This series pursues a flavor reminiscent of fruit. The gasiness is softer than expected, and the sweet and sour taste spreads out. The aroma reminds me more of koji amazake than grapes. As the gas is released in the latter half of the bottle, it tastes sweeter, so we added a little ice to it 😚.
