It is the recommended brewery for this month. Since we were there, we tried it. It's a little bit mild. It is very deep. Anyway, Ponshukan was a lot of fun!
Spring Post Forgotten
Takarayama, a regular sake from Takarayama Brewing Co.
Kanji Takarayama logo from the Takarayama Brewing era, with the hiragana word "Takarayama" dancing in the background on the label
We received a huge amount of butterbur - Takarayamaya!
For some reason, my children also like the bitter taste of this spring,
They go quickly and easily.
Slightly sweet, grain-like aroma,
Complex flavor and astringency,
It is a full-bodied dry sake with a slight bitterness that lingers,
When warmed up, it becomes a quite refreshing dry sake.
When heated up, it becomes a refreshingly dry sake.

Like the sunlight quietly streaming in on a spring morning--
The soft aroma and gently spreading fruity sweetness.
The roundness and lightness of Niigata Koshihikari rice will melt into your heart.
The brewery has been through a lot, but we are very happy to see new sake again... we sipped the sake with such a feeling.
The label, inspired by cherry blossom viewing in Yahiko, reads "Spring is Akebono" and features a scene of Mount Yahiko and cherry blossoms.
It conveys the brewery's desire to deliver sake that loves spring and feels the season.
The hope that is contained in this sake, "From here again," gently permeated my heart along with the spring air.
