Today is the first one-year aged one from last year's shipment of Mutou from the Kutsugake Sake Brewery in Ueda, Nagano Prefecture❗️❗️
The aroma is fruity with a strong impact on the nose of the original sake❗️As you sip, the taste is heavy and complex with a tangy sourness❗️As you would expect from a one year old sake⭕️
Gorgeous aroma
Sourness with a punch on the palate, no spiciness from the alcohol, but a slight sweetness from the rice. Slight sourness lingers in the aftertaste.
