I had heard that this sake was delicious from a person who was present at another brewery opening. It was hard to find it, but when I was in the neighborhood, I dropped by the brewery and bought it. The aroma is not so strong, but it has a nice aroma. It has a nice, smooth taste in the mouth. It is easy to drink and goes down smoothly. This is a junmai sake with 70% polished rice. It is of a very high level. I will be back again.

I went to a nearby liquor store to buy Hana Yuu and discovered it. I had drunk Suiyu before, but I had never had Urasuiyu before. I had never seen it before, so I bought it immediately. It was mellow and refreshing. Suitama is sweet, but this one is dry, just a little spicy and easy to drink. It is also delicious. I will have a repeat purchase.

Wakayama local sake drinking set given to me at a hotel in Nachikatsuura. I've had Kido before, but this was my first time to try Kurumizaka and Minamikata. As soon as we arrived, my wife said 😅I'll drink Kido. but we decided to drink them in order. Kido Junmai Daiginjo It is still full and aromatic with a good flavor and easy to drink. Kurumazaka Yamahai Junmai Ginjo Slightly dry, with little aroma and a firm umami flavor, it is a mellow sake. Personally, I would like to drink it lukewarm. Minakata Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki Another slightly dry sake with a subtle ginjo aroma, it is easy to drink with a clean and crisp taste. I think I prefer the Minamikata. I have more options now. I enjoyed it with fresh sashimi.

Dragonfly found. I bought it because I had enjoyed drinking Akabontonbo at a tavern before. This is my first Blue Dragonfly. The bottle looks cool and suitable for summer. It has a little bit of nigori. It is my favorite type of sake, with a nice aroma and a delicious flavor. It was delicious, with a nice crispness and a refreshing taste. The Dragonfly series is also available.

I went to buy other sake and found it, so I bought it. I have had Tasake Special Junmai before, but this was my first time drinking Kojonishiki. The aroma was strong and the taste was delicious, just like Tasake. It is also delicious. I paired it with hand-rolled sushi, and it was perfect. It went well with sushi rice. It was delicious.

It's been a long time since I've been to Yokoyama. The 1814 is one of my favorites, aromatic, fruity, and tasty. The aroma and the refreshing feeling that spreads in the mouth are indescribable. It is a delicious sake with a delicious flavor. It goes well with sashimi. My wife also enjoyed it.

Long time work. It is delicious. The aroma is very nice, and although this is my first time drinking Kami no Ho, it is refreshing and tropically delicious. I drank it as a food wine, but it went in easily. Saku is delicious after all.

Purchased at a liquor store I've been visiting a bit lately. The aroma is strong. When you put it in your mouth, the mellow flavor and aroma spreads in your mouth. The mouthfeel is medium, but the spiciness comes afterwards and quickly finishes. It is delicious. There was a little bit of a tangy taste at the end right after opening the bottle, but it disappeared after a couple of days. This sake was also delicious.

I found it at Aeon and what a super limited edition (I have a weakness for limited editions 😅). And it was a limited quantity. I had to buy it and decided immediately. I hadn't had Hourai for about 2 years. I opened the bottle on the day I bought it. It has a nice aroma and is easy to drink. Delicious 😊✨I couldn't stop myself from drinking and drinking 😊✨.

Hatsumurayu. The bottle has a nice aroma. It is sweet and delicious in the mouth. It is easy to drink and is a sake you want to drink as it is rather than as a food sake. On the second day, it was sweeter and more like brown sugar. It was also delicious.

Jizukin has arrived at our house. My son, who lives in Mie Prefecture, asked me to open it for his wife's birthday. So we opened the bottle. It is sweet and delicious! It's refreshing, crisp, and delicious. I can't stop myself from drinking it (although I'm the one who is getting some of the goodies 😅). I had a lot of seasonal firefly squid. The gochi was delicious!

Purchased at the Hankyu Umeda Station event booth. It is better not to cool it down too much, so I served it at room temperature first. The aroma is not too much, but the balance is good and it has a nice sharpness. Next, I warmed it up. The flavor of the rice spread out and it tasted mellow and delicious. We decided to have it warmed. It is good with food, or just to enjoy the sake alone. I had an image of Mutsu Hachisen as a full-bodied sake, but that image has changed.
