The last of the sake comparison was a Junmai sake from Snow Kayasha.
I don't drink it often because I can buy it near my house😅.
The aroma is of sour rice 🤔.
I found out later that it's yamahagai, which makes sense that it has a sour taste 😊.
It has both strong rice flavor and sweetness.
The acidity gives it a nice sharpness👍
It was easy to drink and matched well with food 🎶.

This is the one you want to drink lukewarm 🤤.
This time it was a draft, so it was served cold 😆.

I see that Yukino Kayasha can be used for heating sake.... I'll have to check it out....

T.KISO-san, since it's Yamahai, it would definitely be delicious hot heated 😋.
I'm curious to see how it would be hot heated up even if it's a draft sake 🎶.

Erin, you can heat up all sake, not just snow kayasha 😁.
Whether you like it or not 🤣.
