It was getting chilly and I wanted some heated sake, so I went to a liquor store. I was attracted by the label, which looked like it would warm up the sake, so I bought it. I started with it at room temperature. It was clean, refreshing, and easy to drink. It is easy to drink, clean and refreshing, with a bit of bitterness and astringency afterwards. As the name suggests, it is easy to drink.
Next, I tried it lukewarm. The flavor of the rice comes out and it's nice and mild. There is a slight bitterness at the end, but not enough to be bothersome.
Next, we tried it topped up with warm sake. The rice flavor is still there, but the bitterness and astringency are gone. It can be served at any temperature. We had it with bonito tataki and wakasagi tempura. It was delicious.

Opening the bottle. The aroma is not much, but it has a citrusy aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it is a refreshing and delicious sake. It has a slight bitterness, but the acidity comes through and it is quickly washed away. It is light and easy to drink. It is delicious!

Forgot to upload this one a few minutes ago. I bought it at a liquor store because I saw it was called "Nakadori". It is a slightly dry sake with a strong aroma. It has a full-bodied flavor, so I guess it is a sake to drink slowly. There is a bit of bitterness afterwards. It seems to go well with strong dishes.

I was at a liquor store and they told me they had some fall sake.
I looked and saw it was Bunkajin. I had been curious about this sake for a while. So I bought it. I started with a cold sake. It was rich and dry like a Kochi sake. The second glass was served warm. The second glass was served warm, and it was delicious, with the aroma enhanced and the bitterness gone.
Personally, I preferred it warmed.

It's been a long time since I've tasted Tobikirou. This may be my first Junmai Ginjo. The aroma is not so much, but it's very clear and crisp like Tobikirou. It has a nice sharpness and is delicious.

I went to a nearby liquor store to buy Hana Yuu and discovered it. I had drunk Suiyu before, but I had never had Urasuiyu before. I had never seen it before, so I bought it immediately. It was mellow and refreshing. Suitama is sweet, but this one is dry, just a little spicy and easy to drink. It is also delicious. I will have a repeat purchase.

Wakayama local sake drinking set given to me at a hotel in Nachikatsuura.
I've had Kido before, but this was my first time to try Kurumizaka and Minamikata.
As soon as we arrived, my wife said 😅I'll drink Kido.

It is still full and aromatic with a good flavor and easy to drink.
Kurumazaka Yamahai Junmai Ginjo
Slightly dry, with little aroma and a firm umami flavor, it is a mellow sake. Personally, I would like to drink it lukewarm.
Minakata Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki
Another slightly dry sake with a subtle ginjo aroma, it is easy to drink with a clean and crisp taste.
I think I prefer the Minamikata. I have more options now.
I enjoyed it with fresh sashimi.

Dragonfly found. I bought it because I had enjoyed drinking Akabontonbo at a tavern before. This is my first Blue Dragonfly. The bottle looks cool and suitable for summer. It has a little bit of nigori.
It is my favorite type of sake, with a nice aroma and a delicious flavor. It was delicious, with a nice crispness and a refreshing taste. The Dragonfly series is also available.

Purchased at Yamano Shuzo's brewery opening. Lightly cloudy. The aroma is light and refreshing, and the taste is good. If you drink only the supernatant, it is a little unsatisfactory, but if you drink it with nigori, it is good.

There was a little bit of a tangy taste at the end right after opening the bottle, but it disappeared after a couple of days.

I found it at Aeon and what a super limited edition (I have a weakness for limited editions 😅). And it was a limited quantity. I had to buy it and decided immediately. I hadn't had Hourai for about 2 years. I opened the bottle on the day I bought it. It has a nice aroma and is easy to drink.
