The aroma is fruity, with a beautiful sweet acidity that is not too assertive, and the bitterness is clean, crisp, and easy to drink.

The theme of this year's bottle is "Winter Sea".
The white foam that rises every time the waves come in contact with the shore and the white foam created by the unrefined sake are linked to express the winter sea, both of which remind us of the power of nature and the bounty of life. Since it is freshly squeezed sake, it is fermented in the bottle, giving it an exhilarating effervescent taste. The beautiful acidity and soft umami are in perfect harmony.
