I've been drinking only Yamaguchi sake at home and at events recently, so today I'm going to Nagano sake for the first time in a long time😇.
I visited the Wadaryu brewery in spring, but to my surprise, they were sold out of all the draft sake including Tomisui... The president was sorry that I came all the way from Osaka and introduced me to a soba restaurant where we can drink Wadaryu with delicious soba noodles 😀.
This time, I checked Wadaryu's website and it looks like they have all Noborizui-san, but they don't sell it online😅.
I emailed the president of Wada Ryu and he seemed to remember the unfortunate Osaka customer and specially sent it to me directly from the brewery😇.
It's Junmai, so the aroma is mild, but the taste is gorgeous and you would never guess it's Junmai 😀.
Another one of my favorite sakes from Nagano Prefecture 🤣.

Released to coincide with the "Chou-you-no-Sekku" festival on September 9. It has a soft and reserved sweetness and minerality with a slow "mellowness". However, the convergence is refreshing with moderate acidity. A perfect food sake.
After drinking 2 gou of Shinshu Kamerei, I decided to go next.
I decided on Wada Ryutonsui.
Plump 🌾 and delicious, yet clear ✨.
I was so happy drinking it... 😆.
It's a great food sake 💯.
The sake I received from the Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai for June was Wadaryu Tosui 😀 When I visited in the spring, all the varieties of Tosui were sold out, which was a pity.
It was a pity that they were sold out of all the varieties when I visited in the spring, but I was lucky to get it this time through this hanpukai 😀.
The sake was quite robust, but the umami coated the robustness well and made it easy to drink 😇.
Our family's score was 11 out of 15 points, and this sake also had a very high score 😀.
I think it is a food sake. It is crisp and clear. It doesn't impress me greatly, but it's the kind of sake that makes me want to drink more and more of it.
The label is designed with the president's name, and the black label is colored red. I am sure I am not the only one who thought it looked like Motoyan.

Slightly green apple-like? The aroma of rice is calm, the mouthfeel is smooth and tasty, and the taste is clean and soft, with a punchy alcohol taste and a strong bitterness at the end.

Soft and fruity aroma of rice, a refreshingly cool umami taste, and a soft aftertaste.
The fresh, soft, easy-drinking mouthfeel and lingering aftertaste are inversely proportional to the freshness and softness typical of Shinshu sake, and the rather punchy aftertaste is addictive.
As we could not get Shinshu salmon, we had smoked Fukui salmon and cold shabu-shabu (cold shabu-shabu).
The smoky flavor of the salmon and the cold shabu-shabu with two different sauces were both delicious and intoxicating 😋.
All right! Now that I'm feeling better, I think I'll go for it this weekend, which is completely over my capacity and the spec limit of my equipment 🤣.
