Oar Honjozo Lunch on my visit to Yamanashi I want to eat ramen🍜! But is there any good rice? I was wondering if there was any good food there. I found this when I looked it up 😱. Looks good for you and looks delicious✨! It is run by Yoro Sake Brewery, a small sake brewery in Yamanashi. The "Salmon Kasu-zuke" (salmon with sake lees) is highly praised by many people. Salmon marinated in sake lees" which is highly praised by word of mouth. Stewed pork stewed for 2 days! Sake lees soup with sake lees that is sure to be delicious! The "Kuragen Gohan Set" includes The salmon marinated in sake lees tastes just as it is supposed to! The stewed pork cubes are so tender that they fall apart with chopsticks. The sake lees soup has a gentle flavor, The daikon radish and other ingredients are also delicious ✨. We also had sake ice cream at the end of the meal! I was very satisfied. ☺️ If you go to Yamanashi, I recommend 👍. I was so curious about the "oar" used in the dish I took some home with me. ✌️ I drank the oar. The aroma is not so sweet.
