Finally, the last sake comparison!
Sono Kangiku Monochrome
A popular sake that was talked about last year!
The black and white based label design is cool👍
Last year, it was brewed with "Ginginga" rice produced in Iwate Prefecture, and this year it is brewed with "Yamashu No. 4" rice produced in Yamagata Prefecture.
I couldn't buy it last year, so I have no way of knowing the difference 💦.
So let's get to it!
Already from the aroma, a specific fruit came to mind!
Juicy, fruity with a hint of sourness.
I️ knew it was the ministry when I️ put it in my mouth.
Pineapple 🍍🍍🍍🍍.
Sweet and juicy with just the right amount of sourness.
The timing of the bitter taste showing its face after a delay is also exquisite👍
