I posted offline and forgot to put this 💦. First time for both Ippongi and Denshin. I thought I could buy them anytime and I avoided them because of their dry image😅. The top aroma is like pineapple and tropical fruits. The initial aroma is like pineapple or tropical fruits. The second half is quite spicy though it has fruity and soft sweetness. I wonder if the softness is due to the fact that it is bagged.

I bought it when the brewer came to Takashimaya. I've never talked to Mr. Nishide because of bad timing every time😅. The name comes from Moro-chan and Mi-chan (Moromi🐱) that he keeps at the brewery. The name is derived from Moro and Mi-chan🐱. Sourness and appleiness. Gentle sweetness. I got the impression that it is a low-alcohol, sweet and sour sake. I'd like to try the light nigori sake that Hirupeko-san was drinking 😋. I feel it is a sake that is easy to drink and has a unique atmosphere of Shunshin at the same time. I thought it would be suitable for warming up sake. If you drink it at room temperature, you'll get more apple flavor, but you'll also get a stronger woody aroma.

Tochigi love 🥰 since the Chuai drink in March. Like monthly Tochigi love 🥰? I thought so, but I also loved Tochigi at Matsuo Taisha event😅. I think this is the second time this month? It was bottled in February last year and shipped in September, so it has a light matured aroma. Melon-like sweetness and a bit of minerality. I'd like to try more Matsunotsuju. The sweetness and light maturity coexist and come together at the same time.

Aiya Festival 2024 Spring 11 The last sake of the Aiya Festival! EIKO Fuji Jun-dai Aiyamatsuri🎵 Jun-dai (Japanese unit of land area equal to 100 mu) Muroka Aiyama🎵 Pitchy, gassy, gorgeous, sweet-ish bitter-juicy. Eiko-Fuji's typical sweet and savory taste and Aizan's taste are well blended. I think Eiko-Fuji and Aizan are a great match, don't you?

Tasting at Takashimaya. Shunshin's brewer always comes to the store, but I never get a chance to talk to him... Again, I was talking to another customer, and the department store staff took care of me. I drank the following HARUGOKORO Another Series Special Junmai Yellow Slightly sweet and gentle impression. There was also a bottle of this sake, but it seems to have been sold out. A little expensive. Moromi This is a sake for Moro-chan and Mi-chan, the cats kept at the brewery. I missed out last year when I went through the trouble 💦. Just the fact that it's Akaban Omachi raises my expectations 😍. Sweet and juicy with a hint of berries and a little gas. Fruity and mellow flavor. It is like a pear. Good balance of modern sweet and umami and sake-like taste. It is sweet enough, but Eiko-Fuji seems spicier when drunk with Fukuwagura. The muscat-like aroma is a nice touch.

Alchemist = alchemist. Alchemist reminds me of Fullmetal Alchemist 🤖. I remember Lark and Aztecs 🎵 Oh, I miss Melissa too 🤔. By the way, I don't watch any manga or anime 🙄. I just like the songs 🫣. The rice used is Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture. The top aroma is mild. There is a very small amount of gas. In the mouth, it is sweet and sweet-tasting with a slight bitterness. It has a calm but not too flashy and elegant taste. Although it is a Eiko-Fuji, I think it will be accepted by dry drinkers as well. The degree of sweetness may vary from tank to tank. Purchased at the Takashimaya Sake Festival. Polishing ratio 80%, No. 8 yeast used. It has a slightly golden color when poured. Purchased at the Takashimaya Sake Festival. Nemuchi-san's recommendation. It has a rich sweet taste like honey. The second half is a bit spicy. It is sweet at the entrance, but not too sweet in total. I also feel a little minerality. I prefer it to the Malmouth Yonezuru Midori I drank in the past. I didn't feel it when I drank it at the tasting, but there are glimpses of maturity. I wonder if it is an individual difference or if it has been aged in the refrigerator at home. After a few days, I got used to the taste or the taste has settled down and I don't care about the maturity 🤔. After drinking this after Hakuryu, I feel it is quite sweet and tasty!

Purchased at the Takashimaya Sake Festival. The one that impressed me the most after tasting several kinds of Kunihiki. It is sweet and fruity. It has a sourness like citrus. It is low in alcohol but very drinkable. However, I personally don't like the top flavor. I can't explain it well, but it smells sweet? I can't explain it well, but it smells like a sweet smell. Takashimaya Sake Festival ⑫ The last stop was Tanaka Sake Brewery. I came by the booth once, but it was crowded, so I slipped in just before the end of the festival. I really wanted Nemuchi to have some garden sake... 😁. The sake we tasted was Shirasagi no Shiro Garden Sake, Nama Hashiroshi (no picture) Shirasagi no Shiro Junmai Ginjo Karoku Shirasagi no Shiro Junmai Ginjo Koroku Hiyoroshi The garden sake has a sour taste but is well-balanced and easy to drink. It is the easiest to drink among the garden sake. I didn't take a picture of it because I drank it at home in the past. Chushingura and Banshu Issen garden sake are Ran-shu 🤣. Karoku is a sake made from a rare rice called Nojoho. I believe it was tenbin pressed. I've had Karoku in the past, and it has a unique flavor that I find addictive. Personally, I prefer hiyaoroshi (cold brewed sake) because of its gentle sweetness. That's all for the 12 breweries I visited in about 1 hour and 10 minutes. I stayed there for 3 hours.

Takashimaya Sake Festival 10 LAGOON BREWERY is a so-called craft saké. We tasted Shozora - Naturally grown Kamenoo San San Sumi Sake Shozora Amber SAKE Margherita Shozora Mori no SAKE ~Kuromoji Doburoku~ (no photo) San San Sumi Sake is made from rice malt only. It is sweet, juicy, and extremely delicious! Margherita is a sake made with tomatoes and basil. It is sour and Italian. It has a great sourness as if you were drinking tomatoes. I'm not a big fan of tomatoes, so I don't think I'll ever buy them myself 😅. I forgot to take a picture of it, but the dofuroku was delicious. The San San Sumi Sake was so good that I apologized to the brewer for not going through with it even though he was at Asano Sake Shop too 🤣. I bought a 300ml bottle of Sansan Sumi Sake here.

Takashimaya Sake Festival 8 San-in Sake Breweries (3) Four breweries jointly opened a stall under the name of Sanin no Kura. Fukura Shuzo (Yurihama Town, Tottori Prefecture) Kunitake Shuzo (Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture) Nakai Shuzo (Kurayoshi City, Tottori Prefecture) Uida Honten (Masuda City, Shimane Prefecture) Yashio is a simple label. According to Nemuchi's information, it used to be labeled with Nishijin brocade. We tasted Yashio Daiginjo Hmmm... I would say it lacks individuality... I think it is not so different from daiginjos sold in supermarkets 🤔I thought it is not a product to be brought to department stores. An old man beside Mr. Nemuchi was taking advantage of the sake we were served and was asking for more of the same 🤣.
