It's been a long time since I've seen Sogape! My wife went to the store and got it for me! Berry, good job👍! It's a magnum bottle, so I can't drink it all at once! I poured it into several empty bottles and resized them! Somehow I managed to store it in the fridge! Let's start with today's bottle! Although this sake is brewed by a winery, the aroma is unmistakably real sake. The aroma is unmistakably real sake 🍶 with a hint of sake yeast. On the palate, the sweetness is negligible and the acidity and bitterness come to the fore. However, the aftertaste is light and goes down smoothly. My wife was quite satisfied with it! It's a magnum bottle, but it's so delicious that I finished it in 4 or 5 sips 😄.
