Extra.
While waiting for the Shinkansen, we stopped by "Fish Shop Stand Fuji" 🤗.
I heard that this is the place to go if you are in Shin-Osaka station ❗️, so my expectations were high 😏.
After a short wait, we entered the restaurant 🚶.
We started with "Kankoubai" 🍶.
The Masu on the saucer is pine, bamboo, and plum, but it doesn't matter.
It is a combination of sweetness and umami, with a little bit of umami prevailing.
A slight gaseous sensation is a little tangy on the tongue 🫧.
I ordered crab fluffy tempura with it. But it was like crab🦀 hanpen... 🙄.
I don't feel like crab 🤣.
More sake 🍶.
I had a glass of "Toyo Bijin".
It has a good balance of sweetness and umami, and is refreshing and easy to drink 😙.
I twisted my neck and wondered if it was a little carbonated 🤔. I twisted my neck and couldn't tell 🤔.
The food is fried shrimp 🦐.
This one is shrimp 🦐🦐🦐 and delicious.
In the end, I decided to forget about the crab 🦀 because the shrimp 🦐 was so good 🤪.
Here it was time for the bullet train 🚅 so we left the restaurant. There were a lot of people lined up outside.
It sure was a nice and inexpensive place to eat 🤗.

Hi Hiro, good evening 🌛.
I was just amazed at the bullet [Masamune Hunt] 🤣.
[I've always been curious about the fish stand Fuji, but it looks drunk and I'll have to try it next time 🥰.
I'll try it next time 🥰 But I'm not sure if I'm compatible with Shin-Osaka station.
