Mr. Tatenogawa visited the liquor store I go to. There was a lineup of BAR Yoko and I was able to sample all the plum wine, Sumo, Peach, Yama Sauvignon, and Doronuma that I have yet to try 🥰.
All of them were delicious, but the Doronuma ✨ was the thickest of the yogurts themselves, sloppy and not too sweet. When I gave it to my family when I got home, they all said "wow ❗️" 😋.
It goes well not only as an aperitif, but also with "chicken skin ponzu", "fried chicken cartilage bones", "baby sardine salad", etc. for dinner. It was gone in no time. Thank you very much.
salty (hot, sharp) taste
Sake that uses up all the money in the Gofuda
I drank up the last of it.
It has been a long time since I have had Tatenogawa.
I won't be able to go to the brewery opening anymore, but I will keep it in mind.
With a firm body that concentrates the umami of the rice,
The taste is as rich as the golden bottle.
It is well-balanced, making it easy to pair with meals.
Sake rice is Yamada-Nishiki, and the rice polishing ratio is 50%.
I like it very much Pear apple When cold, the lees is not noticeable at all, but when it gets lukewarm, it has a leesy feeling that is not negative Almost no gas I wasn't sure if I would buy it because of the lees, but I'm glad I did.
It is a standard Tatenogawa.
Until now, I did not buy it because the liquor store I frequent did not have it, but a new liquor store I was told about had it, so I bought it.
As was the case last time, it is a jun-dai, so there are no unpleasant tastes, and it goes in and disappears quickly.
It has a slight piquancy as it enters the mouth. It has a soft sweetness and a pungent spiciness that counteracts the sweetness. The bitterness may also play a supporting role.
It is a delicious sake that you will never get tired of.
I think I am the only one who feels that the sweetness of that hard-to-find sake has been reduced, but I think it is a sake that is not to be missed.
At a bar in Shinagawa.
We had a special occasion, so we had a lunchtime drink.
Very fragrant and fruity ginjo aroma.
It smells like a grape, which might be a first for me.
It is light sweet with a crisp dryness.
There is also a slight effervescence.
