Overall 9 (out of 10) Today we took a drive to Shinshu and went on a little sake brewery tour 🍶. After the Okazaki Sake Brewery, we stopped by the nearby Wadaryu Sake Brewery to buy some 🍶. It was my first sake 🍶! It's delicious ❣️😋 Light and light ❗️ All the flavors of the rice 🌾 are evenly and lightly sprinkled on the sake. I got such an impression! It's not sweet and tasty, but it's not dry either 🧐. So I hurriedly compared it with KahayoYauke Miyamanishiki, which is brewed with the same Miyamanishiki. As a result, I was reminded once again that sake is not as simple as having the same rice (🙇‍♂️). Compared to this sake, the Hanahyoyukyu was thicker and much more fruity👍. We served it chilled. Pairing impressions were made by Pekho-san Here are my personal impressions Aroma Not much Taste The higher the number, the stronger the sensation (5 is the maximum)  -Spiciness: 1 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste  -Sweetness: 1 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste  -Sourness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste  -Bitterness: 0 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste  -Astringency: 1 at the beginning 1→ Lingering 1  -Umami: 3 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste Mouthfeel】→2 Smaller number = light and smooth Bigger number = thicker and richer (5 is the maximum)

Good morning, shinsaku3 😃. Shinshu Sake Drive 🚙 is a great way to visit sake breweries and liquor stores 😊. I remember in the past when I was so excited in the car in response to all the signs with the name "Sake" 😆 I wish I could go back!

Good morning, ma-ki-san 😃. Okazaki Sake Brewery was renovated last year and it was beautiful👍. I recommend you to visit the surrounding area as well 😃. Noborimizu-san is more dry and gentle as you said 😃.

Junmai 🍶 Namaishu ✨Biyamanishiki🌾. Nagano Ueda Railway Journey 🚃Day 3 Here is the second cup of Kosuke. It's full of acidity and umami 😆 It's good without being cloying. Dry but gentle. The acidity is the key to the flavor. It accepts the raw fried octopus (🐙). The touch panel says Junmai Ginjo Nama Nama Sake but from the bottle I'm guessing it's Junmai Nama Sake 🤔. Junmai 🍶 Namaeshiki ✨Nagano-Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture🌾. Nagano Ueda Railway Journey🚃Day 3 Here is the last 6 cups. It's very smooth. Just the right amount of sweet and spicy. Today we have Wada Ryu Tosui Yamae Nishiki Namaishu from Ueda, Nagano: ❗️❗️ The aroma is really faintly sweet. A sip reveals a bit of spiciness on the tongue, followed by a crisp sweetness. ❗️ Good sake for a mealtime drink. ⭕️

Well, first impression, it is soft and gentle. There are various kinds of sake rice. I would like to compare them all together. However, all of Ueda's sakes are delicious! Why is it that all of Ueda's sakes are so delicious? Is it the water? Is it the water?

Delicious. A modern drink, but with a classic feel. I'd say it's an in-between to slightly modern type. No gassy feeling, but very drinkable and easy to sip. I had to go to Ueda City and visited a famous sake brewery, but there was only one brand, and I was sad to find out that there was another brewery nearby, so I visited Wadaryu. The clerk was very kind and explained everything to me, and I was able to buy a bottle of unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, which made me very happy...â
