I think it's a great sake in the third group, which is vying for the position of Koueikiku and Nabesama. ❤️
I like the fruity aroma mixed with sourness.
The sweet flavor is accompanied by a hint of sourness, and then the bitterness appears with a time lag, and eventually it quickly becomes crisp and clear.
It is an excellent quality sake, and is a typical Yamada-Nishiki.
