Ura Hanzo Junmai Daiginjo Nakadori Kami no Ho
Comparison of the front and the back of the set
This is the first time for me to compare the two.
The honorable face and the slightly badass face.
We'll see which one is the real thing 😁.
Let's get started!
The difference is obvious as soon as you say it
It's fuller and sweeter than the Omote, and has more of the flavor from Kami no Ho, and even more of the bitterness.
The medium-quality brew has less clutter, more purity of flavor, and a clearer taste 👍️.
I guess like humans, the back face is more true than the front face 😁.
