Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️
He complimented me on how well I was drinking and recommended that I drink this as well. He recommended that I drink this one, too.
This is our first meeting. I look forward to meeting you.
You are a handsome and clear-cut man.
Could it be that you are half-European?
The water is like white wine as the label says,
No, it's fine apple water.
Thank you very much, Kutsukake Shuzo!
Bessho Onsen "Sakaeya" (Bessho Onsen) for bulk purchase (1)
I bought 6 bottles of Nagano sake in bulk.
We started with the fresh sake to be stored in the refrigerator.
I had never seen "Mutou" before.
There were bottles brewed from several different types of sake rice, and after much agonizing, I chose "Usu-Nigori" (light nigori)
It was beautifully sweet with a fruity taste like muskmelon. When I opened the bottle, I did not feel any fizz, but when I drank it, I felt a slight fizz-like chili sensation.
Today we are having a miso nabe with salmon and scallops, and it goes well with it. ❗️I sprinkled shichimi, a standard Shinshu souvenir, on it, and it goes even better. ‼️
It was a great choice: ❣️
Looking forward to opening 5 more bottles 😊.
In Matsumoto, Nagano
A glass of wine at a restaurant called "Agareya" in Matsumoto, where we stayed when we hiked to Happo One. It was the first time I enjoyed it with a glass of wine! How stylish!
I enjoyed many delicious dishes, but I've almost forgotten about them, so I'll have to go back again! Nagano is the best 🍶✨!
I was busy this week preparing for an event tomorrow. After finishing the preparations, I was ready to launch the event by myself. I had a light drink at my favorite restaurant. I ordered the Nagano version of the usual sake tasting set. The first one is called "Mutual suppression," which is a unique name. It is named after a starter, a relay, and a suppressor. The fruity aroma of sweet and sour goes into the nose and is delicious. The aftertaste is tight. It was a winning drink.
Sake reads "Go". It is fire-aged and watered.
Chilled.
It has a mild sweet aroma. It has a mild sweetness, followed by a rich umami (flavor) that is suitable for nourishment, with a slight sense of maturity in the aftertaste.
It seems to be a type of sake that can be enjoyed at any temperature.
