Sake on display at the Hananoka Sake Brewery I bought this when I went to the Hananoka Sake Brewery opening. It was expensive, but it was a beautiful sake with no cloying taste! Delicious! Tasake Premium The label looks like a fashionable label from the Showa era, but it was so delicious with a pineapple feel and the beautiful taste of Tasake! Premium ✨ Tenmei Flame Nama Hashiroshi Threatening 29% polished rice! It's so hard to taste. The store owner told me to drink it first because I might not be satisfied after drinking the other ones. It was so smooth and tasty! The second picture was taken with Chatty (ChatGPT) as a background, The second picture was taken by Chatty (ChatGPT), and the background was changed to make it look less like a tatami room (my friend's parents' house 😂). At the Sake Bring Your Own Party One of the items brought 🐞. Happy 10th anniversary to Imanaya: ㊗️ What a cutie 🥹! When I opened the bottle, I could feel the schwarziness rising up. I had to re-tighten the lid just in time for the championship. It's so gassy and gassy! It was fruity, but not too sweet! The acidity was not so pronounced 🐞🐞. I think I like the UA collaboration better these days. It's a sin to be cute and tasty! The fact that it's a bit more expensive is also a sin! LOL!

My husband's favorite chrysanthemum O is made with rice grown in Fukuoka Prefecture! I'll definitely have it! It doesn't have the usual sweetness of Kangiku, but it does have a fruity and sour taste, and it's very tasty. ❣️ My husband said it tasted like Kaze no Mori, but I thought it had more flavor than that (I'm not a good reporter 😂). The label is so cute Himitsu💓🤫. I've had my eye on it since spring because it's so cute but I finally bought it lol. My favorite word "orikagami" is "orikagami". It's kind of toxic and acidic, but it has a weak schwappity taste and is delicious ❣️ I thought maybe Kawaii-chan is good only by itself? I thought it would be better on its own, but it goes surprisingly well with food. It went well with the pickled firefly squid my husband bought at the Hokuriku exhibition 🦑✨. My husband has been hooked on firefly squid since his business trip to Toyama and he buys it whenever he can so it goes great with sake 😂.

Recently, Sentori has been so cheap that I wondered I was wondering how it would be... But this one was nice and not too bland. It's got a bit of acidity, but not too much. It's easy to drink low alcohol 🙌 I drank it while watching a recording of "The Strangest Story in the World" so I can't get the song "Don't Stop Me from Falling in Love" out of my head 😂.

The usual tempura shop drinking 💓 Of course the chrysanthemums were delicious, Ouroboros was delicious, so I checked in there! Check in there! I like sweet sake. but I don't like Kijoshu because it's too sweet😅. But this kijoshu was delicious! It seems to be an aged kijoshu, I'm not really good at aging. Minus✕Minus is a plus? (↑Personal opinion!) The old sake made the overly sweet sake taste better. I was very happy that it wasn't too sweet ✨. I'm a Shinsei lover, but I liked it better than Hinotori: 👍️

At the end of the year, when we had a sake drinking contest A fat guy bought it for me. The price was 7,000 yen! Toyobai is originally delicious, but but it was worth the price! It's so delicious! But it tasted so good the last time I drank it. I bought it when I went to Kitakyushu! It was still a cold day, but it was a spring version 🌸. The aroma is not so sweet But when you put it in your mouth Oh... oh... Is this cherry, cherry, or strawberry? Gentle sweetness. My husband, who loves chrysanthemum, has all the colors! LOL! It's a spectacular sight when they are lined up! It has a sweetness and aftertaste that is typical of chrysanthemums. They were all delicious. ❣️ In order of preference... No.1 Midori: The very best balance of sweetness and bitterness 💖I like nigori 💖! Yummmm! I like the sweetness of the sweetness and the bitterness! I also like sweet so it was delicious 👍️ 3rd Ao It was similar to Midori and tasted good, but I think I liked Midori better... No.4 Kiiro It's plenty tasty, but it had a unique sweetness! It has a strong personality, and people who like it may like it.

