Purchased at the Hankyu Umeda Station event booth.
It is better not to cool it down too much, so I served it at room temperature first. The aroma is not too much, but the balance is good and it has a nice sharpness.
Next, I warmed it up. The flavor of the rice spread out and it tasted mellow and delicious. We decided to have it warmed. It is good with food, or just to enjoy the sake alone.
I had an image of Mutsu Hachisen as a full-bodied sake, but that image has changed.
