Nagano Sake Festival ⑨
Today's sake is Inogashira 😀.
Of course, this is my first time drinking it too😇!
There are still a lot of delicious sake in Nagano that we don't know about 🤣.
This Inogashira is a bit heavy for my family, but I was surprised that it is different from the sake I've had before 🤣.
This is also a delicious sake and we enjoyed it 😇
Good morning, Yasubeyesan 🐥.
I was surprised to find out that there are also heavier Shinshu sake because I often drink fruity light ones 😳I see they make a lot of different kinds 😊.
A survey? It's good to be reflected in the following year👍
Hi Yasubeyesan 😃.
Nagano sake in the hanpukai! It's exciting and thrilling to drink a brand you don't know 🤗It would be helpful for the organizer if you could evaluate it well like Yasubeyesan did!
Hi Pon-chan 😀
I'm surprised at the wide range of Nagano sake, but even more surprised at how each one is unique and tasty in its own way 🤣.
This is not a survey, but a record of what I like the most at the end😇
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😀.
I'm glad I signed up for the hanpukai because all the Nagano sakes are really great😇.
My impression of what I drank is not very helpful 😅 as they are all just delicious!
Today's sake is from Inagashira in Ina City in southern Nagano Prefecture❗️ its Jungin Fukuro-tori unfiltered raw sake❗️❗️
The aroma is of a fresh raw sake❗️As you take a sip, you get a dense texture on the tongue, followed by a raw tingling sensation and a sharp bitterness, and then a sweet aroma of fresh and crisp alcohol leaves the nose❗️Good as a mealtime sake⭕️
We are now in the rainy season, and this year's rainy season is quite extreme: when it rains, it pours, and when it's sunny, it's extremely hot, almost 30 degrees Celsius 😅.
I've been doing some light walking to acclimatize to the heat, and I'm getting used to it, but my face is getting really burnt 🌅.
Now that I've worked up a good sweat, let's have a drink tonight 🍶.
Inokashira: Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai Gold Course
Finally opened May's bottle. June's bottle will be here at the end of the month, so I need to save some space in the cellar 🤣.
[Gugumini!]
Aroma of mellow rice that reminds me of apples, a really faint feeling of gas on the palate, a light sweetness and umami, and a lingering aftertaste that is calm and crisp.
[Mokkiri]
Aroma of mellow rice, a smooth and clean sweetness and umami, followed by a firm acidity and a lingering bitter taste on the tongue.
The other day I saw Ao-chan eating a "Yokowa" and it looked so delicious that I decided to have it with some "bigeye tuna sashimi" and "horse mackerel tataki" that I had just found, and some "comte cheese" that I bought at a cheese specialty store in Fukui called "Happy Cheese" (🧀).
I don't have to tell you that the fish went well with the rich, slightly stinky taste of the comte cheese, and it was a marriage that seemed to melt in your mouth.
Good evening, Mr. Jive.
The rainy season is a difficult time to spend with humidity and extreme heat ☔.
I see that there are still a lot of delicious sake in Nagano Prefecture: ⤴️
I've never actually seen it 😲.
Looks delicious paired with fish 🤤.
Good morning, Jive 😃.
Walking is a good way to get fit, and an easy way to start adapting to the heat 👍But then again, soba noodles in Fukui always look delicious ❣️The soba noodles are thick, aren't they⁉️Katsudon set is a great deal 🉐.
Good morning, ma-ki-!
It's the most uncomfortable and buggy morning today, so I'm worried about the weather from now on😅.
Nagano's rich nature is very unique, but all of them are delicious 🥰.
Good morning, HinaHanaMama ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
My work is so extreme that if I don't exercise and keep up with the heat, I'll have hell to pay in the coming season, so I'm getting used to it now 🥰.
Soba in Fukui is "country soba", so it's thicker 🍜.
Good morning, Manachie!
It's thicker by default, so some restaurants may offer [thinly sliced] as an option✨.
How about churutto refreshing soba and cold sake in the hot season?
