Yesterday, we received our Junsei Supporter's sake from Tomihisaiki.
Since we became a Junsei supporter this year, we will receive 2 bottles of Junsei from Tomihiroshiki in 3 batches, and yesterday we received the 3rd batch of Junsei.
So I opened the remaining bottle of Junsei that was sent earlier 😀.
It was a beautiful Junmai Daiginjyo with a slight taste of lactic acidity, which is typical of a sake made from the traditional sake brewing method, and it brought out the best flavor.
