The first bottle of the year will be a premium sake with osechi and ozoni.
To put it bluntly, it is as delicious as it is expensive. This kind of sake does not need a review, and is definitely delicious, but since I'm going to go to the trouble of writing one, I'll record it here.
The aroma is definitely daiginjo.
The sweetness and aroma that fills the mouth from the moment you drink it is simply delicious. There is no doubt that this sake has no peculiarities and is a good all-around sake that can be served anytime and anywhere.
The mouthfeel is in the fashionable slightly sweet style.
It is a sake that costs several tens of thousands of yen for a four-pack. I would have sworn that there was something wrong with it that made it not worth the price, but there was nothing wrong with it. It was a great start to another enjoyable and tasty sake life.

Most of the breweries provide plastic cups with lids like this one and stickers with the brand name 🍶.
It is very helpful because you can tell which one is which even if you drink too much and don't know which one it is, and it won't spill even if you drink too much and shake the tray too much 🙏.
(If there is no sticker on the bottle, the grease pen I brought with me will catch fire: 🖊️🔥)
