Purchased at Yamano Shuzo's brewery opening. Lightly cloudy. The aroma is light and refreshing, and the taste is good. If you drink only the supernatant, it is a little unsatisfactory, but if you drink it with nigori, it is good. It is a little spicy and tasty, and it goes down your throat nicely.

Purchased at a liquor store I've been visiting a bit lately. The aroma is strong. When you put it in your mouth, the mellow flavor and aroma spreads in your mouth. The mouthfeel is medium, but the spiciness comes afterwards and quickly finishes. It is delicious. There was a little bit of a tangy taste at the end right after opening the bottle, but it disappeared after a couple of days. This sake was also delicious.

I found it at Aeon and what a super limited edition (I have a weakness for limited editions 😅). And it was a limited quantity. I had to buy it and decided immediately. I hadn't had Hourai for about 2 years. I opened the bottle on the day I bought it. It has a nice aroma and is easy to drink. Delicious 😊✨I couldn't stop myself from drinking and drinking 😊✨.

Hatsumurayu. The bottle has a nice aroma. It is sweet and delicious in the mouth. It is easy to drink and is a sake you want to drink as it is rather than as a food sake. On the second day, it was sweeter and more like brown sugar. It was also delicious.

The liquor store where I had reserved the bottle informed me that it was in stock, so I went there. It has been a long time since I have had a Kuheiji light nigori. It was fresh and delicious. Jizukin has arrived at our house. My son, who lives in Mie Prefecture, asked me to open it for his wife's birthday. So we opened the bottle. It is sweet and delicious! It's refreshing, crisp, and delicious. I can't stop myself from drinking it (although I'm the one who is getting some of the goodies 😅). I had a lot of seasonal firefly squid. The gochi was delicious!

It has been a long time since I have seen Tetorigawa. I saw it at an event at Hankyu Umeda Station and bought it immediately. It has a refreshing aroma and a clean taste. It is dry but easy to drink. It is a good sake for a mealtime drink. We enjoyed it again.

This is the brewery's first sake made from JAS-certified organic rice. The mouthfeel is smooth and fluffy. The mouthfeel is smooth and fluffy, and the flavor is delicious. My first snowman. I've been meaning to buy one every year, but couldn't, so I finally did. The aroma is indescribable. The silky taste of nigori and the petitiveness of nama-shu. The balance is exquisite. Just as I had hoped. The alcohol content is low, so it's easy to drink. Delicious! My wife and I finished the bottle together. I hope we can buy it again next year.

Purchased for warming sake. I drank it cold right after opening the bottle, but it had little aroma and drank like water. I heard it was recommended to be heated, so I immediately heated it up. It was delicious with a nice aroma and a sharp taste. It is easy to drink and delicious. I drank it cold (at room temperature) 3 or 4 days later, but the aroma was sweet and full. It is also delicious at room temperature.

お正月用に置いてたので元旦に開栓。楽しみですね～。 口に含むと山田錦の良い香りが広がります。甘口になってるけどスッキリしててそんなに甘く感じないですね。キレも良くこれは美味しい。今年の幕開けに相応しいお酒でした。来年も買えるとイイな〜。

Purchased at a store directly from the brewery. I first had it cold. The aroma is subdued, but there is a ginjo aroma. It has a good mouthfeel and a nice sharpness. It has a slightly bitter aftertaste. Next, it was served warm. It has a mellow mouthfeel and the bitterness is gone. In my opinion, I would recommend heating it up. We had a Junmai sake of Kurogyu a while ago, and it was also good warmed up. I think Kurogyu goes well with warmed sake.
