Gentle and soft to drink. The six-month aging process has left it with a freshness, but it is still mild and easy to pair with autumn and winter dishes. A well-balanced junmai nama.

The second drink in Nagano was Wada Ryutosui.
The top aroma is softly sugary and sweet.
In the mouth, it has a slightly dark sweet flavor typical of Nagano sake, but the aftertaste is light.

The third picture is of the Wadaryu Sake Brewery, located along the old Hokkoku Kaido Road, north of Ueda Castle.
It is about a 20 minute walk from Ueda station.
The fourth picture is the site of the Uedabara old battlefield where Shingen Takeda was defeated by Yoshikiyo Murakami.
It is located on the south side of the Chikuma River about 2 km from Ueda Station.
At the hiyaoroshi festival. There was no time to drink it slowly since it was a tasting, but as usual, it is a delicious sake with a restrained aroma and umami flavor!
Nagano to pick apples🍎♪ Nagano Sake🍶 at Sakepo Seisuiya! I've never had it before, in a way I bought it by the bottle! I think I can feel a little bit of a tangy taste...classical...the rice flavor is good...but the aftertaste is a bit of a tangy taste? I think it's a bit of a bitter aftertaste........

The taste is gentle and slightly matured.

I've been drinking only Yamaguchi sake at home and at events recently, so today I'm going to Nagano sake for the first time in a long time😇.
I visited the Wadaryu brewery in spring, but to my surprise, they were sold out of all the draft sake including Tomisui... The president was sorry that I came all the way from Osaka and introduced me to a soba restaurant where we can drink Wadaryu with delicious soba noodles 😀.
This time, I checked Wadaryu's website and it looks like they have all Noborizui-san, but they don't sell it online😅.
I emailed the president of Wada Ryu and he seemed to remember the unfortunate Osaka customer and specially sent it to me directly from the brewery😇.
It's Junmai, so the aroma is mild, but the taste is gorgeous and you would never guess it's Junmai 😀.

Released to coincide with the "Chou-you-no-Sekku" festival on September 9. It has a soft and reserved sweetness and minerality with a slow "mellowness". However, the convergence is refreshing with moderate acidity. A perfect food sake.
After drinking 2 gou of Shinshu Kamerei, I decided to go next.
I decided on Wada Ryutonsui.
Plump 🌾 and delicious, yet clear ✨.
I was so happy drinking it... 😆.
It's a great food sake 💯.
