I went to Choshu Sake Brewery in Amami 🍶.
August is the month they take a year off from making sake.
Toji Fujioka is also closed 😂.
Direct sales and cafe on the 1st floor ☕️ also selling direct sales White and Kuroten Daiginjyo.
No limited editions so I brought home a bottle of Shiro-ten 🍶.
When I opened the cork, it flew away 🍶 I was surprised that even Momoten was fine 🍶.
Sweet, tasty, and refreshing 🍶 I had it with Hiramasa sashimi 🍶.
