Well, my impression of the drink was a bit different from what I imagined after reading the back of this one.
First, I drank it well chilled and made eye contact with my mom and said, "What is this? We both agreed that it tasted like the futon we got out of the closet at our grandma and grandpa's house at the beginning of the year. But we agreed. Mom said it tasted like shochu.
It was a little too sweet for our liking, and when we heated it up, the umami and sweetness increased and it became better. Sorry it's not the brewery's recommended way to drink 💦.
Each sip had a ning? Hmm? I was talking about my parents' house and laughing as I drank it and realized I had lost a lot 😌Thanks for the drink!
I opened the lid, took a sniff, and thought, "What's that? It smells good. ❗️ and the whole thing is clean with sweetness and umami with a spiciness in the second half 😊The closet feeling is gone. This is the taste of Nagano 😋 wonder😮.

This is a unit of five Nagano Prefecture sake brewery heirs who were born in 1984.
The person who greeted us was Yuya Muramatsu, the 6th generation toji of the Kakuguchi Shuzo Brewery of Hokko Masamune.
Hokko Masamune.
It has a modern taste with a light and refreshing mouthfeel. A little too light.
Sei Masamune
Another light and refreshing sake, with a slightly more robust umami and sweetness than Hokko Masamune.
Sekizen
This sake is made with apple flower yeast. It is fruity and sweet. I think I prefer it to the Sekizen apple flower yeast we drank today.
Honro no Matsu
Delicious sweet and sour. It is easy to drink, but the aftertaste is a little bitter.
FUKU MUGARI
It has a hard and refreshing taste.
I asked him, "Are you all close?" I asked him, "Yes. We are completely classmates, so we get along equally without hierarchy.
I didn't go to the booth of Fukumuyo, so I registered at Fukumuyo.
The next day in Ueda, I came across a brand I had never seen before at a local tavern 🙂.
According to the owner, it is a brand that has been drunk locally for a long time.
Now I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of sake it is😍!
It's a sweet and tasty sake with a hint of sweetness in the mouth followed by a hit of sourness.
I like the taste a lot ❕🥰.
I ordered it with horse sashimi, which also went well with the sake 😀.
I'm still looking forward to discovering new brands!
Of course I drank the Shinshu Kamerei next to it, but I bought it at Okazaki Sake Brewery, so I'll give you my impression later!

We liked its firm umami without any impurities.
The apple-like sweetness is smooth and smooth on the tongue, and it is a beautifully sharp sake that does not feel like it has been soaked in alcohol.
