(1) in Shibuya with members of my former company
We decided to try something we'd never had before, a maryo on the menu.
When I came out, oops! This is the "Itaru" 😱.
I've had it before, but this is my first time 😘.
A little sweet but not too sweet

A little softer and sweeter than the previous solstice I drank? (I don't remember clearly when I drank it before 🤣)
Itaru Junmai Ginjyo Nama-genshu 720ml
Rice polishing ratio: 55
Alcohol content: 17%.
Is it almost the end of Itaru's nama-shu? I took a peek and found the last bottle! We took it with Kaze no Mori.
It is slightly gorgeous, but you can also taste the umami of the rice. I'm looking forward to the next fire-brewing.
By the way, next weekend is my physical checkup 😅.
I go to my local internist once every 2 months and I think I'm fine 😀.
But next week I'll cut back a bit on the drinking 😄.
Good aroma with melon-like and banana-like fruitiness.
In the mouth, the rice flavor and sweetness fill the mouth, and it is delicious. The umami is predominant, and there is a pleasant harmony.
The aftertaste is dry and clean, and you will not get tired of drinking it.
Sushi from Benkei Sushi Restaurant at Ueno Station and salted salmon from Sanko Salmon Restaurant gave it a Niigata flavor. They went well together.
It's Junmai Junmai Genjyu No.7 Yeast.
I found it when I went to Yahiko.
I've had many Itaru's, but I think this was the first one I had ever had!
The yeast seemed to be alive and vibrant. Maybe it's because it's undiluted sake, but it's very strong.
It is always delicious!
