The 6th (last) glass of "Masamune Shibari Hokko Masamune Spring Junmai Ginjo This is also the first time to drink! Slightly acidic, with a predominant aroma. Sweet, bitter and acidic on the palate. The sweetness quickly disappears and bitterness reigns strong. The taste is refreshing with a clean aftertaste.

Third glass of "Masamune Shibari Sasa Masamune Junmai Ginjo Karakuchi This is my first Sasa Masamune. And yet it seems to be a bit out of the ordinary! Sake strength is +10 The aroma reminds me of tangy and dry sake. On the palate Well, it's crisp and otokomae. ❗️ The bitterness comes out in the front, and in the process of becoming dry, umami comes up from the throat and spreads in the mouth.... This is a different sensation from the lingering taste. A dry sake that is not too harsh as the numerical value. I think it is highly suitable as a food sake.

After the limited time event at DEAN&DELUKA Fukuoka Store, come back to Hakata Station for a drink! Let's start with the first drink! Sensho Masamune Special Junmai Nama Usu Nigori Aroma of citrus fruits On the palate, sweetness, umami, and acidity are in perfect harmony. The bitter component of the lees that comes in late is a nice accent, and it finishes quickly. I like the taste. ❤️ The only drawback is that the label is diffused and doesn't photograph well 😅...

All you can drink is Shinsei Ecru The reason why I brought this as the fifth drink... Yes, because this is my 200th check-in 😄. I've been checking in for a while now and I've decided to have a Shinsei for my anniversary😅. The first thing to note is the aroma. It's still the same sour fruity thing ❗️. I'm sure you'll agree that it's the best of both worlds. I think I can taste the Shinsei even if I'm drunk❗️ It's not an exaggeration to say that the sourness is everything... Thanks to you, I've reached my goal. The more I drink, the more I understand sake. On the contrary, the more I drink, the less I understand💦. The world of sake is so deep and full of mysteries, I need to continue to immerse myself in it and devote myself to it (^.)

The fourth all-you-can-drink drink is Kamerei, a famous sake from Saijo, Hiroshima. First of all, the aroma. Well, I don't really know ❓Because I was getting drunk ❓Because the fruity aroma of the Higashitsuru I had just drank was so intense ❓ However, when I put it in my mouth, it was so spicy that it woke me up ❗️. It's like waking up from a dream and jumping out of bed ❗️. The bitterness is also sufficient. The sharpness was also outstanding and brought me back to reality after being blackmailed from the luscious world of Higashitsuru 😅. Now I'm fired up and ready for the next big one!

The third all-you-can-drink sake was Higashitsuru, a famous sake from Tagu City, which is located almost in the middle of Saga Prefecture. I checked it out later, and it was said on a certain liquor store's website that the quality of the sake has dramatically increased since the brewing water was pumped up from a deeper depth. Let's try it. The fruity aroma of Saga sake is irresistible❗️This is vanilla❓Mango🥭❓ ❓Are vanilla a fruit❓😅? The sweetness is reminiscent of a juicy tropical fruit 🏝 in the mouth. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not, but it's a good thing. It is not unpleasant. And then, it quietly and slowly disappears... This is the standard sake, so the level of Saga sake is high.

The second all-you-can-drink sake was Tamagawa, a famous sake from Kyoto by the sea. Yamahai Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu brewed by Mr. Harper, a British 🇬🇧 toji (master brewer). It was also featured in Seiji Rokkaku-san's Drinking Iron Journey😊. The color of the sake is matured like whisky even though it is a draft sake 🥃 is due to Mr. Harper's magic 🧙♀️❓ It's as expected from the land of Harry Potter 😄. First of all, the aroma is grain, nutty🥜, and, as someone else reviewed, it also resembles Shaoxing wine. The alcohol content is quite high at 20 degrees, so I'll start with a lick 😅. First, sweetness, and then without a moment's pause, the flavor and acidity of Omachi spreads in the mouth ❗️Taste is somewhat similar to Shaoxing sake. However, the sharpness is sharp and surprisingly easy to accept. This is the difference from Shaoxing sake. I finished it before I knew it without solving the mystery of the gap between the alcohol content and the sharpness (also magic ❓).

Although we are in the midst of a self-restraint on drinking, I had a drink outside secretly in the name of a social gathering with seniors who I have not seen in almost a year and younger employees of the branch office. After drinking beer 🍺 and ordering the all-you-can-drink sake (about 40 kinds of sake) for ¥2,500, we went out to drink 🦬. However, being the organizer of the event, I can't get drunk today, so I'll savor it at a slower pace 😊. First, I chose Fukutsuru's Ginjo Koshu. An old sake sent out by Fukuda Shuzo in Hirado, Nagasaki. Hirado is my mother's hometown and I used to visit there a lot as a kid. But my only impression of Fukuda Shuzo was that their main product was potato shochu💦. However, it is very popular among Nagasaki shochu these days (ranked No. 2 in Nagasaki by Sake-no-wa), and I've been wanting to try it someday. But the first choice of old sake... 😅 Let's taste it right away ❗️. The aroma is like an old sake, reminiscent of whisky 🥃, and the color is just like that of aged grains. But in the mouth, umami, bitterness, and pungency are not so strong, and a gentle sweetness spreads slowly. The sweetness, somewhat like a noble sake, is irresistible👍. It was a sake 🍶 like a veteran actress whose performance has become more and more polished with age.

We continued to drink all the sake we could. I'm getting a bit tired. ⑦Special Junmai-shu Aouda Yamahai Jikomi It has a fruity aroma and a strong acidity. When I googled it later, it seems to go well with thickly seasoned meat dishes. But I haven't eaten any meat dishes at all 🥲. That's all 🙏.