My husband's parents live in Fukushima, They sometimes send me a bottle of instrument Masamune along with rice! My mother-in-law is the best 🥹. Here's the usual delicious green stuff... I thought it was alsobeared! 😲. I thought Aru Soze was the identity of the instrument Masamune lol. Maybe it was more expensive because it wasn't aluzoe 🙄🙄. The taste is banana! Very banana! I thought it was a little too banana-y for my taste buds, so I thought it might taste better as usual lol, But the aftertaste is refreshing. It was delicious enough. ❣️

On the last day of our trip to Niigata Just in time for the bus to the airport I went to a liquor store near the station. There were a few paid tastings there. Abeno's 10th anniversary sake! There was a white and a black. For 20,000 yen a bottle. The one I thought I would never drink lol. But tasting is also 2,000 yen per glass 😂😂. I was saying it's too expensive and I can't do it. Suddenly my husband said "I'll pay for it! and went to the cashier. Seriously 😳😳😳 (We pay for our own living expenses out of our respective salaries, so we pay separately!) Lucky! I was so drunk the day before because I was so virtuous ✨🥺. And my husband said, "I'll have both black and white, please. What's up with the bubbly! White is sweet and mellow but crisp! Something elegant and delicious! Very tasty! The black one has an Abe-like acidity. Crisp but mellow too! Delicious too! Very tasty! Abbey is always delicious, but this one was really special! The expensive sake with other people's money was very good lol!

Ponshukan, which I have longed to visit (4) On the last day of my trip to Niigata, I went to Ponshukan in Niigata Prefecture. There were more people than at Echigo Yuzawa Station💦. Yukio-san is well-known for his dry sake. I actually haven't had much of it. But I love Aizan so I had to try it 😃. It says it's only available in the prefecture! The sweetness of Aizan comes at the first sip But after that, it was very refreshing and clean... But the sharpness of the taste is also..., It was not too strong, but balanced and tasty! It was well balanced and tasty! Good job, Yukio! I had a few drinks, This was my number one drink of the day ✨ (I forgot what the others tasted like so no review 😅) It was so good I ended up buying some Snowman merchandise 😂. At night at the hotel, we had Abeno Vega from the direct sales shop. Sanmee, which is typical of Abeno, is delicious! I thought it would be better with a meal, but I was too full. It was a little far from the hotel, I like Abe, so I decided to go to Abe Sake Brewery during the daytime. We went to Abe Sake Brewery during the daytime. At a pub near Niigata station 🐟️ It was just the day of the fireworks festival and there were many people in yukata at the station 🎆. Baton next door seems to be a joint production of 3 breweries! It was clean and easy to drink! Kame-no-Oh! Kame no Ou is a well-known brewery for Natsuko's sake! It was sweet for a moment when I drank it, But it was so instantaneous, and just as I was about to say "Ahhh...", the light dryness came in to cut through the sweetness and made it seem like it was never sweet at all! Niigata is so cool! I usually drink sweet sake, so this is interesting 😄.

Ponshukan (3), which I have longed to visit. What the heck, I like Takachiyo too, so I seized it at Takachiyo Sake Brewery 🙂. Takachiyo prefecture limited edition purple! When they say "limited edition", you just know I'm going to drink it! It's refreshing and very easy to drink! No weight, as expected! Takachu M I heard it's a regional limited edition. I heard it's a limited edition, but hey (persistent laugh)! Sweet! Yum! Delicious! This was my favorite. By the way, the next day I was passing by and stopped by Takachiyo Sake Brewery. They didn't have anything for sale or anything. I thanked them for always having delicious sake ✨ lol

Ponshukan (2), which I adored. A series of sips my husband drank N888 First time I drank it. It's so lai chi! Ma-ma-ma-ma-ma-ma-ma-ma-ma-ma-ma-ma-ma. Gokujo Yoshinogawa It's rated 4☆ dry, but it's not so sharp and sharp, it's more like sweetness or umami. Maki-ki This is the one I learned about at the off-line meeting in Fukuoka just the day before. For my husband who loves Takachiyo, I was just bragging to my husband, who loves Takachiyo, about how delicious it was when I showed him a picture of it 😂. I was so excited to see so many different kinds 😆. I've never had a bottle of it before, but I've had a lot of them. I've never had this before, but I'm going to try a familiar one first! It's sweet but has a nice sharp taste! Ayu Masamune I've never had it before, so I'll give it a try! I like ayu (sweetfish). It has a sour taste just like it says "pear" on the bottle, but it's not so sweet. Not so sweet and easy to drink.

The one in the Tasake can! 🥫. It's about 950 yen for 180ml? It's quite expensive for common people, but I really wanted to try it, so I bought it ♥. Tasake has always been delicious, More than the usual Tazake Amami and Umami are more intense than usual Tasake. And yet, it was not at all cloying. How delicious! We drank it at a campsite, so I can't deny that it may have tasted better than usual I can't deny that the outdoor correction may have made it taste better than normal, but lol, It felt like a fine drink ✨. It's a little expensive, But when I find it, I always buy it. Shinsei's Color Series Amamy come a little Then came Sanmee Then comes Niimasa's typical woody fragrance And then quietly comes the nigami, All of them come at a level that I don't mind. I can't describe it well, It's well-balanced, as expected of Shinsei! It's great! On the third day, things were a bit more relaxed. I was satisfied with that.
