I haven't been able to buy it recently because of the thick girth of the bottle and the refrigerator problem😅.

The scent is fresh citrus, or maybe more herbal than citrus.
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the sweet and sour citrus flavor.
The finish is clean, refreshing, and light.
This is quite a high level of perfection. ❗️
But hey, it's Kouei Chrysanthemum...
I believe it will be more delicious and I'll send it out for training 🧘!
4 days after opening the bottle
Not only acidity but also a sense of maturity has appeared in the aroma.
When I sip it, I get the impression that depth has been added to the sweet and sour taste.
The taste has changed to a cassis-like flavor...
The 10th day after opening the bottle
The aroma is mellow, the sweetness is withdrawn on the palate, and the acidity has been reduced to a moderate umami-centered flavor.
It seems to be safe to say that this wine has reached its perfection 👍.

I stopped following Kouei Chrysanthemum because they keep coming out with new products 😅I went back to the basics and bought a bottle of Snoclet the other day ✌️ I always don't go as far as changing the taste so this time I bought a bottle 🤣you held out for 10 days 😳⁉️
