Is the rice used Miyamanishiki?
The acidity is pleasant!
It is sweet and sour, but also has a bitter taste.
It also has an apple-like flavor.
It was an interesting sake.
Urban Saitama people only think of Inokashira as a resting place for Tokyoites, but it was Nagano sake.
It is refreshing and light, but the taste and a hint of sweetness are just right for an old man.
We took a walk to Moomin's house in the neighborhood. The nameplate was as large as ever. Many people were walking with their dogs.
Normal sake. I thought it was rare at Imanishiki the other day, but I didn't know it was available at Inokashira.
It is a clear, dry sake. Perfect to wash down the rest of the strong snacks.

Thanks for your hard work this week.
I put in one day of annual summer vacation, so it feels like I did a week's worth of work in three days. Why do I have 8 meetings?
If it weren't for the hanpukai, I would have never met this sake. The color of the label is beautiful🩵💚
The aroma is quite strong.
When you drink it, it is more sweet and sour than sour. Delicious. It seems to cheer you up. When the temperature rises, it tastes a little bitter.
After drinking 2 cups, I was so sleepy that I dozed off for a bit, then cleaned up and went to bed. I think I had a face that people could tell I was tired even if they saw me 😅Hatarakisugiken.
Alcohol content: 15%.
Rice:Miyama-Nishiki
Rice polishing ratio: 39
We compared three different rice varieties, "Miyamanishiki", "Omachi", and "Yamadanishiki", although they are the same Inokashira.
This one is Miyamanishiki.
I like it because it is the most ricey and mellow!
I wondered if I could really tell the difference. I wondered if I would be able to tell the difference, but it was totally different!
Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai 2024 Gold Course
A definite one when it comes to Miyamanishiki. The fresh aroma and moderate acidity make it easy to drink - very easy to drink.
I liked it very much!
Inokashira Miyamanishiki Unpasteurized Sake.
It has a fresh sweetness and a mellow flavor with an apple and muscat-like heady aroma and a gaseous sensation. The clear sake quality and a hint of bitterness give it a refreshing aftertaste.
I'll try a junmai ginjo the next time I'm in between.
I guess it tastes better when it has "ginjo" in the name!
The first sip was smooth and refreshing. It has a moderately floral flavor with a dry taste that lingers on the tongue.
It's like a dry taste lingers on the tongue.
I will drink it slowly and carefully.
Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai - 9th bottle
A little bit sweet but slightly strong and fruity acidity makes it easy to drink.
A bitterness lingers in the aftertaste.
I think this is my favorite so far!
Sweet and sour, fruity, bitter and good!
Personally, I think it could be a little fresher, but it's good enough!
This was the first time I drank this wine from this brewery, and I would definitely like to repeat the experience!
I opened the lid while watching the closing ceremony of the Olympics (recorded, lol). It is a refreshing, yet robust sake with a dry, umami taste, I guess.
This time, I bought it at a sake brewery right in front of Ina Station as a commemorative gift for climbing Mt. I heard that there are many sake breweries in Ina because of the abundance of water from the Central Alps. A good retro town.
It is the next day, and the taste is mellow and delicious!
To say I drank is a bit of a misnomer,
A single cup of ice cream with a cup of sake in it, about 4 degrees alcohol by volume.
The taste is fruity with a hint of sake in the aftertaste!
I prefer to eat it before it melts, as it tastes sweeter as it melts.
