Kansai Sake-new year party ㉔ After a short cab ride, we went to Chuin-san, familiar to us from Aladdin-san's post. Inokashira, a sake I had never heard of until now😅. The rice used is Hitogokochi. I think it was fresh, fruity and gently sweet 🤔.

The aroma was fruity, but the sharpness of the sake was the main attraction 🍶 in a good way, the aroma and taste did not match! When I checked the website, it says 'hazelnut flavor close to sesame' and it certainly could be close 🥜. I'd like to taste it again next time! Alcohol content] 15 Rice polishing ratio] 59%. Also, I've seen 55% and 60%, but 59% is a first!

Today's hotel drink was Inogashira. There were a lot of them lined up at the store so I thought they just came in 😊The label is cute too. It has a sweet and sour taste with a bit of bitterness coming after the sweetness. It is well-balanced and very tasty. The alcohol content is low, so it is very easy to drink and dangerous. The ski season is over and more and more people are going on graduation trips. I guess the next season will be the mountain climbing season.

Today's sake is Ryuyu❗️ from Kasuga Shuzo in Ina City, Nagano Prefecture, and it is also an IWC silver medal winning sake❗️❗️ The aroma is fresh, fruity, and sweet❗️As you sip, the taste is mellow on the tongue, followed by a refreshing sweetness and a slight bitterness❗️❗️It is a top-notch ginjo sake, but not too sweet, and a good sake❤️

Urban Saitama people only think of Inokashira as a resting place for Tokyoites, but it was Nagano sake. It is refreshing and light, but the taste and a hint of sweetness are just right for an old man. We took a walk to Moomin's house in the neighborhood. The nameplate was as large as ever. Many people were walking with their dogs.

Normal sake. I thought it was rare at Imanishiki the other day, but I didn't know it was available at Inokashira. It is a clear, dry sake. Perfect to wash down the rest of the strong snacks.

I put in one day of annual summer vacation, so it feels like I did a week's worth of work in three days. Why do I have 8 meetings? If it weren't for the hanpukai, I would have never met this sake. The color of the label is beautiful🩵💚 The aroma is quite strong. When you drink it, it is more sweet and sour than sour. Delicious. It seems to cheer you up. When the temperature rises, it tastes a little bitter. After drinking 2 cups, I was so sleepy that I dozed off for a bit, then cleaned up and went to bed. I think I had a face that people could tell I was tired even if they saw me 😅Hatarakisugiken.

Alcohol content: 15%. Rice：Miyama-Nishiki Rice polishing ratio: 39 We compared three different rice varieties, "Miyamanishiki", "Omachi", and "Yamadanishiki", although they are the same Inokashira. This one is Miyamanishiki. I like it because it is the most ricey and mellow! I wondered if I could really tell the difference. I wondered if I would be able to tell the difference, but it was totally different!
