The aroma is fresh citrus 🍊. The same impression on the palate! The delicious acidity of the orange 🍊 spreads in a flash! Then, after a slight lag, the bitterness arrives and it's all over. The 5th drink was one of the 3 sake Collage Junmai Ginjo Oragami Nama Sake It's been a long time since we've had a Collage! I tend to put it off because it's rather easy to get 😅 It's a bitterness from the lees is the star of the show! The presence is like a top-notch actor. 🕵️‍♂️ It has a sharpness and is finished to a great taste.

The third drink was one of them! Fukkai Yamadanishiki Nigori (raw sake) The owner says there is no other sake with such a good balance! It has a strong pichiswa taste. Bitterness mixed with sourness is the main taste. It finishes rather quickly.

Jikin Junmai Ginjo Hachitan Nishiki Nama This one is a fresh pineapple! It is rich with a good balance of sweetness, umami and acidity. It slowly finishes with a moderate bitterness.

This time, I went with my wife when I found out on Instagram that the pre-sake was open! First up was the first sake from the evening set! Hanayokyu Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu Ginpu The aroma is still ripe pinapple! It is sweet and juicy on the palate! And the bitterness that shows up after a while. I can't get enough of it 👍

The 6th (last) glass of "Masamune Shibari Hokko Masamune Spring Junmai Ginjo This is also the first time to drink! Slightly acidic, with a predominant aroma. Sweet, bitter and acidic on the palate. Third glass of "Masamune Shibari Sasa Masamune Junmai Ginjo Karakuchi This is my first Sasa Masamune. And yet it seems to be a bit out of the ordinary! Sake strength is +10 The aroma reminds me of tangy and dry sake. On the palate Well, it's crisp and otokomae. ❗️ The bitterness comes out in the front, and in the process of becoming dry, umami comes up from the throat and spreads in the mouth.... This is a different sensation from the lingering taste. A dry sake that is not too harsh as the numerical value. I think it is highly suitable as a food sake.

After the limited time event at DEAN&DELUKA Fukuoka Store, come back to Hakata Station for a drink! I went to a restaurant I hadn't been to in a while, and they were having an interesting event called "Masamune Shibari"! I'll make love to you twice as much as usual while sharing with my wife! Let's start with the first drink! Sensho Masamune Special Junmai Nama Usu Nigori Aroma of citrus fruits On the palate, sweetness, umami, and acidity are in perfect harmony. The bitter component of the lees that comes in late is a nice accent, and it finishes quickly. I like the taste. ❤️ The only drawback is that the label is diffused and doesn't photograph well 😅...

When I sip it, I get the impression that depth has been added to the sweet and sour taste. The taste has changed to a cassis-like flavor...
