猫punchS〆M😃I fell in love with Nagano sake after my trip to Nagano last year and started to try different kinds of sake 😊I checked in a year ago when I had Beaumichel for the first time 😅All Nagano sake is really good 😋💕It's not only the sake but the food is good too 🫶.
I love it because it's my kind of sake ♬ it's good for beginners 🔰 and for women 🤲 but Beaumichel is only 500ml and the volume is very small so it's going to run out soon. I love it 🤲 but the Beaumichel is only 500ml so it runs out quickly 💦.

This year, besides nigori type sake, I would like to challenge myself a little bit with sake rice 😀.
Besides Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku, which are two of the most popular sake rice, I especially love Aizan and the sake rice of the region where it is brewed 😀.
Among them, here is the ❤️ challenge with Aizan 😀.
The first bottle was Aizan by Matsu no Tsukasa, who brewed Mizuki last year, a sake from Shiga that was brought to us by Kyukura and was delicious 😀.
Actually, it is chilled until just before drinking each time, but I take it in another glass to bring it to room temperature a little first, and the beautiful aroma is already wafting from there 😀.
It has a lovely aroma like well ripened melon or apple 😀.
When I put it back to room temperature and put it in my mouth, the fruitiness was even more rampant 🤣.
The fruity feeling that is characteristic of Aizan can be felt in both the aroma and the taste😇.
It was beautifully delicious and yet not cloyingly sweet and tasty, which made me happy 😀.
Actually, next to this bottle, there was a bottle of Omachi with the same specs, but I had to give up on the Omachi due to cellar reasons😅.

Today's sake is Yuki no Bijin-san, which is the first time I've had it, including the clear sake 😀.
As expected of an active nigori, you can feel the great piquancy 😀.
I managed to prevent it from blowing out, but the automatic stirring was about to start and even the supernatant has a little bit of oriki mixed in 😅.
Still, I could taste the difference in taste from the fully mixed stuff 🤣.
The supernatant was very sharp and conveyed a straighter taste 😀.
The mixed sake conveyed a more rounded taste and fruitiness better and more suited to our taste preferences😇
I have never had a clear sake so I don't know what the base Yuki no Bijin tastes like, but I could imagine that the clear sake is probably a delicious fruity sake as well😇. ヤスベェFollowing yesterday's Ash, today we opened a bottle of Flax Cat Sparkling 😀.
It's hard to open a bottle of a sake that you can't open often, so you have to be very active to open a bottle 🤣.
All I've been able to get lately is regular Flaxcat, and it's been a really long time since I've had a bottle of Flaxcat Sparkling 😀.
I guess it depends on your taste, but I personally prefer sparkling 😇.
But still, it's a very energetic drink and I haven't had a blowout in a while 😅.
I couldn't believe it was made in a wooden vat with the same raw yeast as Ash, I could feel fruits reminiscent of muscat, probably from the acidity derived from the bubbles😇.
Personally, Flax Cat Sparkling is one of my top favorite sakes from Shinsei 😀.

I've heard that it tastes better if it's aged for a while, so I aged it in the freezing cellar for more than a year😇.
I could not feel any aging at all, in fact, the taste was rather beautiful and I could feel the fresh yeast and wooden vat feeling 😇.

Of all the Colors, Ash was the only one I hadn't had before, so I couldn't help myself 🤣.
But now that I've had it once, maybe 2 bottles of Cosmos would be better next time😅. haniwa56It was getting chilly and I wanted some heated sake, so I went to a liquor store. I was attracted by the label, which looked like it would warm up the sake, so I bought it. I started with it at room temperature. It was clean, refreshing, and easy to drink. It is easy to drink, clean and refreshing, with a bit of bitterness and astringency afterwards. As the name suggests, it is easy to drink.
Next, I tried it lukewarm. The flavor of the rice comes out and it's nice and mild. There is a slight bitterness at the end, but not enough to be bothersome.
Next, we tried it topped up with warm sake. The rice flavor is still there, but the bitterness and astringency are gone. It can be served at any temperature. We had it with bonito tataki and wakasagi tempura. It was delicious. 猫punchS〆MThis is a check-in from a trip to Shinshu🚗 where I first drank Meikyojosui and wanted to drink it, so I popped in last year around this time 🤩.
It was a delicious sake with a melon-like head and apple-like notes, light and smooth with no peculiarities. ☺️ I would recommend it as a food sake that doesn't interfere with food 🫶✨.

However, I compared the nigori-zake with the supernatant that had been brought to room temperature and the supernatant that had been mixed with the nigori-zake, and they were both delicious and had their own distinct flavors 😇.

Today, we will open a bottle of Yamashiroya's WABI WABI 😀.
All of the Shuwashuwa Nigori that I have been drinking recently were second fermentation in the bottle, but this one is made by adding carbon dioxide gas to the sake made from the original sake brewing process to make it shuwashuwa 🤣.
The sourness from the solid carbonation is similar, but it's more like a dryer sizzling sensation, which was a fun encounter with a lot of variety 😀. haniwa56It's been a long time since I've been to Yokoyama. The 1814 is one of my favorites, aromatic, fruity, and tasty.
The aroma and the refreshing feeling that spreads in the mouth are indescribable.

We had a bottle of Senzuke's White Koji Activated Nigori 😇.
First of all, the label didn't look much like Senzuke's, I thought it might be Ni-Utari...but the word Senzuke was hidden behind the rabbit 🤣.
It was a low alcohol sake, but it had a lot of ori and a robust taste, full of flavor and delicious 😇.

I had a strong image of dryness in Senzuke's sake, so I couldn't get my hands on it, but this white malted rice sake is very easy to drink and you can hardly feel the dryness😇.

Today we opened a bottle of Banshu Issen's Summer Nigori...Junmai Ginjo Summer Usunigori😇.
The top aroma is not so strong, but it has a fluffy, pear-like fruity aroma 😀.
The moment it entered the mouth, the impression of light and clean water was suddenly accompanied by a fruity flavor with a slight effervescence 😇.
The taste finishes with a beautiful clean finish😇.

Compared to the Colors we've had so far, Ecru's unique acidity was impressive😇.
Thankfully this time we were able to compare it with Jikin-san's Omachi draft, but when I asked Kaorin which she liked better, she pointed to her glass of Ecru 🤣.
