It's quite an expensive sake!
It has some acidity, but it's a light sake that I like 🍶.

The aroma is mild but refreshing, like apples and grapefruit. Light attack with a fresh and crisp acid backbone. There is a clear sweet-sourness reminiscent of Muscat and Chardonnay, with a lush fruitiness and bitterness from the mid-palate onward.

The reason why Senkin launched "Hope!" was to show hope to the world, which at that time was darkened by the new coronavirus.
Due to the effects of the new coronavirus, Senkin had to drastically review its sake production plan.
As a result, the timing of the pressing of the three sakes from the moromi (the rice liquor) overlapped.
The sake made with Kame-no-o, the sake made with Yamadanishiki, and the sake made with Omachi.
Of course, they could have been sold as individual products.

1st one! Delicious set!
Hanamup, Machida, Kangiku.
They were all delicious!
And of course they were all delicious, but
But the winner was Hanamup Akita Sake Komachi, with its gusto of sweetness

The second one! Another delicious set (vocabulary)!
Sunokure is still my favorite from Koueikiku...
Jikin is seriously an honor student that you can't go wrong with any of them no matter when you drink them...
But I like Aizan too much and Kangiku is the winner 🏆.
The third one! Sawayaka set
It was a slightly sweet and refreshing set of three!
My memory is fuzzy from this part😂.
Nanaroma was delicious with a 🍎 feel!
Yamamoto was super refreshing and delicious!
But I liked Nisato the most because she was the most balanced 🏆.
Fourth one! I don't remember much 🤣🤣.
Summer Sake Dang was delicious and not too heavy!

Hanamup Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki
The aroma is apple-like 🍎.
On the palate, it is somewhat powdery, with a subdued and elegant sweetness that is unique to Hanamup❗️.
The taste is as good as you'd expect 🤗
This time, 60ml✖️20 cups = 1,200ml ≒ almost 7 gou

A popular sake that was talked about last year!
The black and white based label design is cool👍
Last year, it was brewed with "Ginginga" rice produced in Iwate Prefecture, and this year it is brewed with "Yamashu No. 4" rice produced in Yamagata Prefecture.
I couldn't buy it last year, so I have no way of knowing the difference 💦.

100% Yamae-Nishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture
This is a sake made from Nagano Prefecture's sake rice, famous for Shinshu Kamerei and Gokotsuru ❗️.
