Finally, here is the last set of 3 sakes to compare and the last set we chose!
Hanamup Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki
The aroma is apple-like 🍎.
On the palate, it is somewhat powdery, with a subdued and elegant sweetness that is unique to Hanamup❗️.
The taste is as good as you'd expect 🤗
This time, 60ml✖️20 cups = 1,200ml ≒ almost 7 gou
No wonder my memory was blurred at the end and I was taking a cab home 😁....
Be careful not to drink too much 💦.
