Fukkai Yamadanishiki Nigori (raw sake)
The owner says there is no other sake with such a good balance!
It has a strong pichiswa taste.
Bitterness mixed with sourness is the main taste.
It finishes rather quickly.

I was wondering why Fukuda was not good enough, but I was curious about it, so I tried it.
The owner seemed to be quite fond of it and recommended it to me enthusiastically, so I drank it and it was quite a vigorous nigori sake and delicious. ❗️
