This is another nice gift.
When I drank it
At first it was very clear.
It was very clear in the mouth at first.
After that, the whole mouth is filled with umami and a little bitterness
and a slight bitterness spread throughout the mouth.
and a slight bitterness spreads throughout the mouth.
It is a very nice sake 😆.
It's quite a nice sake 😆.
I bought it at a local liquor store.
It tastes rich and delicious.
Sweet? It has an aroma and no unpleasant taste at all.
It tastes like a good sake.
There is a repeat.

I went to a sake brewery I saw in an in-train magazine on a business trip to Nagoya and bought this sake.
It was a bit far from the station, but it was a delicious sake that made me glad I went.

When I was on a business trip to Nagoya, I saw this sake brewery's sake in the in-train magazine. I was talking to my wife about it and she bought it for me without my knowledge.
I am grateful.
My impression was that it was an easy-drinking sake without any peculiarities right after drinking it. But then the unique flavor hit me.
The description says that this sake was made with the No. 10 yeast, so I guess it is the aroma of the yeast.
You may like it or not, but I liked it 😊.

Another year's refill of the hometown tax gifts from Konan City, Aichi Prefecture, which we liked quite a bit last year 😆.
I really like the sweetness of the attack and the nutty, aged taste 🥰.
It has a full-bodied, strong alcoholic taste that makes you feel like you've had a solid sake 👍.
I think I'll apply for another hometown tax payment this year 😁.
It has a delicious and gorgeous flavor, but the aftertaste is clean and easy to drink.
About a month after opening the bottle, it started to have a peculiar feeling, but this is delicious.
(I'm still sorting out what I drank before. Sorry for the continuous posting 💦)
Elegantly fragrant and fruity, with a firm rice flavor and sweetness. It finishes cleanly!
It was delicious even when heated!
