☀️ I was curious about this when I saw your post on Salmon Wawa and bought it 🥳. When I tried to open the bottle I felt an aura that it was going to spew. It's dangerous ⚠️ Once again, I opened the bottle using the "spew blocking technique" that I learned from the master of the bar 😁. If I had been careless when I opened the bottle, I would have been crushed 😅. I opened the bottle safely and here is the sake 🍶. It is white like a sports drink 🤍 with rice grains floating in it 🌾. The umami is strong. Strong bitterness in the aftertaste😝. The gasiness is strong and makes my mouth buzz🫧. It's quite a hard punching style 👊. After the second day, the gassiness subsides and the sweetness and umami become more pronounced and mellow 🤗.

☀️ This is a 12 year old aged wine 🍶. The taste is naturally classically sweet and aged. Alcohol has been added, but it is not crisp and has a strong sense of maturity. The alcohol content is high and the overall finish is for the experts 😎 and is unexpectedly "harsh" 🤔. I would definitely not recommend this taste to those who like sweet and savory 🥸.

☀️ This is a hiya oroshi from Mimuro Sugi, which has been posted a lot on Sakewa. As a Mimuro fanatic, I would like to drink it 😎. I found it at the store just then 💡. Let's drink it🍶. Much deeper flavor than the summer Yamadanishiki 🍂. Maybe because it's a hiya oroshi from Omachi 🤔. You can feel the sweetness and ginjo aroma that is typical of Mimuro Sugi oozing from the back 😚. In contrast to the refreshing feeling of the summer sake ☀️, I felt that the autumn sake 🍂 expresses a sense of gravity 🤗.

☀️ Hot pot party at a friend's house 🔥🍲🔥. The hot pot 🔥 was over, so I served this at the end of the party. Shinsei-sama ✨ which I happened to get at a bundle sale. Drink heartily, my friends 😤. My friends screamed 🤩 at the clarity of the sake with a low sweetness. It's easy to drink like water 🍶. It's like drinking water. I commented with a mysterious superior attitude, "You're quite a talented drinker 😏" 😁. In no time at all, it was empty.... Maybe I gave him too much good sake 😅. Someone said it wasn't enough yet, and then the white sake was served 🤣. This is too strong, I can't 🤣. My friends were guzzling it down, but I was drinking it in small doses because I would have been in trouble if I kept pace with them😇. My friends were happy to hear that sake tastes so good ❗️. I hope this is a good opportunity for them to get into sake 🤭.

As expected, the sweetness helped me shed the spiciness after eating meat and Chinese cabbage from the sweet and red hot pot 💧. My friends who are not used to sake were astonished at the sweetness of the sake and were melting 😍🤣.

The color is pure white and there are many grains of rice 🌾. The mouthfeel has the flavor of rice and sweetness🌾. It has a gassy and crackling taste🫧. It looks like calpis soda🤍. The mild rice flavor 🌾 mitigated the spiciness of the hotpot🔥. My friends love it too 🤗.

☀️ AI-IPPON by Takachiyo-san, which I had wanted to drink since I saw HinaHanaMama's review but never came across it and gave up on it ❤️ For some reason, I found it at my usual yakiniku restaurant😅. I don't think it would go well with meat 🍖, but my desire to drink it won out and I ordered it😇. It has sweetness and sourness, but the sweetness seems stronger than usual😊. Is it because it's Aizan ❤️? Because it was left at the bottom of the bottle and oxidized? 🤔 I don't know😅 This sensation is the difficult part of store drinking 😓. It is mild on the throat and has the Aizan ❤️ character, but it is also tight. There is also a good amount of ginjo aroma to go along with the tightening ☺️ With the yakiniku, the sweetness is reduced to a dry taste ❣️ If you want to force yourself to drink Takachiyo dry, try it with yakiniku 🍖🤗🍶.

☀️ This is the back label of the extra item: 🏷️ Sweetness and umami in the center with a hint of sourness 🤔. The most noticeable thing is the firm umami, and the sweetness is walnut sweetness. It's not fruity 🍉. It feels more like a classic in total, but I think it's closer to a modernized version of a classic 🤗.

☀️ First time I've seen this brand 👀. The sake rice is Dewanosato...sounds like a four-way name 🤣. I can't wait to taste it 🍶. It has a rich palate with sweetness, umami, and sourness. The sweetness and acidity are not too sweet and not too sour, but just the right amount of sweet and sour 😚. I imagined from the label that it might be a dry wine. I imagined it to be a dry wine from the label, but it was surprisingly sweet and tasty 🤗. It was surprisingly sweet and tasty 🤗 When served with salted yakitori, the sweetness increased and it felt more fruity 😊.
