I'm not a fan of dry wine, but this one is very good.

Bottled in November 2024, it has been offered at the Buddhist altar for more than half a year and stored in the closet for another half a year.
It is a Junmai Daiginjo made from 100% Dewa Sanzu!
How is the quality of the sake?
No problem at all, it was delicious. It was exposed to ultraviolet rays, but it did not deteriorate and was really delicious. The ginjo aroma was also strong, and despite the harsh storage conditions from bottling to today, this quality is mind-blowing.
It has a crystal silver hue and sparkle.
Melon, banana, hints of apple and pear. Serpentine, top-fruit, whey and yogurt.
There is a hint of sweetness in the mouth, but smooth acidity and a pleasant bitterness in the finish.
The taste is sharp rather than full-bodied, and the aroma and flavor tend to be of the vinegar-etching type.
Mr. Tatenogawa visited the liquor store I go to. There was a lineup of BAR Yoko and I was able to sample all the plum wine, Sumo, Peach, Yama Sauvignon, and Doronuma that I have yet to try 🥰.
All of them were delicious, but the Doronuma ✨ was the thickest of the yogurts themselves, sloppy and not too sweet. When I gave it to my family when I got home, they all said "wow ❗️" 😋.
It goes well not only as an aperitif, but also with "chicken skin ponzu", "fried chicken cartilage bones", "baby sardine salad", etc. for dinner. It was gone in no time. Thank you very much.
