The aroma is subdued, yet gorgeous.
The mouthfeel is soft, but the spiciness and acidity are immediately noticeable. The pungent aftertaste of alcohol lingers in the mouth, but does not linger.
It is characterized by the calm aroma and well-balanced taste that are the hallmarks of No. 7 yeast.

Sake from Sado Island that I had bought back in Niigata🍶.
I had received a bottle of Maryo from a sake tasting, but now, now....
Polishing ratio 55
Alcohol content 16%.
The top aroma is not strong and slightly floral, with a hint of pear-like aroma and a slight sweetness and umami that finishes with astringency and dryness.
Overall, it is clear, modern and slightly dry 😊.
It is a little high in alcohol content, but the ease of drinking without feeling it is dangerous 😙.
Hi soumacho😃
I think I've seen Itaru at the liquor store, but I've never had it 🥲The reviews seem to indicate that we would like it 😋I'll try to get it next time I see it!
Good morning, Jay & Nobby 😃.
If you could help me with my choice of a series I've never had before 🤗.
I'd love to hear what you think of Jay & Nobby who love dry 😄.

On a summer trip to Murakami City, Niigata
Purchased at a liquor store near the hotel.
Niigata has so many kinds of Sake that I can't make up my mind.
I can't make up my mind.
It doesn't have much aroma, but you can taste the sweetness and umami of the rice more than enough while still being modern.
It has been several years since I last tasted it, but I felt that its level has improved considerably.
Steady 😆.
I would have preferred raw, but I didn't have any, so I bought fire-roasted.
I didn't have any, so I bought a fire-roasted one.
Oh my god, it's unbeatable! Unbeatable taste!

The smallest brewery on Sado Island.
Next month, the Kenshin Sake Festival will be held in Joetsu Takata, and I hope they will come as a guest brewer.
Now for the sake. It is a little fruity, but it is a solid 18 degrees. If you are not careful, it is a dangerous sake because it is so easy to drink.
It's delicious 😋.
