Takachiyo Miyamanishiki
On February 8, I went to Aichi.
We left home at 3:00 and off we went to Aichi ✌️
First stop was my wife's favorite bakery✨.
It started snowing when we passed Hamamatsu😱.
Cold wave hit that day.
We went to Benkei, which we found after much research.
There were so many breads!
We were both so excited ⤴️
While eating the bread we bought in the car
We went to the Expo 2005 memorial park where we were thinking of taking Fuku for a walk.
"I want to let Fuku play in the snow."
My wife's wish came true✨.
The first bottle of sake we bought in Aichi was Takachiyo.
This was my first Kanji Takachiyo.
Kanji Takachidai is a dry sake,
I had it with a nabe (hot pot).
It is said to be super dry with a sake degree of +19, but it was not too hot.
but it was not too spicy.
but not too spicy and you can feel the umami of the rice as well.
Delicious sake ✨
As for me, I'd rather drink it with a meal.
Kanji Takachi-yo would be better for me as I like to drink it with a meal: ☺️
