Purchased at the Hankyu Umeda Station event booth. It is better not to cool it down too much, so I served it at room temperature first. The aroma is not too much, but the balance is good and it has a nice sharpness. Next, I warmed it up. The flavor of the rice spread out and it tasted mellow and delicious. We decided to have it warmed. It is good with food, or just to enjoy the sake alone. I had an image of Mutsu Hachisen as a full-bodied sake, but that image has changed.

My first snowman. I've been meaning to buy one every year, but couldn't, so I finally did. The aroma is indescribable. The silky taste of nigori and the petitiveness of nama-shu. The balance is exquisite. Just as I had hoped. The alcohol content is low, so it's easy to drink. Delicious! My wife and I finished the bottle together. I hope we can buy it again next year.

Purchased for warming sake. I drank it cold right after opening the bottle, but it had little aroma and drank like water. I heard it was recommended to be heated, so I immediately heated it up. It was delicious with a nice aroma and a sharp taste. It is easy to drink and delicious. I drank it cold (at room temperature) 3 or 4 days later, but the aroma was sweet and full. It is also delicious at room temperature.

When I visited Izushi at the end of the year, the brewer was at the storefront and was selling tastings, so I bought one. It has little aroma, but it is refreshingly smooth and easy to drink. You can drink as many glasses as you want. It was popular among the ladies.

My daughter came over on New Year's Day with her grandson and opened the bottle. It's been a while since I've had a Silver 7 draft. It is easy to drink and tastes good. Whatever you drink in Yokoyama, it's delicious.

お正月用に置いてたので元旦に開栓。楽しみですね～。 口に含むと山田錦の良い香りが広がります。甘口になってるけどスッキリしててそんなに甘く感じないですね。キレも良くこれは美味しい。今年の幕開けに相応しいお酒でした。来年も買えるとイイな〜。

We had Hanamup. It is a delicious Yamada-Nishiki. It is labeled as sweet, but it is not so sweet and has a refreshing aroma, and the ladies also enjoyed it. We look forward to drinking it again this year.

Purchased at a store directly from the brewery. I first had it cold. The aroma is subdued, but there is a ginjo aroma. It has a good mouthfeel and a nice sharpness. It has a slightly bitter aftertaste. Next, it was served warm. It has a mellow mouthfeel and the bitterness is gone. In my opinion, I would recommend heating it up. We had a Junmai sake of Kurogyu a while ago, and it was also good warmed up. I think Kurogyu goes well with warmed sake.

I bought it with the sake when I went to Ise. I had been curious about this sake for a while. The aroma is not too strong. There is a slight melon-like aroma. It has a sharp and crisp taste, but there is a bit of bitterness in the aftertaste, which is a bit bothersome. I was imagining a more fruity sake, but it was a little disappointing. It is delicious in its own way, but for me personally, it was not a good match.

It has been a long time since I made this. I bought it immediately at a liquor store in Toba on the way back from a field day in Ise. It is aromatic, slightly spicy, and very sharp. Saku is still delicious. We both enjoyed it with our evening meal. It seems to be the best for our family's palate. It was delicious.

I received this from my son. It seems to be my grandson's choice. It was his first Omine. When I poured it, it had a nice aroma. I had high expectations for this one. When I put it in my mouth, it was just as I expected. The balance between the umami of Omachi and the acidity is great! I couldn't help but drink more sake. I had it cold this time, but I heard it also tastes great warmed up, so I will have it warmed up next time as the weather is getting colder. It was delicious!

Took it home in Osakajo - Sake Square 2024. The bottle opens with a spottiness and a gaseous feeling. It is a bit gassy. We decided to start with the top clear liquid. It was a little bit cloudy and I thought it would be sweet, but it was tangy and refreshing. Delicious! The second glass was a little sweeter with a little bit of bitterness. You can enjoy it twice. Katano Sakura is a must.

Bought at the end of a drinking session as it was the last time it was brewed with Isehikari. The aroma of the first sip is very good. When you put it in your mouth, the aroma and flavor of the rice spreads and it tastes delicious. As it goes down the throat, it becomes sharp and clean. Okutanba is delicious. I drank it after a week, but it tasted a little bitter. It is best to drink it right after opening the bottle.

Purchased at the Yamadanishiki Toast Festival in Kato-shi. I drank a lot of it and was impressed with the taste. I took it home because it left a strong impression on me, even though I had drunk a lot of it and didn't really understand it. The aroma is high and good. The flavor of the rice spreads and it is delicious. It is my favorite type of sake. It was the first time I drank Ryuriki Dragon, but it was delicious. I will have to repeat the experience.

Purchased from the brewery web store. It came with a stopper with a hole in it. They said they would replace the stopper after arrival. They were afraid to do so...but they succeeded. It was put in the refrigerator. According to the explanation on the website, there are two kinds of sake: the supernatant and the nigori, so I tasted the supernatant first. It is easy to drink, refreshing, and has a nice sharpness, and it goes down your throat easily. It was delicious. Next, we had the nigori. It is also delicious with a full-bodied and umami flavor. Both were delicious. You can never go wrong with Okutanba.

I have had Ryoseki Shuzo's Hanamup and Ryoseki, but this was my first time drinking this sake. The aroma is slight, and in the mouth it is a bit dry and mild. Later on, the umami of the rice comes out and the sake is smooth and clean. It has a different taste from Hanayuup and Ryoseki. It is also delicious. We enjoyed it as a food sake. We drank it on the second day. It has a softer, more umami taste. In my opinion, I prefer this one.

Don't Stop Noto's Sake! This is the sake I applied for at When the bottle is opened, it makes a nice popping sound. It has a nice aroma and a shwashy feeling. When you drink it, the aroma spreads in your mouth and it is delicious. It has a nice sharpness and I couldn't stop drinking it. Sake from Noto is delicious. I know it must be hard work, but please keep making sake.

I visited the store with the intention of buying a bottle of Yokoyama. I asked the clerk about the Yokoyama Goju, which was from the same brewery, and he told me that it was a higher grade sake, so I bought it. Opened the bottle. The aroma is strong and has a nice fragrance. It was a medium-bodied sake, but it was a little spicy. As it goes down the throat, it is very refreshing. This is delicious. It is a repeat order.
