3 Sake Drinking Comparison (No.3): Gecko, Kafuda, Hirotogawa
The first one is Gecko.
When I visited Tokyo in September, I went to Higashimurayama Station, the nearest station to the brewery, but it was pouring so hard that I gave up going to the tasting.
I only saw the bronze statue of Ken Shimura in front of the station and left...
I had a chance for revenge!
All Hachitan-Nishiki produced in Hiroshima Prefecture is used!
It's like a flagship of Hanahayo and Jikin, so expectations are high❣️.
Fruity aroma with a hint of pear.
Mouthfeel is smooth and mellow.
The change of leading role from sweetness to bitterness is brilliant 👏.
