The moderate sweetness of the rice rushes through the mouth at once, but it is easy to drink without the excessive body and dullness that is often found in junmai ginjos. This sake is somewhere between classic and modern.
It is clean and easy to drink. There is no overwhelming flavor, but the taste is polished to a cosy level with a delicious taste that can be enjoyed by all.
The aroma and flavor of heated sake is very pleasant in the returning cold weather. Cold sake is also very tasteful. Enjoy it with cherry blossoms at night.
Reasonably priced at the supermarket LIFE a short distance away, with dinner. I can't find it anywhere near me, but it's drinkable and I'd like to keep it on hand.
Shiga souvenir #2.
About 1,000 yen at Friend's Mart.
I bought it because I couldn't find it in my hometown.
It has a very fruity taste.
It tastes like apples.
It has a sweet taste and is easy to drink.
I bought it at the supermarket, completely forgetting that I had had Daiginjo before.
It was less than 1,000 yen and tasted good even though it was cheap.
I thought it would be sweeter and heavier since it is junmai, but the sweetness was fleeting and the impression was rather refreshing. It is easy to drink.
