Togakushi Junmai Ginjo Akiagari
100% Yamae-Nishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture
This is a sake made from Nagano Prefecture's sake rice, famous for Shinshu Kamerei and Gokotsuru ❗️.
That alone is enough to get me excited⤴️⤴️⤴️⤴️.
Let's see what we've got.
It has a ripe sweet fruit aroma like banana🍌!
Sweet and fruity on the palate.
The bitterness that comes late is also very present.
And the sharpness is also excellent👍
Shinshu sake, as expected 🤗.

I don't remember seeing it at liquor stores in Fukuoka either 😅
