I heard it was recommended to be heated, so I immediately heated it up. It was delicious with a nice aroma and a sharp taste. It is easy to drink and delicious. I drank it cold (at room temperature) 3 or 4 days later, but the aroma was sweet and full. For the second entry in the Winter Nigorinpik, I chose Yukiten by Choshu Shuzo, a brewery in my hometown of Shimonoseki City, Yamaguchi Prefecture😇.
I've had a few sips of Amami's light nigori Momoten, but this is my first time drinking this nigori Yukiten 😀 I like Momoten, but this time I had a chance to try this one.
I like Momoten, but the Yukiten I had this time was even better than Momoten😇.
The aroma was citrus fruit, but my impression was pear 🍐.
The second day, Mr. Sanomorosugi is still a delicious ripe banana, but this one is a delicious pear 😀.
It's a matter of taste, but in my family we might prefer the pear... of course the ripe banana is outstandingly delicious😇

Following yesterday's Gin🐢, I decided to open a bottle of Shinmasa today, but I didn't know which one to open... so I chose Tenkaeru, which is a first for Shinmasa as well 😀.
I chilled it enough in the sake cellar and still put the bottle down to be cautious... but it made more noise than I expected and had a big blowout 🤣.
The bubbling sound continued long after I poured it into the glass. ‼️
