Slightly dry and refreshing, it is best served with a meal. It goes well with various snacks and nigirizushi.

Late at night in Matsushima, we went to Rakuraku, a restaurant in the hotel. I went in with low expectations, but the taste and atmosphere exceeded my expectations! Lots of good sake too! So, it's the Matsushima Sake Festival. First up was the Sengen Masamune. The label featuring Lord Date Masamune's military fan with a red circle on a gold background is a nice motif. The first sip has a gorgeous, dignified aroma! This sake is made from Yamada Nishiki produced in Sendai.

I'm craving protein but I stopped taking protein so I'm going with natural protein 🥩. I can't stop living on ponzu 😁. Today's selection 🇯🇵 is, First time to visit ❕️ ✨. Cool bottle of Masamune 🍾. Aroma of rice 🐽. I can feel the richness and umami, It has a rich and umami taste, yet it has a clear sensation like water from a clear stream. I was surprised at how easy it is to drink and how it goes down your throat ❢. Today's snack is Tandoori chicken 🍗🍗. Smoked pork wiener🌭. Fresh zucchini carpaccio Thank you for the meal 😋.
