Looking around the sake store, I found here in the corner: ❗️ It is a small sake brewery on Sado Island.
It has a soft, calm and fruity taste, with a strong sweetness of rice and koji aroma. Here, we had takoyaki as a side dish. The chemistry...hmmm...perhaps it is because the acidity is moderate, but when the temperature is lowered, it becomes a bit limp.
When warmed up, it has a rich and umami taste as if you were eating fine sake lees. ⤴️ It goes well with sashimi.
Thank you very much for your kind attention.

Good evening, Kotori-san😄Have you had the solstice drink? It is delicious, isn't it? I like Sado sake and I've had it too, but this Itchi is not the light and dry Niigata sake, but has a strong umami flavor! It certainly goes well with sashimi, doesn't it?

Good evening, Sashiu-san!
I was so happy to see you at a sake store that I dropped by casually when I had some business nearby 🤗I was wondering about Kirinzan, which is a light and dry sake, but this time I went for Itaru. It was indeed! It was full-bodied and good with chikuzen-ni (boiled and seasoned vegetable) and other dishes 😋.
