Celebrating 700 check-ins: ㊗️
We just opened a bottle of Junmai Hitogokochi Hi-ire that we just got during the Nagano Sake Festival 😇.
This season, the last time we can get it at our distributor in Kansai will be at Hexagon in Autumn, so we won't be able to get any new ones for a while 😅.
This time we were able to purchase a special sake warming bag from Shinshu Kamerei together with the bottle 😇.
According to the owner of the store, this Junmai Hitogokochi Hi-No-Kiri has the best reputation among the restaurants that he distributes from his shop😇.
My feeling is that the sake from Junmai Ginjo is too beautiful to be used as a food sake, so this Hi-ire Junmai sake is perfect for that purpose 🤣.
But still, what a high cost-performance ratio for a sake of this level in the 1500 yen range 😇!
Shinshu's 🐢sama is a great sake after all😇.
