It has a clean dry mouthfeel. The name "extremely dry," but it is not spiky and easy to drink. The aftertaste is pungent and astringent. I am a fruity sweet-tasting person, but this is a dry wine for me. I think I like it a lot.
Good morning, S-takku!
This one is delicious ⤴️
I'm also a sweet person, but I had the same feeling when I had it a long time ago ✨.
I would love to drink it again 😊.
Mr. MA-KI
Good morning. I'm really glad to see that someone got the same impression. ‼️
I'm not so confident in my vocabulary and tongue in my impressions lol.
It's encouraging to get an endorsement from someone who is also a sweet-tooth 😄.
I always look at your posts 😁.
I like the label of the Big Dipper, the Cold North Star.
It is a bit alcoholic in the mouth, but it is very smooth and goes down easily.
Personally, I have an image of it as a food sake because I often drink it outside, but I have the same impression of Kanpokuto🍶 at home.
I think I prefer junmai ginjo because it has a bit more sweetness.
So...here's the thing about the Kanpokuto Jelly...
The Kanpokuto jelly itself has 2% alcohol, which is more than that of a microalcoholic beer, and the jelly tastes like alcohol too (laughs).
However, when I mixed a small amount of Kanpokuto with it, it mellowed out and was delicious 🍶.
(Note that when I went crazy and had a big batch, all I could taste was the alcohol.
It was also delicious to eat the jelly as a sorbet, so even though they don't seem to do mail order, I thought it would be fun to talk about it with people who are interested... just for a moment.
I saw a drama called "Arabashiri" and thought
I was like, "Oh, even sake is personified 😅.
The content of the drama was not so good.
Now that I thought about it, I realized that I haven't drank much Kanpokuto Junmai Ginjo.
I bought it because it's only released once a year, which was very tempting.
It's fresh and has a nice sharpness.
I was surprised at how good it tasted👍.
Good evening, Tsuyodai😄.
I saw "Arabashiri" myself!
It's like a recreation of the original story!
I know, it's still delicious 😊.
But lately I only buy Civien 😅
Good evening 😆Arabashiri cast is subtle (lol) Kan Hokuto is great! Especially this year's special Junmai Namae is unusually delicious 😅I bought a repeat as soon as I got it.
Whenever I drink any kind of drink
I always groan at the deliciousness.
Kanbokuto 😆
The freshness of the unpasteurized sake
Lightly fruity and a little dry with a kick!
It is a little bit dry and sharp!
The kind you can't stop drinking!
But I knew you like this kind of colorless
I felt that you like this kind of colorless label.
Sashimi is delicious in Fukuoka. Sea bream, leatherfish, bluefin squid, octopus. Tuna, bonito, horse mackerel, and red meat are served with sweet soy sauce. Reset with "Kanbokuto," a clear dry ginjo-shu, and the sashimi's deliciousness will complement the ginjo-shu. Kyushu soy sauce goes well with macros.

Characteristics & Taste◇ Kanpokuto
This is a "winter-only" unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. A dry junmai sake with a pleasant freshness and a slight gaseous taste. Shi-Bi-En" refers to a section on the celestial sphere in ancient astronomy, a constellation with the celestial north pole at its center. The label, which is designed to resemble the celestial sphere, features a star pattern with the "Nanayo pattern" of the Hokuto Palace's crest, and the shining "Polaris" and the "Big Dipper" in the center of the star pattern, which symbolizes the quality of "Kanbokuto" sake.
