My husband, who adored the Nigolympics, started storing Nigolin sake in the fridge, Thanks to him, we don't have any vegetables in the fridge at all. That's why we held the Olympics early, although there are not many athletes participating! LOL! I'm a big fan of light nigori to begin with. It was all completely delicious. They are all precious... nigori is justice... I love you so much 𝑩𝑰𝑮 𝑳𝑶𝑽𝑬... Some quick thoughts from left to right ❄Honorable Chrysanthemum Snow Crescent Sour and sweet! The acidity stands out once, but the bitterness and the ooze take it away, making it fresh but a bit dry in the end. 🧝‍♀️ OoMine Winter Advent Muscat is delicious! The sweetness and lactic acidity of this Daimine is 3150 ✌! ⛄️Senkou Snowman The best balance of sweetness, acidity, bitterness and nigorigo! Sweetness, tartness, bitterness, and nigori are all in perfect harmony, just the way I like it💗. 🌊Kangiku Ocean 99 Shiroginkai Ama shuwa uma! All kangiku is delicious, but this one is my favorite among all kangiku: ❣️ My husband, who is a fan of kangiku, says this one is the gold medal 🥇. Well, I'm going to say it twice because it's important. All of them were delicious. When I opened 4 bottles of nigori in a row The sound of the bottle opening was so loud 😂.

Clouds in the Mountains Series⛰️☁ I saw this at the liquor store and was curious. I was curious about it when I saw it at the liquor store, but didn't go through with it that day. A week later, I happened to have some zaag at a Japanese restaurant and thought, "This is delicious! I went back to the liquor store. I went back to the liquor store. In order of refreshment Kalala > Zaagu > Zaaa > Gowu (Hulo Hulo? There was also one but it was too expensive and I couldn't afford it 😂😂) Carrara. It's more acidic but fruity sour and refreshingly delicious! 🐮Zaag It has a gorgeous flavor and a good acidity that is not typical for a special pure sake! We had it at a Japanese restaurant and it was a great sake that didn't interfere with the meal ✨. Za'aagh Good balance of sweetness, tartness and bitterness 😍I like sweetness and I think this is my favorite! 🐇️goow It's very pineapple~❣️ but it also has a strong bitter aftertaste! I'm not sure if this is a good DV or not, but it's a good one. In order of my personal favorite Xaaa > Xaag > Kalara > Gowoo.... I guess... But they were all delicious! I'll be keeping an eye out for more 👀✨ After a few days of drinking, the Za'aag and Go'ou seem to have more bitterness💦. Carrara seems to have mellowed and tasted slightly better 🪷.

I love cheese. I like cheese so much that I can eat a bag of 7 slices of cheese in an instant (I try to limit myself to 4 slices a day these days because it's bad for my kidneys). For me? My husband bought a cheese label✌ for me. It's a sake from Akita and it's my first time to try it! It has sweetness and sourness, but the sweetness is just a little bit & the sourness is not too sour, it's mellow! And it has a clean aftertaste✨ Umami❣️ It's very obvious that there is sourness in it, but it's not that sour, which is kind of strange. I wonder if it's something like Kantan Vinegar (not). As for the key question of whether it goes with cheese, I like cheese so much that there is nothing that doesn't go well with cheese. But I thought it went better with cheese than the sashimi I ate with it! I think it was delicious with smoked cheese 🙆

Sake from last week's camp: 🏕️ This is the campground where you can sneak a peek at the annual Huis Ten Bosch fireworks display 🎆. The tents are always mushrooms 🍄. From left to right Wind Forest for warming up It has a robust aftertaste, but it's still easy to drink and can be enjoyed cold as well. Of course, it's also great heated! Hiran Classic I bought this at a liquor store in Sasebo for a Nagasaki sake, but it seems to be a Nagasaki limited edition. It was refreshing, but had a mild sweetness with a pleasant acidity. ❣️ Wakanami Sparking I think Wakanami is delicious, but I can buy it anytime 😅My husband got it from an outsourcer. It's Wakanami and it's Sparking, so there's no way it can't be delicious. It was delicious. It tastes bitter<sour<<<<<schwar?

Past drink post (2) Here's another one I bought with FIVE from a distributor that Gula told me about. Kumaan! 🐻. Perfect jackets 😂😂. It's like a yamahai-like umami flavor, It has a light sweetness that comes quickly and is not overpowering. It's not too heavy and tasty! It's sake-like but easy to drink. The lightness seems to stand out more when served with a meal. It's delicious! I didn't think anything of it back in August, but now that the bear damage has intensified, I'm thinking that the face on the label I thought was cute is ferocious.

The visit to the sake brewery My husband seems to have a purple space boom. We bought this Nadeshiko label! Flower Yeast Yuzu After a quick sip, it was softly sweet. It's soft and sweet...is this flower yeast? I thought it was a flower 😃. Or is it my imagination? The aftertaste is delicious! I prefer a sharp aftertaste, so I enjoyed it with snacks more than drinking it by itself💓. The cheese I bought at Koiwai Farm was so good! 🐄

I went to Iwate and Akita for a summer trip! On the way from Hanamaki Airport to Nyuto Onsen (hot springs), we stopped by the Shiwa Brewery for a little Purple Air ✨. So I stopped by and bought some! It was a summer sake, so it had a refreshing taste. It was a summer sake, so it had a refreshing taste, but it had a lot of umami at the end! We had reserved a tour of the brewery by phone in advance, and the president of the brewery gave us a tour of the brewery in a very homey atmosphere. Mimasuri at a tempura restaurant 💃. I think I like Midori as much as I did last year. I think it has the best balance 🌵. Pink is also gorgeous and delicious🪷. Surprisingly, blue was the sweetest 🫧. Other Sake at Obon Camp Shisora Wave Label, Abechan Akada, Akabu Jade All of them are delicious and Swissy 💓 Shigemasu Sparkling was surprisingly good! The Eiko Fuji Pink is good for a quick sip, but not for a strong drink 🙅 lol. It was so sweet that it tasted like cotton candy, and I was surprised that they could make it so sweet without adding any sugar!

Sake on display at the Hananoka Sake Brewery I bought this when I went to the Hananoka Sake Brewery opening. It was expensive, but it was a beautiful sake with no cloying taste! Delicious! Tasake Premium The label looks like a fashionable label from the Showa era, but it was so delicious with a pineapple feel and the beautiful taste of Tasake! Premium ✨ Tenmei Flame Nama Hashiroshi Threatening 29% polished rice! It's so hard to taste. The store owner told me to drink it first because I might not be satisfied after drinking the other ones. It was so smooth and tasty! At the Sake Bring Your Own Party One of the items brought 🐞. Happy 10th anniversary to Imanaya: ㊗️ What a cutie 🥹! When I opened the bottle, I could feel the schwarziness rising up. My husband's favorite chrysanthemum O is made with rice grown in Fukuoka Prefecture! I'll definitely have it! It doesn't have the usual sweetness of Kangiku, but it does have a fruity and sour taste, and it's very tasty. ❣️ My husband said it tasted like Kaze no Mori, but I thought it had more flavor than that (I'm not a good reporter 😂). It's kind of toxic and acidic, but it has a weak schwappity taste and is delicious ❣️ I thought maybe Kawaii-chan is good only by itself? I thought it would be better on its own, but it goes surprisingly well with food. It went well with the pickled firefly squid my husband bought at the Hokuriku exhibition 🦑✨. My husband has been hooked on firefly squid since his business trip to Toyama and he buys it whenever he can so it goes great with sake 😂.
