A tiny melon symbol on the label. I wonder if the imagined fruit is melon🍈.
It was gassy, with a hint of pear and apple, and had a smooth and thick texture. Perhaps it was because I had just eaten a melon, but I couldn't taste the melon... I felt it was more like a dumpling, or a sweet flavor with a strong koji taste. There was a slight saltiness in the mellow flavor.
