Another year's refill of the hometown tax gifts from Konan City, Aichi Prefecture, which we liked quite a bit last year 😆.
I really like the sweetness of the attack and the nutty, aged taste 🥰.
It has a full-bodied, strong alcoholic taste that makes you feel like you've had a solid sake 👍.

This bottle is made from a rather rare rice called Chusei Shin Senbon.
It is a junmai ginjo, but surprisingly the alcohol content is not strong and the taste is moderately umami.
All of Isun Heki Shuzo's sakes have a good flavor, although the aroma is not so strong.
It has a delicious and gorgeous flavor, but the aftertaste is clean and easy to drink.
About a month after opening the bottle, it started to have a peculiar feeling, but this is delicious.

At first, I compared four kinds of sake and bought a four-pack bottle of Omachi unfiltered unpasteurized sake, which I found to be the most delicious. I drank it with my companion who went with me, and the bottle was empty. (#^. ^#)
