Scoring☆☆☆☆☆ Goktaka Dewa Sanzan ❣️ Well 🎶. Goktaka is still delicious 😋💕︎ Of all the Hiragana Takachiyo series, Goktaka is my favorite 😆. My partner is also a ( pi)mmmm! He drinks it on his own. Smells like pear🍐 ❣️ It goes down your throat without a hitch and has a gentle lychee-like sweet and sour taste with a pleasant tangy acidity 😋. Soft mouthfeel, with some lingering fruitiness like cherries and apples, delicious 🎶😍. A light and delicious sake that makes you want to cool it down and guzzle it 😋👍

Scoring☆☆☆☆ Summer hikuma❣️ In Akita city, bears🐻 (not brown bears, of course, but black bears) have been frequently seen in residential areas in the city since last year😱. Recently, a man who went to pick wild vegetables was attacked and killed 😰. I'm scared 💦. So drink up your higuma 😆👍👍 I drank it with a feeling of "I'm going to be a good person, Hmm? It's good 😋. Fresh aroma of apple🍎 ❣️ It is a dry and refreshing sake that is typical of Hokkaido sake, but it also has surprisingly good flavor😍. I heard that this brewery has been improving the quality of their sake by updating their facilities. By Sake Shop Owner Light on the palate, but with a well-balanced taste, it can be enjoyed not only during a meal, but also on its own 💕. There was a festival going on at a nearby Iwate-headquartered barbecue restaurant, and I had Morioka cold noodles for the first time in a long time! It's good. 💕︎😋 Perfect for the hot weather!

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Aged old sake with turtle label🐢❣️ What a new old sake 😆. New but old 😅 It's only available this year, no next year 😉. Then we have to drink 😆👍 It is a 4 year old sake, but it was stored at ice temperature for 3 years and then at about 15 degrees Celsius for 1 year. The storage temperature was adjusted to achieve the ideal quality for old sake. This is something to look forward to 🎶. The turtle on the label is getting old and has a beard (lol). Now, let's open the bottle🎉! When poured into a glass, it has a light amber color and a vintage look: ❣️ The aroma is The Old Wine 🤣. Full and powerful aroma 💪. In the mouth, it has a rounded and mellow mouthfeel with a soft umami flavor 💕. There is no twistedness at all 💕‼️ Full-bodied, thick but not heavy. The sharpness is also good👍. This is a delicious old sake 😍💕 I've never been a big fan of old sake, But this is delicious! It looks even better when heated, but it's too hot 😅💦. Not too strong in flavor characteristic of old sake, but you can still enjoy the feeling of old sake and drink it easily with a good balance.

From the back (3rd image), the dolphin🐬 asks "Drink and dolphin?" 🤣. But ❗️ The taste is not bad either 🎶. Sweet aroma like fresh cream 😆. I was thinking that I wanted to drink a simple dry sake, and I remembered this sake which my senior mentioned as one of his favorite sake and bought it 😆😆. It's simply delicious ❣️ Gently fragrant with the aroma of rice😍. The moist melted rice flavor gently and gently spreads on the palate, with a subtle bitter aftertaste that is mature 😁💕. Best when cool and cold 😋🍶. Although the rice is 80% low-polished, it has a pleasant flavor with little clutter that is unique to Akita Sake Komachi👍. It's definitely dry, but it's mellow and you can really taste the umami of the rice 💕.

Is this the difference? (LOL) The next day, I drank it again on its own, and yeah, Lemon squash as usual 🍋. Fresh citrus aroma ❣️ In the mouth, juicy acidity like biting into a fruit 😆. Light and light sharpness, also typical of summer sake 👍. I'm getting tired of the acidic taste that is characteristic of summer sake 😅. Over the weekend, I went to a ramen🍜 shop in my neighborhood: 🙋‍♂️ Since it opened, it's been crowded and I didn't feel like going there, but now it seems to have settled down (lol). The chashu pork is duck meat! The wood ear was nice and crunchy too♥️ The noodles are good and frizzy👍 The amount of noodle is more than anything else. 230g for the middle size in the picture! The medium-size one in the picture is 230g, and the regular one my partner had is 160g! I was full 😋! But I don't think it was enough to keep coming back 😁. The soup was very average 💦. Quite light and refreshing 😚. It has a nice sweet and sour taste, just like a Lemonade 🍋. Slight bitterness also like lemon peel 😆. It has a strong sweetness, but with a sourness and a slight fizziness to it, making it a sake for summer. ❣️ The aftertaste is quite refreshing and easy to drink 🎶. Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Gozenshu in Okayama: ❣️ Suddenly, a local liquor store in my neighborhood started handling it (lol). I bought it because I saw it at Sake-no-wa too 🎶. Omachi rice, which was created in 1859, and the "Bodai-Hashimoto" method of sake brewing, which is said to have originated in the Kamakura period. It is brewed by Maiko Tsuji, the 7th generation brewer and toji (master brewer). She is a female toji. ❣️ The aroma is relatively mild. Freshness on the palate with a round, gentle mouthfeel. Soft, clear mouthfeel with a hint of sweetness Full-bodied and umami like Omachi, with a gentle acidity 😆👍👍. The complex taste of astringency and bitterness that comes afterwards is unbearable. ❣️ It's so good! The third one is the wind turbine 😉 and the sunset 🌇 at Akita Port. Beautiful like the opening of a Friday Roadshow😍!

Lukewarm is a high level of performance👍 Last weekend, we drove to a waterfall at the foot of Mt. Chokai to a waterfall at the foot of Mt. The amount of water is still amazing 🤣! I was soaked in negative ions 🎶. And then, we went to a teahouse near the waterfall and had a Shiratama Zenzai 💕. My partner had a Japanese parfait (green tea based). It was delicious too 😋.

Local production for local consumption 😆. Misato Nishiki x Kameyama yeast is also available in other Harukasumi, but this is the only sake with all contract-grown Misato Nishiki, 50% polished rice, and Kameyama yeast 💕. It seems to be sold only in Akita 😉. The aroma is fluffy, gentle and fruity: ❣️ Hmmm 🤔 I wonder if it smells like apricot. The mouthfeel is soft like a spring haze, but with a refreshing acidity. After that, elegant sweetness and umami spreads, making my mouth happy 💞. The overall taste is profound, accented with a slight tangy gas feeling👍. The pleasant bitterness is also great 🤣. Well, let's see how it tastes: ⁉️ Fresh from the fridge, the aroma is not so strong, I'll try the recommended room temperature. Immediately after opening the bottle, you can already smell the fruity sweet aroma ❣️ Thick, rich, sweet aroma😍.
