はかたサバスキーI was attracted by the label when I first saw it and ordered it.
The sake rice is Yume Ikkyo from Fukuoka Prefecture.
The light aroma of the rice is relaxing, but there is no fruity aroma.
The mouthfeel is smooth and moderately dry, and you can enjoy the umami of the rice.
A mild bitterness comes at the end.
As the name suggests, it goes well with fish, especially blue fish.
The bitterness follows when served with strongly seasoned dishes, and it is smooth and refreshing when served with light dishes.
It is a well-balanced and calm dining sake.

The sweetness is not a little too strong...
Although it is alkoholated, it is made with the company's own pure rice sake lees shochu.
This alcohol seems to naturally amplify the gorgeous flavor.

Hokko Masamune Spring Junmai Ginjo
This is also the first time to drink!
Slightly acidic, with a predominant aroma.
Sweet, bitter and acidic on the palate.
The sweetness quickly disappears and bitterness reigns strong.

The aroma is melon!
Young melon on the palate.
Bitter acidity prevails over sweetness.
But it is easy to drink with a clean aftertaste.

This is my first Sasa Masamune.
And yet it seems to be a bit out of the ordinary!
Sake strength is +10
The aroma reminds me of tangy and dry sake.
On the palate
Well, it's crisp and otokomae. ❗️
The bitterness comes out in the front, and in the process of becoming dry, umami comes up from the throat and spreads in the mouth....
This is a different sensation from the lingering taste.
A dry sake that is not too harsh as the numerical value.

I had a chance to try Masamune last year on a trip to Fukushima, and as you said, it was a very refreshing and tasty Masamune 😄.

On the palate, sweetness, umami, and acidity are in perfect harmony.
The bitter component of the lees that comes in late is a nice accent, and it finishes quickly.

I was also drinking Masamune for the first time and was half impressed with how many there were 😁. もはるとThe label "Tasake" gets me excited, after all.
This sake has a strong rice flavor, which is typical of special pure rice.
No wonder it is popular among sake lovers. もはるとIt looks like a lactobacillus drink, a big gap from the pink on the label, and has a guttural, numbing dryness. It has an impact. It seems to go well with strong flavored meals. miuta_takashiIt can be drunk at room temperature without any habit.

I need to take a lesson from Maa-san and change my style to savor my favorite sake at my own pace😅. 遥瑛チチThe fourth all-you-can-drink drink is Kamerei, a famous sake from Saijo, Hiroshima.
First of all, the aroma.
Well, I don't really know ❓Because I was getting drunk ❓Because the fruity aroma of the Higashitsuru I had just drank was so intense ❓
However, when I put it in my mouth, it was so spicy that it woke me up ❗️.
It's like waking up from a dream and jumping out of bed ❗️.
The bitterness is also sufficient. The sharpness was also outstanding and brought me back to reality after being blackmailed from the luscious world of Higashitsuru 😅.
Now I'm fired up and ready for the next big one! 
遥瑛チチThe third all-you-can-drink sake was Higashitsuru, a famous sake from Tagu City, which is located almost in the middle of Saga Prefecture. I checked it out later, and it was said on a certain liquor store's website that the quality of the sake has dramatically increased since the brewing water was pumped up from a deeper depth.
Let's try it.
The fruity aroma of Saga sake is irresistible❗️This is vanilla❓Mango🥭❓

The sweetness is reminiscent of a juicy tropical fruit 🏝 in the mouth. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not, but it's a good thing. It is not unpleasant. And then, it quietly and slowly disappears...
This is the standard sake, so the level of Saga sake is high. るみおんඊHaruei Chichi, I love Tozuru too😊.
It's a pure rice sake, but it has a fruity aroma and a solid sweet and savory flavor that ends up being refreshing✨.
There is also a new spring sake called "Mebuki", if you have a chance, please try it😊. 遥瑛チチGood morning, Rumion-san😃.

I'll be keeping an eye on the new sake as well😊. 
遥瑛チチThe second all-you-can-drink sake was Tamagawa, a famous sake from Kyoto by the sea. Yamahai Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu brewed by Mr. Harper, a British 🇬🇧 toji (master brewer). It was also featured in Seiji Rokkaku-san's Drinking Iron Journey😊.
The color of the sake is matured like whisky even though it is a draft sake 🥃 is due to Mr. Harper's magic 🧙♀️❓
It's as expected from the land of Harry Potter 😄.
First of all, the aroma is grain, nutty🥜, and, as someone else reviewed, it also resembles Shaoxing wine.
The alcohol content is quite high at 20 degrees, so I'll start with a lick 😅.
First, sweetness, and then without a moment's pause, the flavor and acidity of Omachi spreads in the mouth ❗️Taste is somewhat similar to Shaoxing sake.
However, the sharpness is sharp and surprisingly easy to accept.
This is the difference from Shaoxing sake.
