It's still hot here in Japan🍶, but The cicadas around our house have changed from a chorus of cicadas and bear cicadas to a chorus of aardvarks 🍶 It will be a while before we see any more cicadas 🍶. I asked the young manager at the liquor store for a recommendation for Omachi and he recommended Morishima-san 🍶. Two bottles with different yeast 👀 I wasn't sure which one to get, but now that I have a pension, I'm taking them both home 🍶. 1st bottle: sweet, delicious + sour, clean type? 14 yeast, sweet, delicious + delicious, I prefer this one 🍶. As I drank more and more, I couldn't tell the difference anymore 👴🍶 I'm a drunken old man

I'm back home a little early for the Bon Festival 🍶. I went to Choshu Sake Brewery in Amami 🍶. August is the month they take a year off from making sake. Toji Fujioka is also closed 😂. Direct sales and cafe on the 1st floor ☕️ also selling direct sales White and Kuroten Daiginjyo. No limited editions so I brought home a bottle of Shiro-ten 🍶. When I opened the cork, it flew away 🍶 I was surprised that even Momoten was fine 🍶. Sweet, tasty, and refreshing 🍶 I had it with Hiramasa sashimi 🍶. Thank you 🎣 for the food 🍶 and the correction 🍶.

I had a short conversation with the brewer at his office and direct sales place. As a company, the brewing department will cease, but other real estate and other operations will continue. It seems to continue 🍶. There was a sake with a cute cat🐈 label. I think I've seen it before at Sake-no-Wa? I've seen it before at Sakegawa 🍶. We brought back the Omi Ryumon that they recommended 🍶. We compared it with other Omi sake 🍶. It's refreshing and delicious.......is it an excellent type? Some breweries are reviving and some are going out of business. We have no choice but to support them by drinking only sake while taking care of our health 🍶.

On Sunday the 14th, we went from Omi country to the sake brewery market in Mie over the Suzuka Pass on National Highway 1. ☔️, but we had a great time in the arcade area and the spacious venue 🍶. Tamitsu → Hanzo → Saku → Hokosugi → Kankoubai → Toichi → Shijimi clam soup Mie sake was delicious 🍶. We had a lot of fun talking with a group of 5 energetic locals who joined us at the table 🍶 I preferred Hokosugi in this tasting and took a bottle home 🍶 The guguimimi for the tasting will be available next time 🍶 I will join the event again 🍶. kino.san was drinking Penguin label Kanbongbai 🐧🙏.

Oyster season is almost over 🦪. I used to go to Ise-Shima once a year to eat "Uramura Oysters" 🍶 but when I became a son and an old lady, it became too hard to eat all I could 🍶 so I decided to go to Ako, Banshu for oyster lunch 🍶 on March 8 with an 18-day youth ticket. So on March 8, I took a Youth 18 ticket to Banshu Ako for oyster lunch 🦪 It was just the right amount 🍶. On the way back, let's stop by Akashi and buy some fresh fish nugini (新子釘煮) 🐟 and go home 🍶.
