I went to a restaurant I hadn't been to in a while, and they were having an interesting event called "Masamune Shibari"!

Sensho Masamune Special Junmai Nama Usu Nigori
Aroma of citrus fruits
On the palate, sweetness, umami, and acidity are in perfect harmony.
The bitter component of the lees that comes in late is a nice accent, and it finishes quickly.
I like the taste. ❤️
The only drawback is that the label is diffused and doesn't photograph well 😅...
