I feel like I've been on a high pace lately😅.
I've reached 800 check-ins 🤣.
The sake to celebrate is Hakurakusei's collaboration sake ‼️
I wasn't planning to buy it, but a good friend of mine at the store pushed me to buy it 🤣.
I was not attracted by the label 😤.
The aroma is like a lactic acid type of sake 🤔.
When you put it in your mouth, it tastes a little sweet and sour.
It is totally different from Hakurakusei's original light and dry sake 😮.
It is sweet and sour, but the taste of rice is also strong and full-bodied.
It is easy to match with food because it has good sharpness due to the acidity 😋.
Hakurakusei is not so good when you think about it, but if you think about it without getting caught up in the brand name
But if you think about it without getting caught up in the brand name, you will find it to be a good match for food.
It is a sweet and sour sake that is too high quality to be used as a food sake 😍.
At this rate I'm sure I'll hit 1000 by the end of the year💦.
