😆. We were able to slip in and compare drinks just as we were about to finish 🤗. Type-R It is sweet and sour like apricot with the scent of wooden vat 😚. Sweet but refreshing and well balanced 😊. Type-S It is sweet and sour like apricot with the scent of wooden vat. It has the thickest and sweetest taste 😊. Type-X It is sweet and sour like apricot with the fragrance of wooden vat 😚. I felt the most acidity while sweet and sour 😊. Each has the same wooden vat sweet and sour taste though, The intensity of the taste is, R >> S >>>>> X The sweet and sour taste was the best 🤗. I could compare them and say "I see" 🤗.

☀️ Lightly muddy...? No, it was cloudy there🤍. Slightly carbonated 🫧, clean and slightly carbonated. Based on the sweetness and flavor of the rice, but not too sweet, not too heavy, just the right balance 🤗. It was versatile enough to accompany sushi rolls with sushi rice 🥰.

☀️ Here's another one of our drinking comparisons. It has a dark, sweet, caramelized taste that is typical of nobori-shu, but not sticky 😊. And it has a taste of western liquor that reminds me of whiskey or bourbon 🥃. Plus, I experienced a strange sweetness because of the sweetness 🤗.

☀️ I went to a bar that a friend of mine told me about, saying it was "moderately good". Looking at the menu, there is a good selection 😋. Looking at the menu, I thought 🥹 I should have had it after reading HinaHanaMama's review! There was still some Vesper from Sairai left 🥰. I was able to order it for a 🉐drinking comparison 😁. It was the bottom of the bottle. It's sweet like grapefruit with a slight astringency 🤔. It ended up with a lemon🍋 like aftertaste 😚. This is the one I wanted to open the seal and drink. I tried to get a refill and open the bottle, but it was the last bottle so it didn't happen😇. I promised myself that next year I will buy a bottle and drink it 😌.
