At "Doman-chu" Kagurazaka restaurant. I don't remember drinking this one 😅💦. Eiko-Fuji Gravity is a seasonal sake made with Dewa-no-sato rice from Yamagata Prefecture. I was informed that it was! I want to taste it well when I remember, but I wonder if I can come across it again.

On a visit to Tokyo. The restaurant is "Uogashi Domanchu" in Kagurazaka. They have a huge variety of sake! And what a surprise! They have an all-you-can-drink policy, and the sake comes in tokkuri (sake bottle) size. Among them, there was even a Jyushidai 💕💕. We were given a challenge and started with Kangiku♡♡! Mwah. It is still delicious.

We watched from the middle of a rice field. We were impressed by the continuous shooting of shaku-dama! The local community loves these fireworks! And Sake made with local rice and water! Two kinds of Hokusetsu, made to perfection! The perfect completion!

2F 5-21 Minamitsuboi-cho, Chuo-ku, Kumamoto City At Rurian 😚. I had to go to Kumamoto for a while. I found a good place to eat and drink. The sake we drank was Hana-no-Kou Sake Brewery near Aso. It was really delicious! Wow! I was surprised and I was very impressed.

Namokka. Good evening, Mr. Nakamura. I am glad you enjoyed this light nigori, chilled to a crisp as a summer sake. I also had it a while ago. Sakura Nigori is 8%, but Natsu Nigori is 14% alcohol by volume, so you should not drink it in one gulp.

Away from "Hisago" in Haruyoshi Sake Bar "Tsukiyomi" in Haruyoshi. Very fruity! It has a strong acidity, but it is perfectly balanced with sweetness. I was impressed by the taste I have never felt before.

Around 8pm, it is easy to get a reservation at "Unrei Hi". Another great sake introduction! I love the owner, Aiko, who is easy to talk to ♡. The stable Koei Kiku is still delicious 😆.
