The next sake was Daimine Daimine San Grain Natsu no Hijikomi (first visit in summer)!
It's quite an expensive sake!
It has some acidity, but it's a light sake that I like 🍶.

The aroma is mild but refreshing, like apples and grapefruit. Light attack with a fresh and crisp acid backbone. There is a clear sweet-sourness reminiscent of Muscat and Chardonnay, with a lush fruitiness and bitterness from the mid-palate onward.
Misaki Tanaka loves melancholy and is popular for her slightly naughty and cute illustrations.
